Chaotic management and arbitrary deductions! Domestic partners must pay attention to the confusion when booking this hotel. On the day of check-in, because there was an additional fee for bringing children, the note written by the front desk clerk was 80 euros ➕ city tax, which worked out to 200 euros for 2 days, and the payment was deducted on the same day. , signed by me. As a result, 237 euros were deducted at 7 o'clock in the morning on the day we left, and 90 euros were deducted for breakfast at noon. The Rooms are clean, very small lobby, prime location, walking distance to the old city, near the bus stop to Mount Pilatus, near the train station, In the heart of the city, shopping centers. So it is a nice practical hotel for a small vacation in Lucern

Hotel diz que tem estacionamento mas nao tem vaga suficiente. Nao tem nada para oferecer. Frigobar vazio. Nao tem nem onde pedir agua...tem que ir no restaurante pra comprar bebida...nao poderia ser considerado 5 estrelas. Nao tem nada para criancas. Pessimo para familia.
