"The location and hotel environment are great, and it feels very safe with card access required for the elevators. There are many helpful staff members at check-in. The room itself was also good and spacious. However, on the second night, starting around 4:30 AM, a group of people from Xinjiang in the adjacent room were chattering loudly, making it impossible to sleep. Even after calling hotel reception, the noise continued until almost 6 AM when they finally left. It was truly frustrating."

"My friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage. Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns). For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials. Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!"

"Environment: The hotel is just like the pictures I saw when booking on Ctrip, clean and tidy, very satisfactory. There is free airport pick-up near the airport! Facilities: The only regret is that the hot water is not hot at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, but warm and cool. "The mattress was very comfortable, no worse than Atour's. The room's smart control system was also very convenient; everything could be voice-controlled. "Convenient for food. Next to hotel there is a Wanda Mall which is within walking distance. Mall can have access to all my needs. There is also a Supermarket at the basement of the Mall. Getting groceries is so much easier."
