"The location is great, but there's road construction in front, making it a bit chaotic. Taxis are also hard to find. The sinks weren't working; I called twice, but thankfully there were two sinks. The most unbelievable thing was calling a taxi to Gare de Lyon Perrache. I showed the attendant my train ticket and gave him my room number 608. He said he'd be there in two minutes, only 7-8 minutes. The car arrived, and the attendant told the driver, but ten minutes passed and he still hadn't arrived. I asked the driver, and he said it would take another ten minutes. I asked where he'd gone. His English was okay at first, then he said he'd be there soon. Five minutes later, he said he'd be there in two minutes. I checked Google Maps, and it said it would take another 20 minutes. The driver took me to another train station, saying the hotel staff had sent him there! He even offered to take me back to the hotel to verify my identity. My train was delayed. When we got to the train station, he wouldn't let me get off, called his friend, and we argued. I paid €28 for a €10 taxi ride. Catching my train was the priority. Please contact the hotel through Ctrip to complain."

"The room is very quiet and the Rhone River is outside the window, but you need to bring your own slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. The breakfast variety is quite rich and the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic. The only downside was that the drinking water in the room tasted a bit strange and the water package supplied the next day had stains on the outside. Also, the deposit refund is slow."

"I came to Lyon for an admission exam. It was a nice hotel and a bit easy to find. (I lost myself but can you blame a solo girl in her first solo travel ? ) The place was well put and the room was simple but with great necessities. I was thrown off a bit by the bathroom as it looks a bit like showers at pools and weird for my point of view. I stayed one night and due to being in the center of the city there's was quite the noise outside but its not something they can do about it however you can hear a lot from the corridors which impacted quite of my sleep.. Overall I would recommend it for short stays and maybe on higher floors !!!"
