The hotel is by the river. The room is not big but it is enough. Most hotel rooms in Lucerne are not big anyway. Breakfast tastes pretty good and includes hot food.

Bed: The bedding is clean and hygienic, and the white quilt cover has a bumpy feel. It looks very pleasant to cover and is very comfortable. The mattress is firm and supportive, which is our favorite type;
Bathroom: relatively large, with wet and dry separation in the shower, and the toilet is clean;
Balcony: Go back to the room at night and sit on the balcony for a while, very comfortable and relaxing;
Front desk: The service staff is friendly and able to coordinate according to some of our requirements;
Overall very satisfied!

Hotel un po' datato, con il corpo centrale che ricorda un palazzo antico. Alcune camere sono site nel palazzo a fianco, collegato a quello della reception. Posizione buona per la visita della città. Dalle finestre di alcune camere si vede il fiume che attraversa la città. Arredamento semplice ed essenziale. Colazione sufficientemente varia con ingredienti dolci e salati. Il wifi in camera funziona a tratti.

Right on the river. In the old town and walking distance to everywhere in the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast provided. Our room with balcony was large however looking into some of the other rooms while they were being cleaned, they didn't seem as large. We loved our balcony overlooking the river and all the activity.

This hotel has amazing views and safe location. The breakfast was very fresh and the presentation of food was top notch. The cleanliness of our room..well let’s just say it was immaculate!

The staff were wonderful. Extremely helpful. The breakfast is included and amazing. Lots to choose from and a coffee machine with lots of options. They even offer champagne at breakfast for no additional charge! The room is small and the shower is tiny. This is normal in most of the European rooms we have stayed but worth noting in case you bring more than one large suitcase. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location on the river.
