"This hotel used to be a prison, and honestly, the facilities are fine, but the ventilation is an issue. The room is tiny, probably only about 10 square meters. The service, however, is quite good. The location is excellent, right in the city center."

It took me phoning the hotel's administration to get an answer, in which the woman was very helpful, but did take away some of our time in Lucerne. If there was a more straightforward process that did not involve using the machine at the front door, as well as having clearer instructions on checking out, the stay would have been perfect."
