Urumqi Hotels with Balcony

The proprietress of this homestay is too polite. I booked the room in August. The proprietress called me 4 times. I didn’t receive it. Not only did she not refund my order because she didn’t contact me, she also booked for us a group of rooms and rushed from Urumqi to the homestay to wait for us. It's so moving! After arriving at the homestay, the proprietress said that the room can be picked by us, and it can be replaced with a larger one. Later, we felt that the original room was smaller and not so cold. The proprietress brought the local apples to invite us to eat. It was really warm! The room has a big bathtub, but because it is too cold, we did not enjoy it, a pity! 😄 In short, this homestay is worth coming again!

The family room experience exceeded our expectations. The bed layout was well-designed, with separate sleeping spaces for both adults and children, so we didn't have to squeeze together. My child absolutely loved climbing the rock wall to get to their bed. The room was tastefully decorated, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Parking was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The hotel's design has a distinct Xinjiang ethnic flair, but it's not the gaudy, influencer-style red and green; instead, it's very stylish and tasteful. They even offer complimentary ethnic costumes for photos, which turned out better than those taken at the Grand Bazaar. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect for family travel. They also have two-bedroom family suites with a living room, which is a fantastic layout for traveling with parents. Xinjiang, I'll be back, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in Xinjiang. It's very clean and the overall style is quite fresh. I like the log cabin. The room is quite large, over 40 square meters. The breakfast is also delicious and varied. The room provides plenty of mineral water, and the shower has a strong water flow. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the bed is a little small, so it might be a bit cramped with children. A 2-meter bed would be better.

The location of the hotel is good, it is very convenient for eating and shopping around, and there is a parking lot behind where you can park for free. As the hotel has just opened, the room hygiene is guaranteed and the facilities are complete. The front desk staff are not familiar with the business and lack the ability to express themselves. What makes people most annoyed are the security guards. There is no sign leading to the back door from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, but guests who drive themselves have a lot of luggage and have to carry it back and forth from the car. Not only do they not help, they also watch you like you are guarding against thieves. Once, they locked the door from the inside while I was still in the parking lot before I finished moving. Another time, he even told me to go through the front door. I asked him what to do with my luggage, and he told me to carry my luggage and go around to the front door.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Manager Zhang from the sales department! Communication with her was incredibly smooth and efficient, and she was always quick to respond. She went above and beyond to secure a great price and flexible check-in arrangements for us. Any issues we had, she resolved quickly and professionally. Thanks to Manager Zhang, our impression of the hotel significantly improved, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

During our 2 week travel we choose this hotel because of its location (which is great) - the hotel is literally just a few steps from the metro station, which was a lifesaver during our 2-week stay. Considering the quality of the service, the comfort of the rooms, and the prime location, I felt this hotel offered excellent value. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Not only did they help us with the formalities quickly, they also thoughtfully upgraded the room type and gave us a little surprise. The room is clean and bright, and the decoration is warm and elegant. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the mattress is moderately firm and soft, and I had a great sleep all night. The room is very spacious, and we can put our luggage there without feeling crowded. There is also a comfortable sofa area, where we chat and eat snacks at night, which is super cozy. The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries are of high quality and very comfortable to use. The hotel's sound insulation is also good. It is very quiet at night and will not be disturbed by the outside world at all. It is very convenient to eat and shop around, and you can find all kinds of delicious food within a few steps. It is also close to the subway station, making travel easy and convenient to various attractions. This time the accommodation experience at Xiyue Hotel was great. Both the service and the environment were far beyond my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I travel!

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly! They also offer airport transfer service, and the driver, Master Huang, was incredibly kind. He proactively helped with luggage and even introduced the hotel and its amenities. His service was excellent! This is my second time staying here, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

I was traveling alone this time, and the front desk lady was so pretty and enthusiastic! She happily led me through the check-in process as soon as I arrived. We were all around the same age, so we had a great chat. I stayed in a quad room, but it wasn't full until I was about to leave. When I checked out, the lady even gave me a beautiful Atlas silk scarf as a gift. Doing laundry was also super convenient, and there was an adorable little dog! So cute! The bathroom was inside the room, which was quite convenient. It's also right near Hongshan Park, so getting around by bus was very easy. I forgot to take pictures, so I've included some nice museum photos instead.
