"The room was clean and tidy, and the service at Tuhas Petroleum Mansion Hotel was absolutely perfect! This morning, I went to the front desk with wet hair to ask where the restaurant was. The front desk staff informed me that the restaurant was temporarily out of order and couldn't serve meals. I was planning to go back to my room, put on some warm clothes, and head out for breakfast, but the front desk staff actually delivered breakfast directly to my room. Although it was a simple meal, it was incredibly heartwarming. The thoughtfulness in these small details was so touching. I was truly warmed by their gesture and highly recommend everyone to stay here~"

"Perfect place to stay, with an amazing view.
Really worth considering the price (little) it gives more than expected.
The guy at reception was really helpful and nice with us, giving the room much before the normal check-in time, that was amazing 'cause it was snowing a lot outside, and also giving us food advice.
The location is good, close to the train station and close to the stop of several buses to the center.
There are some places round also to eat, we ended up in a place run from a wonderful, kind woman who cooks delicious food ."

"My overall stay exceeded expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the high-speed rail station, making it easy to get around and find food. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient with check-in and check-out, always polite and gentle. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were in perfect working order with a stable hot water supply and a full set of amenities. The public areas were tidy and elegant, creating a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. This place offers incredible value for money, perfect for both short trips and business stays. I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit and highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is quite clean and comfortable. Metro is 15 minutes walk. Highway is close to the hotel, however the sound isolation is ok. All necessary things are in the room, like tooth brushes, everything for shower, water tea etc. especially I want to distinguish service and stuff. They’re really kind and helpful. Helped me with taobao delivery and solved all the problems I had. The only one thing that you need some Chinese knowledges or baidu translator, but it’s normal situation in China, and Urumuqi in particular"

AAkademamiIt's good to live here in Nanshan! I lived in two room types, and I personally preferred the frost room. The bed was hard and comfortable to sleep.
Facilities: Electric water heater has sufficient water volume, living room, tea room, halal kitchen. Sound insulation deviation, afraid of noisy living on the second floor room
Hygienic: The towels and sheets are very clean, the owner is a minority, the hygiene is very clean, rest assured
Environment: very quiet, very comfortable
Service: Sister Yuan is very enthusiastic, driving me to the snow field, introduced me to many good places. It is very fair to send 15 snow field trips. You don't know how dark the black car is here.

Ssean590715The proprietress of this homestay is too polite. I booked the room in August. The proprietress called me 4 times. I didn’t receive it. Not only did she not refund my order because she didn’t contact me, she also booked for us a group of rooms and rushed from Urumqi to the homestay to wait for us. It's so moving!
After arriving at the homestay, the proprietress said that the room can be picked by us, and it can be replaced with a larger one. Later, we felt that the original room was smaller and not so cold. The proprietress brought the local apples to invite us to eat. It was really warm!
The room has a big bathtub, but because it is too cold, we did not enjoy it, a pity! 😄
In short, this homestay is worth coming again!

GGuest UserI was so surprised to find such a thoughtful, family-friendly hotel in Xinjiang! As soon as my little one stepped out of the elevator, they were overjoyed, happily playing with the picture books and pretend play toys. They absolutely loved the slide in the room too! The attention to detail is excellent – kids' slippers, a toilet seat, and even a mirror hung low for children. The bedding on the kids' bed felt so soft and gentle on the skin, and the room was spotlessly clean. Plus, the ethnic-themed designs on other floors create a wonderful ambiance. It's truly a hotel where both adults and children can find something to enjoy. The location is also fantastic, right off the highway, and there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. The restaurant the front desk recommended was really good. We'll definitely be staying here again on our way back!

Ccatherine_1987This is the best hotel I've stayed in Xinjiang. It's very clean and the overall style is quite fresh. I like the log cabin. The room is quite large, over 40 square meters. The breakfast is also delicious and varied. The room provides plenty of mineral water, and the shower has a strong water flow. If I had one suggestion, it would be that the bed is a little small, so it might be a bit cramped with children. A 2-meter bed would be better.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is good, it is very convenient for eating and shopping around, and there is a parking lot behind where you can park for free. As the hotel has just opened, the room hygiene is guaranteed and the facilities are complete. The front desk staff are not familiar with the business and lack the ability to express themselves. What makes people most annoyed are the security guards. There is no sign leading to the back door from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, but guests who drive themselves have a lot of luggage and have to carry it back and forth from the car. Not only do they not help, they also watch you like you are guarding against thieves. Once, they locked the door from the inside while I was still in the parking lot before I finished moving. Another time, he even told me to go through the front door. I asked him what to do with my luggage, and he told me to carry my luggage and go around to the front door.

ZZkkzqqThe rooms are great, convenient to use, and the bedding is very clean and comfortable. The floor attendants were also very good. Dining and shopping facilities nearby are plentiful. There are many restaurants, making it easy to eat out, and right next to the hotel is the Hongshan Dried Fruit Wholesale Market, which is great for buying souvenirs. Personally, I feel that the management still needs improvement. Although we were upgraded to a larger room, the other room surprisingly didn't include breakfast. It was quite embarrassing to be turned away at the restaurant in the morning. When I spoke to the front desk, they said they forgot to add breakfast when they issued the room card. Then, at 12:30 PM, after returning from the Grand Bazaar, our room cards had expired, and we couldn't get into our rooms. On our first day in Xinjiang, we stayed at the Kunlun Hotel, and on our last day, at the Oasis Hotel. Although both are four-star hotels, there's quite a difference between them.

When checking in, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional. Not only did they help us with the formalities quickly, they also thoughtfully upgraded the room type and gave us a little surprise. The room is clean and bright, and the decoration is warm and elegant. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the mattress is moderately firm and soft, and I had a great sleep all night. The room is very spacious, and we can put our luggage there without feeling crowded. There is also a comfortable sofa area, where we chat and eat snacks at night, which is super cozy.
The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries are of high quality and very comfortable to use. The hotel's sound insulation is also good. It is very quiet at night and will not be disturbed by the outside world at all.
It is very convenient to eat and shop around, and you can find all kinds of delicious food within a few steps. It is also close to the subway station, making travel easy and convenient to various attractions. This time the accommodation experience at Xiyue Hotel was great. Both the service and the environment were far beyond my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I travel!

Comfortably furnished, with a clean common space that has a nice bookshelf, a reading area, dining table and a soft furry couch. If there is one thing visible through the layout of this inn, it is that they take living with art with gusto, and this is an advantage for artsy guests. To top it all off, cat lovers would actually appreciate this place due to its feline thematics and the mascot cat Hanhan. For its price, it is a wonderful place for a stay in Urumqi.

XXinsuinifeiNeither good nor bad, just okay. The front desk staff on the day was quite impolite. I was a bit tired and just wanted to book a hourly room to rest for a while. Hourly rooms are usually for 4 hours. However, the staff called me directly when I hadn't even been there for 2 hours, asking if I wanted to extend my stay. Not only did it disturb my rest, but it also wasn't even close to the time to urge an extension. I told them I wouldn't be extending, and they just hung up without another word. Was that their way of kicking me out?
