The service was warm and inviting, though the deluxe suite could use an upgrade – I completely forgot to take pictures! 😉 In the afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised with fresh milk, and breakfast included thoughtful takeaways like yogurt and pastries. After years of traveling to many places, this is the first time I've experienced such unique and truly exceeding expectations service. If they had locations elsewhere, I would definitely stay again.

When I came to Xinjiang for the first time, I stayed at the Northwest Petroleum Hotel. I had a very good impression of it. It was clean and beautiful, and the room was big enough. I still feel the same this time. From the lobby to the security staff, everyone is very friendly. Unfortunately, the 2nd floor of the hotel is under renovation. Construction started before 9:30 in the morning and started again at 3:30 when I came back from lunch. There was no rest during the day. Please avoid it if you mind. Breakfast was average. But it’s rich and you can eat well. Freshly ground coffee and cakes are also provided during the day. In short, it is still the first choice if it is not decorated.

I flew China Southern Airlines and stayed at their hotel this time. It's not too far from the airport, and the hotel is very clean. Even though it's been open for a while, the decor and facilities are well-maintained. The room was spacious, showing the quality of an established 4-star hotel. Plus, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options like ramen, dumplings, various stir-fries, and cold dishes. I even saw China Southern's own flight attendants and pilots dining there, so the food is definitely clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was lovely and provided a detailed introduction during check-in. The area around the hotel is great for exploring; it's very close to Hongshan Market where you can buy local specialties, and ordering takeout is convenient too. She was smiling throughout the check-in process, softly asking, ”Do you need any help?” Her attitude was so friendly and attentive, it felt like talking to a friend. The room facilities were also a big plus, especially the wet/dry separation in the bathroom – super practical! The shower area and vanity were completely separate. The bedding was soft and clean, the desk was spacious, and there were plenty of charging ports. The overall decor was simple yet comfortable. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose this hotel again – Zoey's thoughtful service and the room's detailed design truly made for a reassuring and comfortable stay.

The location is perfect, transportation is convenient, and the room offers a view of the sunset. I prefer this old hotel with traditional decor. I hate the smart toilets these days; they look smart, but they're only half-baked. The lid covers your back before you even lift it, and you flush when you sit down. So I prefer this traditional toilet. The hotel upgraded it and provided a fruit plate and yogurt. There's also a breakfast shop at the back entrance, which the security guard directed us to. Hahaha.

Except that the shower door and the toilet door affect each other, everything else is fine. The hotel's breakfast is great, with a wide variety and good quality. There are fresh fruits and freshly ground coffee. The restaurant environment is clean and hygienic. The restaurant staff also pays attention to hygiene and has a good service attitude. I will definitely stay at Ruihao International Hotel when I come to Urumqi again.
