Facilities: All good. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Excellent location, close to dried fruit wholesale markets and the Grand Bazaar. Very convenient for ordering takeout, with many delicious options. Food delivery by robots is a nice touch. Service: Prompt and accommodating. Staff were enthusiastic and even gave a small gift to my child – an Afanti's donkey toy and a fridge magnet. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was flawless. The room was spotless, with great attention to detail. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful stay. The staff were attentive, polite, and efficient. The food was tasty and varied enough for everyday needs. The prime location made getting around incredibly easy. Overall, the quality was top-notch, and parking was free.

Traveling to Xinjiang, I passed through Urumqi on both the outbound and return flights. Luckily, both hotels I chose were excellent.璞舍沁院 (Pushe Qinyuan) is relatively close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. The hotel is conveniently located in a residential area, surrounded by other hotels (at the intersection of Qingdao Road, Guangzhou Road, and Shanghai Road). It's easy to get around, yet quiet and comfortable. There's a satellite plaza nearby and plenty of dining options. The hotel's exterior and interior design are very unique, perfect for taking photos. The front desk staff, breakfast service, and airport shuttle were all attentive, enthusiastic, punctual, and efficient. The self-service laundry room and gym were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The foot massage on the basement floor was very professional and offered good value for money. The room wasn't huge, but it was very comfortable and suited my needs perfectly. Highly recommended!

When I came to Xinjiang for the first time, I stayed at the Northwest Petroleum Hotel. I had a very good impression of it. It was clean and beautiful, and the room was big enough. I still feel the same this time. From the lobby to the security staff, everyone is very friendly. Unfortunately, the 2nd floor of the hotel is under renovation. Construction started before 9:30 in the morning and started again at 3:30 when I came back from lunch. There was no rest during the day. Please avoid it if you mind. Breakfast was average. But it’s rich and you can eat well. Freshly ground coffee and cakes are also provided during the day. In short, it is still the first choice if it is not decorated.

I flew China Southern Airlines and stayed at their hotel this time. It's not too far from the airport, and the hotel is very clean. Even though it's been open for a while, the decor and facilities are well-maintained. The room was spacious, showing the quality of an established 4-star hotel. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options like ramen, dumplings, various stir-fries, and cold dishes. I even saw China Southern's own flight attendants and pilots dining there, so the food is definitely clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was lovely and provided a detailed introduction during check-in. The area around the hotel is great for exploring; it's very close to Hongshan Market where you can buy local specialties, and ordering takeout is convenient too. Traveling with a child, the staff thoughtfully helped me with my luggage and even took it up to the elevator! I wanted to show my child Urumqi's night view, so I looked at a few room types. The hotel staff was very patient, showing me rooms with different orientations, and I finally chose one! The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving you a sensation of slowly sinking in, and I fell asleep very quickly. The room was quiet, with no noise disturbances, and the hotel's facilities were excellent. When traveling with children, expectations are naturally higher, and the hotel's cleanliness completely met my standards and requirements. It was spotless, with clean carpets and sofas. Plus, it's super convenient to get to Wanda Plaza for shopping – just cross the street! All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay!

My wife didn't want to leave the room for lunch, but the hotel staff kindly delivered it to our room. The service at this hotel is absolutely top-notch! The room facilities are excellent, and I really love their simple yet elegant decor style. The room was clean and tidy, and we even got fruit on our first day. When we needed laundry done, we just called the front desk and they took care of it, so I didn't have to go myself. Their service is truly amazing!

She truly showed me what exceptional 'ownership' and reliable, follow-through work look like. Even before we checked in, she proactively sent a video, meticulously asking about all our needs and arranging everything perfectly, making us feel at ease before we even arrived. During our stay, she keenly noticed our travel fatigue, not only thoughtfully offering warm water but also, upon learning of our tight schedule, proactively helped us arrange a late check-out, which was a huge relief. Even when we left, she specially prepared a parting gift, extending that warmth until the very last moment. From the concern before check-in to the reluctance to leave, she treated every guest like family. Ms. Nur deeply impressed me with her sincere follow-through and full sense of ownership. She provided service that truly touched the guests' hearts. I look forward to staying again during the snowy season. The hotel's own food is also excellent, available at the main entrance at 6 PM.

The hotel has free parking, which is convenient for self-driving. The hotel management is relatively standardized, the front desk staff has a good attitude, the room area is relatively large, and the hygiene is also good. Except that the shower door and the toilet door affect each other, everything else is fine. The hotel's breakfast is great, with a wide variety and good quality. There are fresh fruits and freshly ground coffee. The restaurant environment is clean and hygienic. The restaurant staff also pays attention to hygiene and has a good service attitude. I will definitely stay at Ruihao International Hotel when I come to Urumqi again.

It's also not far from the International Grand Bazaar and the famous Hotan Second Street Night Market, about three bus stops away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The location truly can't be beat. The hotel itself has a grand and elegant atmosphere, with a lobby that showcases rich Western Regions culture and a mural corridor filled with cultural exhibits. Manager Watt had our room and key cards ready for us in advance, which was a very thoughtful and attentive service. The room was clean and tidy, offering a great view of the city at night, and was fully equipped with all amenities. The best part is the hotel's own dedicated parking lot, making parking incredibly convenient with plenty of spaces and hassle-free entry and exit. Overall, the quality is top-notch – clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, all at a great price.
