A small room with very poor ventilation. There is no air conditioning. There is only a very noisy fan. As soon as the fan is turned off at night, the room became so hot that we could hardly sleep.

Service was pretty bad.. he seems busy all the time and couldn't even give us proper instructions. Asked politely if we could store our luggage till later was given a ride reply, "I will not be here". Even if the staff cannot help us or have to knock off, I think service staff can reply nicely and explain politely.

Du jamais vu ! Pour 220 francs suisses la nuit ! Salle de bain vétuste, rouillée manque des éléments et pas de bouchon pour le bain. Cuvette des toilettes trop petite par rapport aux toilettes. 2 ridicules petits tubes de savon liquide… Pas de lampe de chevet juste un plafonnier. Télévision minuscule avec fils pendants. Sommier avec ressort donc impossible de dormir car il grince au moindre petit mouvement. Fermeture de la porte avec une chaîne en acier ! Chambre mal insonorisée… hôtel à bannir !

Purtroppo devo davvero bocciare questa struttura a causa della scarsissima pulizia. Con un bambino piccolo per altro, è stato davvero un incubo. Non appena entrata in stanza, nemmeno il tempo di lavarmi le mani e ho trovato capelli nel lavandino, e vabbè pensai, può capitare. Faccio per asciugarmi le mani e appena apro l'asciugamano ancora altri capelli, neri, lunghi, ricci. Idem nelle lenzuola, nelle federe... Polvere ovunque, e non ho voluto controllare nei posti più nascosti. Il bollitore non era stato pulito. Il vetro della porta divisoria tra bagno e camera completamente sporco quasi unto. Potrei continuare ma non avrebbe senso. Il punto è che va bene non sia un 5 stelle, ma la pulizia e l'igiene sono requisiti FONDAMENTALI. Altra pecca oltre questo, sebben più piccola, è che manca il frigo bar in camera, quindi se si volesse anche un sorso d'acqua fresca, lo si può dimenticare. Mi dispiace, spero possano essere trovate soluzioni a riguardo perché la posizione dell'hotel è davvero ottima e il personale molto cordiale.

We have stayed here twice. The rooms are clean and nice. I would give it 5 stars but our shower had black spots in the sealant along the base, looks very unsightly and the shower glass door wouldn't slide closed without having to physically lift the thing up as you slide it, a pain in the butt. Otherwise we like staying here because it is very convenient to the river and bridges, not too expensive (for Switzerland), the front desk is great and the breakfast is very good! I will stay again :)
