It is within walking distance from the station and close to the city center. service, cleanliness. I like all the locations. It's easy to find and it's near the lake, so it would be nice to take a walk. Breakfast is also delicious. Highly recommended.

This was such an amazing hotel. Our favorite out of our hotels furing our trip.Excellent location. Delicious breakfast. They upgraded us to a beautiful apar**ent with a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff was super friendly and helpful in making reservations. Will definitely stay here again

Beautiful "old town hotel" with charm in an ideal location. Service perfect, very friendly. Valet service for the car ideal and quick. Very nice breakfast buffet. Rooms beautiful, functional, adapted to the old, traditional building. Would gladly return anytime. Would gladly return anytime.

We booked a 2 bedroom apar**ent and were surprised to be given 3 bed rooms instead. The hotel has a side lift to get to the apar**ent. Staff was very attending and friendly, introduced and brought us to the lift and taught us how to use it. Breakfast was good but u have to order eggs and bacons separately. Simple spread. Location of hotel was good as only 10min walk from Lucerne station. View from the hotel room was good and gave the old charms of church bells. Hotel gave a pass where we can take free bus rides around certain zones of the city.

Recht spontan haben wir noch ein Zimmer bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer interessant, aber schön eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und sein Auto konnte man auch abgeben, das wurde vom Mitarbeiter weggefahren. Gutes Frühstück.

We went only to the restaurant here not the hotel. The prices were good and it was in a perfect location to people watch and enjoy the surroundings. The washrooms were clean and staff was very friendly to deal with.
