I originally wanted to leave a negative review when I checked in on the first day. The train was late on the first day and I arrived at 10:30. As a result, the front desk was off work. Ctrip called me and asked me to go to a hotel opposite to get the key. You know, I was The first time I came here, I searched for this hotel for half an hour. I finally got the key and spent a long time to get into the hotel. The hotel is really small, but luckily there is an elevator. When I entered the room, I found that the hotel I booked for 1,300 had everything. There was only a bottle of water and a 1-meter small bed. I called Ctrip to complain at the time, but I changed my mind the next day. Although the breakfast was very limited and only consisted of bread, milk, and fruits, it was delicious. The big one I have never eaten jet-black bread in all my years of business travel. There is really nothing to eat here so I just ate it, but it is delicious. I have eaten very delicious bread in Europe, and the little apple is super delicious. It actually tastes like peaches, and there are free coffee, hot tea and small apples all day long. The front desk service attitude is very good and enthusiastic. You can also store your luggage, but they have to get off work at ten o'clock in the evening. If you don't go before ten o'clock, I have to pick it up at seven o'clock the next day. Overall, I'm very satisfied except for the bad facilities.

It was the worst night in the whole trip to Switzerland. The building next door was being renovated and work stopped at 9pm. There was also a carnival, and there was still a lot of noise on the street in the middle of the night.

The hotel room is small, but the location is great! The train station is right opposite the hotel. There is a Christmas market down the stairs from the hotel. There are so many delicious food and the Flying Santa Claus is so interesting. There was a dispute between the child and the hotel during check-in, so I contacted Ctrip customer service to resolve it. The breakfast was delicious and there was a large terrace outside with a great view.
