I arrived quite late, and the front desk clerk was incredibly thoughtful, upgrading me to a suite and even bringing some Tianshan yogurt. The hotel room was high-end, elegant, and stylish, with lovely Uyghur-inspired decor. The separate bathroom was spacious and luxurious. The soundproofing was excellent, and I drifted off to sleep in no time! It's just a stone's throw from the high-speed rail station, so I could sleep in a bit more. The breakfast had a rich variety of options and tasted absolutely delicious.

When I came to Xinjiang for the first time, I stayed at the Northwest Petroleum Hotel. I had a very good impression of it. It was clean and beautiful, and the room was big enough. I still feel the same this time. From the lobby to the security staff, everyone is very friendly. Unfortunately, the 2nd floor of the hotel is under renovation. Construction started before 9:30 in the morning and started again at 3:30 when I came back from lunch. There was no rest during the day. Please avoid it if you mind. Breakfast was average. But it’s rich and you can eat well. Freshly ground coffee and cakes are also provided during the day. In short, it is still the first choice if it is not decorated.

I flew China Southern Airlines and stayed at their hotel this time. It's not too far from the airport, and the hotel is very clean. She was smiling throughout the check-in process, softly asking, ”Do you need any help?” Her attitude was so friendly and attentive, it felt like talking to a friend. The room facilities were also a big plus, especially the wet/dry separation in the bathroom – super practical! The shower area and vanity were completely separate. The bedding was soft and clean, the desk was spacious, and there were plenty of charging ports. The overall decor was simple yet comfortable. Great hotel for family and friends, we have wonderful breakfast there during the stay of 3D2N. It location is superb, just 3 minutes walking distance to Mrt station. 20 minutes can reach Urumqi Bazaar. Opposite the hotel is a night market and underground shop lot, there are so many things to eat and see. Walk another 10 minutes is another shopping mall, can also reach there by bus or Mrt. Overall, this hotel is perfect for family vacation stay.
