怎麼説呢！我們是做了心理準備去的 但是仍然不能理解他們酒店為什麼2020年還會獲獎！
設施：非常陳舊 屋子裡都是滿滿的老房子味道
衞生：非常堪憂 第一間房子還有沒有整理的毛巾 皺巴巴的床褥 上一位旅客的飲料瓶 看上次是清理後又被使用了 但是被忘記了！！
環境：沒有環境可言 早餐也有小蟲子 全瑞士沒有空調？屋子裡熱得很
服務：前台小姑娘被投訴的日本和歐洲大媽包圍 也沒有能力解決。

沒有空調，介意勿拍。
酒店屬於比較老舊但乾淨的類型，check in的小姐姐很友好，而且會介紹盧塞恩的觀光路線並且有一張免費交通的卡，基本覆蓋城內的公共交通。鑰匙是老舊的，並且鑰匙扣很重，很多人出門都會先把鑰匙存放在前台（但我比較謹慎，我把鑰匙扣拆下來，攜帶鑰匙在身上，check out的時候掛回去歸還）。
酒店就在火車站旁邊，過個馬路就是了，盧塞恩城內很小，基本步行可達所有景點以及商業街。酒店附近也有coops和很棒的麪包咖啡廳，附近還有一個花園，第二天早餐就是到麪包店買了咖啡麪包，步行到小花園吃的。
房間內有窗户，窗户可以關上，但如果鎖上了就打不開了，需要讓酒店的服務人員幫忙打開，這個要注意一下。
另外入住後，我們出去溜達回房間，有人拿鑰匙嘗試開門。我倆都是女生，並沒有出生詢問（以免對方知道我們是女生），我大力敲門示意房內有人，對方就悄無聲響的停止了開門，就這樣安靜了，連他離開的聲音都聽不到！
也許對方是住客找錯房間了，但出門在外還是安全為上，聽到沒有動靜後，趕緊搬兩個行李堵門。

房間滿足要求，前台可以借轉換插頭，電熱水壺。火車站出來後過馬路就到了，非常方便。整體不錯，值得推薦。

酒店位置很好，出火車站就能看到，服務人員還算熱情，酒店對面就有Migros。房間的衞生是此行中最差的，衞生間很臭，馬桶裏還有大便的污漬，感覺剛剛有人使用過似的。房間裏的沙發也感覺挺臟，座套都是深色，看着就沒清洗過似的。

酒店地理位置非常優越，對面就是户塞恩火車總站，出行非常便利，離中心區也是步行幾分鐘即可到達。雖然酒店較久，但讓這些優越條件都遮蓋了它的缺點。
