GGuest UserHigh cost performance, the hotel just opened and has no decoration taste.
The room is large, well-planned and warm in style. The dry and wet separated bathroom is well received and the bathroom is relatively large.
The service is professional and fast. It is the hotel with the most satisfactory service experience I have had recently.
The restaurant can pack up and it is very convenient.
Underground parking lots are a boon for traveling in winter.
I'll come again next time.

MMelvin N.We had a very nice stay. We came from Kazachstan and arrived early in the morning but we could check in early. The ladies at the reception were so friendly and helpful with everything! We could even enjoy breakfast at the day we arrived and they gave us a breakfast box on the day we left because we left very early in the morning. They also helped us with a taxi to the museum and some apps we have to use in China. The room was also nice with very comfortable beds and a nice shower. Thank you for the very nice stay and the warm welcome to China! :)

MMimi825This is my second time staying at Urumqi Jianzhi Hotel, and I specifically booked the 45-sqm superior king room. The space is really generous, making for a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the service is consistently excellent. The bed, especially, is incredibly comfortable – I slept for almost a full day after driving around Yili. The parking is completely free and there are plenty of spots. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Urumqi. Highly recommend it!

YYangshenmeyang00Stayed one night at this newly opened hotel in Urumqi, and the experience was really great.
The front desk service was excellent. They were very welcoming during check-in and patiently answered all my questions, seeming very professional. The room was also very clean, and the bedding was spotless white, making me feel very comfortable and at ease.
Breakfast was provided in the morning with a good variety of options. It filled me up and gave me energy for a full day of sightseeing. There's also parking in the courtyard, which is super convenient for those driving, no need to search for a parking spot.
The location is also decent, making it easy to get around. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. For this price, to get such a clean hotel with excellent service, the value for money is really high. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Urumqi.

XXiaonvzi1The hotel's shuttle service was fantastic. The driver helped with luggage both ways, which was perfect for my late-night arrival. The room facilities were generally good, but the showerhead in my room last night was leaking from both ends. It was too late to contact the front desk, though. Breakfast was served from 7:30 AM to 10 AM, offering all the essentials and tasting delicious. I stayed here for one night as a layover after arriving late for a skiing trip, and overall, it's good value for money. The free airport shuttle service to Tianshan International Airport was excellent; the car was new and very clean, and they helped carry my luggage to the hotel.

GGuest UserI was extremely satisfied! The shuttle driver was incredibly patient and attentive, waiting patiently and understandingly even though it took a while to get my luggage. Once I arrived, a security guard helped me with my bags and even brought them to my room. The front desk staff thoughtfully asked about my plans for the next day and arranged a room accordingly. Since I wasn't in a hurry, they gave me a quiet room on the second floor. The room itself was very clean and cozy. Overall, I was incredibly happy and felt so much warmth. When I checked out, the security guard was having lunch, but when he learned I had called a taxi, he put his meal aside to help me with my luggage. The environment gets full marks, the service gets full marks, the human touch gets full marks, and the value for money absolutely gets full marks! Highly recommend, I had a fantastic experience. Thank you to the thoughtful front desk and the warm-hearted security guard.

When checking in, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional. Not only did they help us with the formalities quickly, they also thoughtfully upgraded the room type and gave us a little surprise. The room is clean and bright, and the decoration is warm and elegant. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the mattress is moderately firm and soft, and I had a great sleep all night. The room is very spacious, and we can put our luggage there without feeling crowded. There is also a comfortable sofa area, where we chat and eat snacks at night, which is super cozy.
The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries are of high quality and very comfortable to use. The hotel's sound insulation is also good. It is very quiet at night and will not be disturbed by the outside world at all.
It is very convenient to eat and shop around, and you can find all kinds of delicious food within a few steps. It is also close to the subway station, making travel easy and convenient to various attractions. This time the accommodation experience at Xiyue Hotel was great. Both the service and the environment were far beyond my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I travel!

GGuest UserThis is the best hotel I have ever stayed in (I couldn't help recommending it to my friends), full marks for details💯!
The airport shuttle was a business car, the car was clean and the driver was friendly and punctual.
The Linglong room I stayed in was on the first floor. When I inserted the room card, the curtains automatically opened and warm pure music BGM sounded. I looked at the hustle and bustle of traffic outside the window through the screen. It was really warm and had a great atmosphere! I like the decoration style, which is retro but not old-fashioned; the room facilities are very warm, with details in place but not dazzling; the hotel is located in a convenient and busy area, not too quiet but not too noisy; the hotel service is quite good, the staff are very friendly and polite, and will try their best to meet customer needs (my face was swollen after a tooth was pulled, and the front desk staff kindly gave me an ice pack to apply on my face).
If I have the chance to come to Urumqi next time, I will continue to stay at this hotel!

The front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, always ready to answer any questions, and quick to respond. I asked a lot of questions, and they never seemed annoyed, always answering me patiently and thoroughly. I have the utmost respect for their front desk service; good staff like that are hard to come by. As for the room, it was exactly what I needed, even better than I imagined! I really have to give it a big thumbs up!

Cleanliness: The room was very clean, spotless.
Environment: There are restaurants and bakeries across the street. The hotel parking lot is large, and taxis are readily available. It's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Grand Bazaar.
