Hotel has a long history and beautifully furnished, but was located quite far from the station and there was not much of a view. Loved the breakfast.

如果你喜歡不那麼現代的酒店，這個挺合適，一樓會有非常多老太太聚會，我跟小朋友住，可以寄存行李，外面的街道晚上出去要注意安全。離花橋水塔非常近

Leuk zeer oud Zwitsers Hotel. Donker, veel hout, oude meubels en veel tapijt. Het hotel is in verval, scheve vloeren, zeer kleine douchekop, het piept en het kraakt en heeft helaas geen airco in de superior kamers maar wel een mobiele airco die je niet kan verplaatsen vanwege de luchtventilatiebuis die aan het raam vastzit.
Een nostalgisch hotel maar niet meer voor mij.

很古老的酒店，電梯很小出了電梯去房間還要抬行李過兩次樓梯，所以如果有大行李，一定告訴前台給你個出電梯不用過樓梯的房間。
房間沒有空調，送來了一個吹風機，聲音巨大，前面出冷風，後面排風口出熱風，所以，你懂的房間的温度基本沒什麼變化，還好盧塞恩晚上不是很熱，並且房間的空間足夠大，不會悶。
服務人員正常發揮，不會特別熱情，也不會不友好，還可以。
歐洲酒店沒有牙刷拖鞋，需要打電話要。酒店的地理位置很好，出去就能看到花橋。
總體來講還是不錯的。

酒店衞生不錯。位置還可以，從火車站走路要15分鐘，出來拐彎走幾步可以看到盧塞恩河。但是歐洲酒店的通病就是太舊，這個酒店的每層的公共空間很暗，還有樓梯，不方便行走。房間裏面還可以，空間足夠大。二層有咖啡機，免費咖啡和茶。
