The location of the hotel is a bit remote, a little away from the city and very close to the train station. There are many homeless tents under the train station bridge. The hotel facilities are okay, but the parking fee is a bit expensive.

Very beautiful hotel, clean, very welcoming and helpful staff. Too bad about the paid parking.

Une superbe découverte ! Nous sommes venus à l’occasion de notre 14e anniversaire de mariage. J’avais demandé une petite chambre sympathique dans la mesure du possible. Et quelle surprise en découvrant que nous avions été surclassé en suite junior!!! Quelle gentillesse !!! nous avons adoré cette chambre elle est superbe et La baignoire est fabuleuse!, l’insonorisation est au top. On se croit dans une bulle. Pas de bruit. Literie impeccable et confortable,personnels souriants et serviables! nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration. Un truc tout bête mais que les hôtels n’ont pas et que nous avons beaucoup apprécié: devant notre chambre il y avait deux rideaux et derrière le mur, des planches à repasser avec des fers. C’est une très bonne idée un très bon concept! Le petit-déj’ était très bien aussi du pain chaud de la viennoiseries,(très bonne brioche à la praline et bons pancakes), du salé, enfin, tout ce qu’il fallait ! C’est un très bel hôtel nous avons eu un coup de cœur !et nous reviendrons assurément! Merci encore!

Hotel ideally located near tony garnier sports hall. Top notch decoration. We feel very good there. There is space.. The staff is young, they are dynamic.. We had dinner in the evening at the workshop, everything was perfect. A favorite for the leek vinaigrette with the runny egg hummm The only downside that we can criticize is that there is too much coming and going of outside people who can come for a drink or something to eat. It should be kept private at the hotel. And the morning coffee my god not good at all.. please do something. But otherwise we'll definitely come back... We had the chance to have breakfast with Pierre de Maere who sang right next door in the evening with Vitaa and Gim's

Excellent welcome…. Original hotel, top restaurant…. Strategic access point

I stayed with my boyfriend in Ruck hotel on the recommendation of my friends and I did not regret my choice! As I understood this hotel is quite new so everything is modern, clean and well maintained. Arrival and departure were quick, the staff were welcoming and always attentive. We had a little problem with our TV in the room (we didn't understand how to turn it on) and 5 minutes later the receptionist was available to help us. Our room (Junior Suite) was modern, spacious, clean and very well equipped. We felt so comfortable in this luxurious place that we had trouble getting out to explore Lyon. We took the breakfast option and I recommend it to others too. The buffet was so good, especially the homemade smoked salmon! The hotel is located a little outside the city center but the metro station is right in front of the hotel. By metro it took us 20 minutes from leaving the hotel to the city center so we never used our car (parking is available at the hotel) We ate outside so except for the morning buffet I haven't tried the restaurant dishes but the evening cocktails at the bar are magnificent! I'm sure that next time when I'm in Lyon I'll stay at Ruck hotel. So see you next time!

It is always with great pleasure that we choose The Ruck Hotel as a destination during our travels. We find rest, comfort and kindness from its staff there. There's no denying it's an address that we plan to visit regularly! I recommend !
