"This hotel offers great value for money overall. It's super convenient, just under a 1km walk from the high-speed train station, and cost less than 200 [currency unit]. Downstairs, there are convenience stores and BBQ stalls, so you don't have to worry about going hungry even if you arrive late at night. The room size is a bit small, but it was just right for a solo overnight stay. I also have to praise the door stopper design; it prevents others from opening the door, which is a great feature for women traveling alone. The shower gel and shampoo both had a lovely, sophisticated scent. Plus, there's a free laundry room with three washing machines and three dryers, which is more than enough, and they even provide free laundry detergent. The front desk staff were all very patient and helpful; big thanks to them for working late into the night!"

Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, no complaints. Environment: Central location, very close to the subway, and a popular '网红包子铺' (internet-famous baozi shop) right next door. Service: Good attitude. I left something in the room and housekeeping quickly found it."

"This hotel was our last stop before leaving Xinjiang. The lobby is located on the top floor, the 38th floor, and the hotel itself is very new. The front desk kindly upgraded us for free to a 'Cloud Sleep' room, which was incredibly comfortable. The 270-degree round window offered stunning views of the surrounding area. Breakfast was plentiful. It's located in what seems to be a newer district of Urumqi. It's about a half-hour drive to the Grand Bazaar, and there aren't many dining options nearby. However, it's relatively convenient for getting to the airport and high-speed rail station."

"I have to give a huge shout-out to Candy at the Executive Lounge! She spoke fluent Cantonese, which made communication completely seamless. She was so thoughtful and meticulous, handling my pre-arrival arrangements perfectly. The lounge service was incredibly attentive and detailed. My second stay at the Conrad Urumqi was excellent! I felt such a strong sense of warmth and familiarity in a foreign land. Service was 10/10, and the experience was top-notch!"

"Overall, it was just very average. Firstly, the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low and the water was scalding hot; it took a long time to adjust it to a comfortable temperature. Secondly, the soundproofing was pretty poor; I was woken up by noises from the hallway around 1 or 2 AM. Lastly, the bed was damp, and there were no firm pillows, only two very soft ones. I hope they can improve in the future; I won't be staying here again."

"I'm not sure if the hotel staff are poorly trained or simply lack common courtesy, or perhaps they're just used to being careless and don't even bother to check if a guest is in the room. The housekeeper just swiped her card and opened the door without knocking. We had to speak up to stop her, and only then did she ask, "Do you need the room cleaned?" She didn't knock, just swiped and entered. Imagine how you'd feel if you were staying here. When I asked, "Don't you knock?" she showed no embarrassment or apology and simply closed the door and left. Overall, the experience was mediocre. The facilities are old and run-down, comparable to some budget motels. When ordering takeout, it's just left on a table downstairs, and you have to go down to pick it up yourself. In Building B, where the hotel is located, there's no security at all on the ground floor. The elevator doesn't require a key card to access any floor. So, I'm not sure if they're only trying to keep out delivery drivers while letting anyone else in. Especially concerning is the fact that anyone with a room card can apparently enter anyone else's room directly?"

"Location: Near the railway station, just a few minutes from the subway, and close to the Taibai business district. Right outside, there's a food street and banks, so you can find everything you need for dining, clothing, and daily essentials all in one place. Transportation: Limited parking spots, so it's not very convenient if you're driving. Environment: The lobby design is stylish, and the guest lounge area is elegant and unique. The overall environment is clean and tidy. Room: Well-equipped facilities, comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The cleanliness is decent! Food: Breakfast includes 4 cold dishes and 4 soups (milk, soy milk, corn paste, millet porridge), 6 main dishes (egg-fried rice, steamed bean buns, meat buns, fried dough sticks, etc.), and 4 side dishes (corn, sweet potato, pumpkin, fried eggs, etc.). There's also freshly cooked rice noodles and watermelon with cantaloupe. Everything is vegetarian, but it's filling and tastes good. Service: Warm and attentive. They reserved a room with a window as requested! Housekeeping also cleaned promptly every day, and the room supplies were well-stocked. I stayed for several days straight and had a good experience overall."

"The hotel couldn't be booked on time, cleaning was slow, and there was a queue to check in. The front desk staff were rude. After checking out, the room key was returned to the front desk, but a few hours later the staff accused the guest of losing the key and demanded compensation. They yelled on the phone, were rude, and were negligent in their work, blaming the guest for their mistakes. It was a terrible experience!"
