The proprietress of this homestay is too polite. I booked the room in August. The proprietress called me 4 times. I didn’t receive it. Not only did she not refund my order because she didn’t contact me, she also booked for us a group of rooms and rushed from Urumqi to the homestay to wait for us. It's so moving!
After arriving at the homestay, the proprietress said that the room can be picked by us, and it can be replaced with a larger one. Later, we felt that the original room was smaller and not so cold. The proprietress brought the local apples to invite us to eat. It was really warm!
The room has a big bathtub, but because it is too cold, we did not enjoy it, a pity! 😄
In short, this homestay is worth coming again!

YongyuandehemagegeThe family room experience exceeded our expectations. The bed layout was well-designed, with separate sleeping spaces for both adults and children, so we didn't have to squeeze together. My child absolutely loved climbing the rock wall to get to their bed. The room was tastefully decorated, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Parking was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The hotel's design has a distinct Xinjiang ethnic flair, but it's not the gaudy, influencer-style red and green; instead, it's very stylish and tasteful. They even offer complimentary ethnic costumes for photos, which turned out better than those taken at the Grand Bazaar. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect for family travel. They also have two-bedroom family suites with a living room, which is a fantastic layout for traveling with parents. Xinjiang, I'll be back, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

Guest UserI was absolutely delighted with my stay at the All Seasons Hotel! The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to transportation and restaurants. The subtle aroma of tea greeted me upon entering the lobby, creating a simple yet cozy atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable and soft, and I slept soundly. I loved their toiletries, with their natural teakwood scent, which was very refined. The staff were friendly and responsive, leaving me with a truly excellent experience. The front desk staff were excellent, proactive, and welcoming. Even though we booked a room without breakfast, the hotel assistant, Sun, provided us with a complimentary breakfast. It was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and I found it very cost-effective. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel. I'll definitely stay at the All Seasons Hotel again!

Guest UserWe stayed in a comfortable room that was cleaned daily by staff. The laundry room did not have a functioning dryer so we dried our washed clothes in our room (this was as just a small downside). The location is great if you want to be close to the airport or railway station but a little far from the more interesting parts of the city.

Anonymous UserIn terms of location, the hotel is a five-minute walk from Exit B of the subway station and does not have to cross the road. The door is a 24-hour convenience store, which is a plus.
Gold and silver card free breakfast, stir-fried vegetables are salty, pick up coarse grains sweet potatoes and corn, taste good.
The free water standard in the room is two bottles of Nongfu Spring green bottles, and the water is given to the son doll, which has a obvious difference in taste.

BeMa354Everything at this place is inspiring and catchy, in one way or another. Comfortably furnished, with a clean common space that has a nice bookshelf, a reading area, dining table and a soft furry couch. If there is one thing visible through the layout of this inn, it is that they take living with art with gusto, and this is an advantage for artsy guests. To top it all off, cat lovers would actually appreciate this place due to its feline thematics and the mascot cat Hanhan. For its price, it is a wonderful place for a stay in Urumqi.

HongliuThe room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly! They also offer airport transfer service, and the driver, Master Huang, was incredibly kind. He proactively helped with luggage and even introduced the hotel and its amenities. His service was excellent! This is my second time staying here, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Anonymous UserTraveling with friends, this stay experience is really impeccable!
When checking in, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional. Not only did they help us with the formalities quickly, they also thoughtfully upgraded the room type and gave us a little surprise. The room is clean and bright, and the decoration is warm and elegant. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the mattress is moderately firm and soft, and I had a great sleep all night. The room is very spacious, and we can put our luggage there without feeling crowded. There is also a comfortable sofa area, where we chat and eat snacks at night, which is super cozy.
The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries are of high quality and very comfortable to use. The hotel's sound insulation is also good. It is very quiet at night and will not be disturbed by the outside world at all.
It is very convenient to eat and shop around, and you can find all kinds of delicious food within a few steps. It is also close to the subway station, making travel easy and convenient to various attractions. This time the accommodation experience at Xiyue Hotel was great. Both the service and the environment were far beyond my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I travel!

XinsuinifeiNeither good nor bad, just okay. The front desk staff on the day was quite impolite. I was a bit tired and just wanted to book a hourly room to rest for a while. Hourly rooms are usually for 4 hours. However, the staff called me directly when I hadn't even been there for 2 hours, asking if I wanted to extend my stay. Not only did it disturb my rest, but it also wasn't even close to the time to urge an extension. I told them I wouldn't be extending, and they just hung up without another word. Was that their way of kicking me out?

Guest UserPros: free laundry, friendly cat and dog, fridge, grill oven, very nice balcony area to chill at, friendly staff. Clean rooms. I found the location quite convenient.
Cons: said staff can come off as rude but she's just loud, she's really nice one you get used to it. Toilet has a smoke smell sometimes, but the ventilation fan is very strong so the smell goes away if you leave the fan on for a while.
Be careful when booking a Didi, you might get sent to an abandoned building. Use the name of the restaurant downstairs instead: 福起自助串串火锅
