Service: Super good. Since it is a long way down the stairs, there is a bell to inform customers to ring the bell and the hotel staff will help carry the luggage and send customers to the room to guide them to check in!

It's a great environment, it feels like a castle. I'll stay in this hotel again next time I go there. The hotel is located at the commanding heights of Lucerne, with unparalleled views of the lake. The views during the day and night are superb. If it weren't for the itinerary, I would have stayed a few more days.

Transferring from the train station to the hotel, it took me a while to find a hotel with a cable car that goes to the mountain. In fact, it’s just like taking a cable car, which is quite convenient. It’s just that there is still a long way to go to the front desk after arriving, and there are some places in the middle. Need to move luggage.

The price is slightly expensive! The living experience is very novel and the environment is very good. But there are little spiders in the bathroom! Be careful! No need to stay in a room with a good view. The observation deck where you go to have breakfast has the best view!

The hotel is very small and has few facilities and services. Not recommended. There is only one restaurant where the food is not delicious. There is only one waiter in the whole restaurant. Drinking tap water is 3 Swiss francs per person, and asking for hot water is 5 Swiss francs. Each main dish is about 60 Swiss francs and the taste is not good. The overall experience is relatively poor.
