AAnonymous UserAccessibility and Location: It's within walking distance to T1. Conveniently located in close proximity to fantastic bars and cafes.
Cleanliness: The room felt a bit dated. It was tidy but the bathroom could have been cleaner.
Comfort: Large rooms, comfortable beddings.
Service: Staff were approachable. However, some were disapppointing at times when you were met with ”I don't know” instead of ”let me find out” for simple matters such as laundry service.

GGuest UserOverall, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. In particular, I think its location is probably the best you can get in Lyon for a short stay. I also believe it was a very good choice in terms of price-performance. Of course, you can pay much higher rates to stay at more luxurious hotels, but this one more than meets all the essential needs. The welcome was always warm and friendly. The hotel entrance was very beautiful. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was also excellent and perfectly clean.
I also truly appreciated the hotel’s commitment to reducing plastic use and protecting the environment. It meant a lot to me and made me really happy to see this.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is OK, next to the transportation hub of Perrache. It takes about five minutes from getting off the subway to walking into the hotel. It's not bad if you have big luggage to carry, as you don't have to walk much in the subway station.
The hotel itself, as others have said, is nothing. But it is also possible to turn the cost savings into more favorable housing prices.
There is no resteraunt in the hotel itself, but there is a restaurant next door.
Next to him is the greet hotel, a competitor
Lyon itself is not very big, it feels like a third-tier city in China, so it is still very convenient to live here.

GGuest UserA wonderful stay. The hotel is within 15 walking distance from the Lyon station and also close to the nearby Westfield mall. There are a few good eating places nearby. There isn't much room service or amenities just the basic, no phone in the room. A small kitchenette for ease. The staff at reception is very welcoming. A special thanks to INGRID for all her support and kindness. She was a STAR 🌟. I recommend the hotel for short stays or a stay with no frills.

TToffer MorganA great stay with a great price. Fantastic heating, showers and beds are super comfortable. Clean bedding clean rooms. Located in the best Restaurant area of Lyon where the Basilica is viewed closely under lights. Stunning.

MM49065****Quite nice. It gives off a friendly vibe and is conveniently located. Since it's an apartment-style hotel, the front desk collects a deposit upfront, which is then returned upon check-out. Those who mind this detail should consider it carefully. Otherwise, it's a very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

GGuest UserIt’s our first time to try this BNB hotel, We felt very satisfied with this hotel, good location with 5 minutes away from the Metro station and there’s a big supermarket just opposite the hotel, Also the hotel is not expensive but with good service, the staff there are very friendly and kind. We will sure to stay there again when we go there in the future.

The staff were nice, and the lobby is clean and satisfying to be in.
However, the hallways of the third floor weren't particularly clean. The ceiling panelling was falling down and there were some leaks by the lift.
The rooms was pleasant and clean except for the toilet where the wall had areas where the paint was peeling off.
