3-Star Hotels in Urumqi

So here is an English review. I stayed on this hotel over 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

This stay was truly exceptional! The hotel was clean and tidy, with a cozy and comfortable decor. The room had great natural light and soundproofing, and the bedding was so soft, I slept incredibly well. The front desk and staff were warm and attentive; check-in was fast and efficient, and all our requests were promptly handled. The location is very convenient for getting around. Overall, the attention to detail was impressive, and it offered fantastic value for money. It was a really comfortable stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Stayed one night which was quite pleasant. A good room with a comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well. The train station is less than 10 mins by taxi. Lots of good Uyghur food in the street outside the hotel. The reception desk were kind and welcoming. The price was a bit high, I thought.

The hotel's shuttle service was fantastic. The driver helped with luggage both ways, which was perfect for my late-night arrival. The room facilities were generally good, but the showerhead in my room last night was leaking from both ends. It was too late to contact the front desk, though. Breakfast was served from 7:30 AM to 10 AM, offering all the essentials and tasting delicious. I stayed here for one night as a layover after arriving late for a skiing trip, and overall, it's good value for money. The free airport shuttle service to Tianshan International Airport was excellent; the car was new and very clean, and they helped carry my luggage to the hotel.

This guesthouse is ideally located in the heart of Urumqi Airport, offering a prime advantage. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the surrounding services fully meet guests' needs and demands. The hotel's prices are affordable, making it accessible for the general public. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. These are my personal opinions, for reference only.

Traveling with friends, this stay experience is really impeccable! When checking in, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional. Not only did they help us with the formalities quickly, they also thoughtfully upgraded the room type and gave us a little surprise. The room is clean and bright, and the decoration is warm and elegant. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the mattress is moderately firm and soft, and I had a great sleep all night. The room is very spacious, and we can put our luggage there without feeling crowded. There is also a comfortable sofa area, where we chat and eat snacks at night, which is super cozy. The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries are of high quality and very comfortable to use. The hotel's sound insulation is also good. It is very quiet at night and will not be disturbed by the outside world at all. It is very convenient to eat and shop around, and you can find all kinds of delicious food within a few steps. It is also close to the subway station, making travel easy and convenient to various attractions. This time the accommodation experience at Xiyue Hotel was great. Both the service and the environment were far beyond my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I travel!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in (I couldn't help recommending it to my friends), full marks for details💯! The airport shuttle was a business car, the car was clean and the driver was friendly and punctual. The Linglong room I stayed in was on the first floor. When I inserted the room card, the curtains automatically opened and warm pure music BGM sounded. I looked at the hustle and bustle of traffic outside the window through the screen. It was really warm and had a great atmosphere! I like the decoration style, which is retro but not old-fashioned; the room facilities are very warm, with details in place but not dazzling; the hotel is located in a convenient and busy area, not too quiet but not too noisy; the hotel service is quite good, the staff are very friendly and polite, and will try their best to meet customer needs (my face was swollen after a tooth was pulled, and the front desk staff kindly gave me an ice pack to apply on my face). If I have the chance to come to Urumqi next time, I will continue to stay at this hotel!

Absolutely loved it, highly recommend! The quality is excellent and exactly as described by the seller. I'm very satisfied! The front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, always ready to answer any questions, and quick to respond. I asked a lot of questions, and they never seemed annoyed, always answering me patiently and thoroughly. I have the utmost respect for their front desk service; good staff like that are hard to come by. As for the room, it was exactly what I needed, even better than I imagined! I really have to give it a big thumbs up!

Facilities: Truly four-star hotel amenities; the room felt like it was back in the 2000s, with a telephone, bathrobes, and a refrigerator. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, spotless. Environment: There are restaurants and bakeries across the street. The hotel parking lot is large, and taxis are readily available. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Grand Bazaar. Service: Check-in was very quick, and check-out was also convenient.
