YYangshenmeyang00Stayed one night at this newly opened hotel in Urumqi, and the experience was really great.
The front desk service was excellent. They were very welcoming during check-in and patiently answered all my questions, seeming very professional. The room was also very clean, and the bedding was spotless white, making me feel very comfortable and at ease.
Breakfast was provided in the morning with a good variety of options. It filled me up and gave me energy for a full day of sightseeing. There's also parking in the courtyard, which is super convenient for those driving, no need to search for a parking spot.
The location is also decent, making it easy to get around. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. For this price, to get such a clean hotel with excellent service, the value for money is really high. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Urumqi.

SSuray.ChSo here is an English review. I stayed on this hotel over 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

MMelvin N.We had a very nice stay. We came from Kazachstan and arrived early in the morning but we could check in early. The ladies at the reception were so friendly and helpful with everything! We could even enjoy breakfast at the day we arrived and they gave us a breakfast box on the day we left because we left very early in the morning. They also helped us with a taxi to the museum and some apps we have to use in China. The room was also nice with very comfortable beds and a nice shower. Thank you for the very nice stay and the warm welcome to China! :)

XXiaodiubaobaoSpecial thanks to the female driver who drove us to the airport. She helped with our luggage and even went out of her way to drop us off at the VIP lounge. I've never experienced such warm hospitality before, I'm truly touched and thankful. The front desk service was also excellent; they specially arranged a first-floor room for us because we had seniors, avoiding the inconvenience of stairs. The room was a bit small, but for a one-night layover near the airport, it was great value for money. The key takeaway is the five-star service. Plus, dining and shopping options nearby were very convenient. All in all, highly recommended!

The airport shuttle was a business car, the car was clean and the driver was friendly and punctual.
The Linglong room I stayed in was on the first floor. When I inserted the room card, the curtains automatically opened and warm pure music BGM sounded. I looked at the hustle and bustle of traffic outside the window through the screen. It was really warm and had a great atmosphere! I like the decoration style, which is retro but not old-fashioned; the room facilities are very warm, with details in place but not dazzling; the hotel is located in a convenient and busy area, not too quiet but not too noisy; the hotel service is quite good, the staff are very friendly and polite, and will try their best to meet customer needs (my face was swollen after a tooth was pulled, and the front desk staff kindly gave me an ice pack to apply on my face).
If I have the chance to come to Urumqi next time, I will continue to stay at this hotel!

GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel, good facilities, good service, room was kept very clean, and front desk workers were very helpful even though there English was limited. The hotel is close to the train station, but some distance from the nearest Metro station, and a long way from Urumqi sights of interest like the Grand Bazaar. The breakfast was acceptable, but we expected more from a hotel of otherwise high standards.

GGuest UserThe service was truly exceptional. I had an early flight and asked the front desk if I could check in early, which they happily arranged. They even upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciated. The front desk also had complimentary bottled water and fruit, a very thoughtful touch. They even gave me a free breakfast, which was also fantastic with a great variety and delicious food. Overall, it was an incredibly good experience. The front desk staff and security guards were all very friendly. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xinjiang. It's also close to the metro station and has plenty of restaurants nearby.

GGuest UserWhen booking, the customer service responded very promptly and patiently answered all my questions. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk checked in quickly, the staff was very enthusiastic, and they also kindly introduced the surrounding food. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I slept very soundly at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the smart toilet is a big plus, and the toiletries smell great too. It is convenient for eating and shopping around, and is also close to the high-speed rail station. When checking out, the staff also helped to call a taxi, which made the experience perfect! Next time I travel, this hotel must be my first choice!

BBaiyexingx_oAbsolutely loved it, highly recommend! The quality is excellent and exactly as described by the seller. I'm very satisfied! The front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, always ready to answer any questions, and quick to respond. I asked a lot of questions, and they never seemed annoyed, always answering me patiently and thoroughly. I have the utmost respect for their front desk service; good staff like that are hard to come by. As for the room, it was exactly what I needed, even better than I imagined! I really have to give it a big thumbs up!

GGuest UserLocation: 1 2 km walking distance to the international grand bazaar and the Erdiqiao metro station. But there are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. You can also take the public bus no. 63 to get to the bazaar for 1 Yuan.
Amenities: There is a laundry room on level 3 with free detergent but no dryer. If the room is closed, ask help from housekeeping. They dont provide tea bags in room which is weird for China. And no free disposable shaving blade nor tissue except for toilet rolls.
Service: this hotel is always full of wedding functions and many guests from other Central Asian countries. The reception is under-maned. So, they will keep your passports for registration which is not correct practice. We insisted that they took photos of our documents instead of keeping them. No other hotel in Xinjiang practices keeping passports, only this hotel.
Other points: there is a police station in front. A convenience store and small supermarket right near the entrance. This hotel has 4 floors.
