The bathroom in the room is the highlight. I am very satisfied. Both the room and the bathroom have their own balconies. From the balcony, you can see the snow-capped mountains. The waiters are courteous. The breakfast is also rich and unique. I will consider staying here again.

Notre séjour à l’hôtel a été de 8 jours, c’était notre pied-à-terre pour visiter la région sans automobile. Notre chambre était calme et située à l’arrière du bel édifice (ce qui est préférable puisque la rue est passante). L’hôtel est idéalement situé à quelques minutes de marche de la gare, de la vieille ville et du fameux Pont de la Chapelle (Kapellbrücke). Le décor est surprenant, original et coloré, mais relaxant. Nous avons aimé flâner devant le foyer situé dans le hall lorsqu’il y a eu une journée de pluie et que nous étions fatigués. Le personnel est avenant, vraiment sympathique, généreux et très professionnel. Nous avons apprécié la propreté et le respect de l’environnement. Les petits-déjeuner, style buffet, était varié et très bon. La literie est confortable, le rangement est adéquat, Impeccable et agréable seraient les qualificatifs appropriés. Que de bons souvenirs!

Wonderfully spacious rooms. Super cute style. Breakfast bar has a great variety. Perfect location. Would definitely stay here again in Lucerne.
