Average hotel, but you get what you pay for. Attended an event at Liberty University, and this hotel was close by and half the price of other hotels near the school. It’s an old classic-style motel. The room had a hint of cigarette smoke, and had a water leak under the sink onto the carpet. Breakfast was included, but had a less than usual variety. Probably would not stay here again.

The entire facility smelled of smoke. The person who checked us in, stood right outside of the door to smoke.
The sheets were stained and there was a water leak in the shower.
Numerous times during both nights of stay I was afraid of what was happening outside and in adjacent rooms.
In no way shape or form will we ever stay there again.

The moment we stepped into the room, the smell of smoke mixed with air refresher was overbearing, the drawer was broken, and the couch was old and stinky. We promptly checked out and immediately headed to La Quinta. Avoid this awful encounter at all costs.

Do not stay at this property in Lynchburg. All I can say is if you are reading this you have been warned. We left within an hour of checking in because the place was not up to Wyndham quality.

I'd give it zero stars if the rating was permitted, but I had to give at least 1 star to submit the review. Absolutely disgusting place, it smells, is dirty, has black mold on carpet, markers on sheets, and brown skids on washcloths and towels

This was the worst motel we have ever stayed in. The location was fine. However, the parking area, exterior of building etc was awful. There was a room a few doors down that had been shattered by something and just left there. The price, knowing it was graduation weekend- felt like gouging. Would never recommend.

When booking hotels around peak season for the area we can expect to pay higher pricing. For rooms that were traditionally $75-100/night they were charging upward of $350/night for LU graduation weekend. So again, price hike is expected. However if the price hike happens, the quality of the rooms should at least be decent. Look at the photos. The manager was kind but she works for a company that should either close down or remodel soon. We moved from our first room b/c there were dead bugs in the actual bed smh. Once to the new room there was visible mold growing on walls, the peep hole glass was broken so they had tissue hanging out of it, etc. And more complaints I provided to them. The city should do an inspection on the continued low quality. Again, we did not expect high quality but it was almost unsafe and uninhabitable. Rooms smelled like old water. We stayed for one night b/c the room was already charged in full so we came back to the room late and got up early to avoid spending any extra time in the unit. The booking says it’s owned by Wyndham so we thought it should be fairly decent. However it’s privately owned by Mr Patel. I would suggest no one spend their money here unless they revamp this hotel.

Horrible experience, I asked for a non-smoking room but the room had a horrible cigarette smell, they even tried to put me in another room, but they all had the same cigarette smell!
There were still a lot of broken things like the bathroom sink that didn't come out with hot water, the drawer, some dirty things, in short, bad experience, I will never stay at this hotel again!
