The hotel excels in every aspect – its facilities, service, and cleanliness are all excellent. The location is superb; you can see the high-speed train station right from the window. Getting here from the high-speed train station is a breeze: just cross the plaza in front of the station, then one more road, and you're there in about 200-300 meters on foot. The international long-distance bus station is also right next to the high-speed train station. If you're coming from the airport, simply take the airport shuttle bus to the high-speed train station. It's incredibly convenient for travel.

I flew China Southern Airlines and stayed at their hotel this time. It's not too far from the airport, and the hotel is very clean. Even though it's been open for a while, the decor and facilities are well-maintained. The room was spacious, showing the quality of an established 4-star hotel. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options like ramen, dumplings, various stir-fries, and cold dishes. I even saw China Southern's own flight attendants and pilots dining there, so the food is definitely clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was lovely and provided a detailed introduction during check-in. The area around the hotel is great for exploring; it's very close to Hongshan Market where you can buy local specialties, and ordering takeout is convenient too. Since we stayed here the night before, we were debating where to stay the next day. Ultimately, to avoid moving our luggage, we decided to extend our stay. This time we chose a room with breakfast, and they even included a child's breakfast. Overall, it was good. Thumbs up.

They responded promptly to any issues and resolved them diligently. They were very understanding and positive when guests had special requests, showing great humanity. A sincere thank you to them! The buffet breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes, especially the distinctive savory milk tea and yogurt, both of which were delicious. We also ordered lunch from the hotel's 3rd-floor restaurant, which was delivered directly to our room via a food cart. This allowed us to enjoy specialty cuisine without leaving our room. The stewed lamb chops were incredibly tender and fragrant, with no hint of ***** taste, and perfectly complemented by vegetables like radish and corn, making it nutritious and delicious. The broth was light and had a subtle sweetness – I ended up having two large bowls! The king oyster mushroom and beef tenderloin was a generous portion, and my daughter and I nearly finished it all. Other specialties like stir-fried eggs with saussurea were also very tasty. Unfortunately, my family had some inflammation and sore throats, so we didn't dare order spicy dishes and missed the chance to try specialties like the 'Lao Gong Ji' (husband chicken). Next time we visit, I'll definitely come back to try other signature dishes. The 'Ma Jia Yuan' restaurant on the first floor served excellent beef knife-cut noodles and clear broth beef noodles. However, the hotel itself has excellent soundproofing, and the night market isn't directly downstairs, so the hotel and rooms remained very quiet and peaceful.

Except that the shower door and the toilet door affect each other, everything else is fine. The hotel's breakfast is great, with a wide variety and good quality. There are fresh fruits and freshly ground coffee. The restaurant environment is clean and hygienic. The restaurant staff also pays attention to hygiene and has a good service attitude. The location is a bit out of the way, right next to a wholesale market. It's easy to get confused with two entrances; you need to use the uphill one at the back. It's an old five-star hotel, and indeed, it feels very dated. Both the room facilities and the restaurant's tableware show their age. The only service we really encountered was at the front desk during check-in and for parking validation; we didn't see much service otherwise. The Uyghur young man at the front desk spoke excellent Mandarin and processed our check-in very quickly. The in-room amenities were not kid-friendly at all; there were no children's slippers or toiletries. Although there was a wide variety of food, it wasn't refined at all, and we even found hair in it, which is completely unacceptable. We stayed in a suite, which was quite spacious. Fortunately, the hotel's price was significantly lower than the Conrad's, so we had to just put up with it. Parking was convenient, in an open-air lot.
