Excellent
NNatalya RybaGood hotel! We, guests from Belarus, felt comfortable. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, everything you need in the bathroom. Excellent breakfasts! We stayed for three days, breakfasts were almost never the same. Lots of fruits and vegetables. I really liked the Chinese cuisine.
One of the butlers took great care of us, foreigners. It was very nice! Thank you!
The hotel is located next to the metro, which is very convenient. On our last day, we easily and comfortably got to Diwopu Airport by metro. It took 35-40 minutes and cost 15 yuan for three.
There are many places near the hotel where you can eat and buy bread and fruit.
It is easy to walk to Nanhu Park or take the metro one stop. You can take the metro two stops and walk a little to Red Mountain and Gaoshan.
The only thing that caused inconvenience was the lack of staff who spoke English, we did not expect to know Russian) We were saved by a translator on the phone. The girls at the reception tried very hard to understand us.
Thanks again to everyone. We recommend the hotel!

TTan CeTHE LOCATION IS GOOD NEAR ALL SHOPPING AREA AND EASY TO GET FOOD. NEARBY METRO STATION VERY CONVENIENCE. FRONT DESK STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, FACILITIES - HAVE WASHING MACHINE BUT NO TIME TO USE. FOOD IS GOOD.

GGuest UserIt's a very friendly and relaxed place. The neighbourhood is really nice as well. It's just a short ride from the train station and filled with loads of restaurants and grocery stores and markets.
What sparked my interest in this hostel is that the bathroom is downstairs and the room is upstairs. This way you don't have to listen to everyone using to bathroom and the lights won't wake you up. And in reality it worked really well as well; )
The other thing I liked was that they don't hand out single use toiletries and water bottles which sa⁹fes a lot of rubbish.
The beds and bedding are really comfy if it is just you in the bunk. If you've got an neighbour then the bed shakes everytime someone moves which is a bit annoying.
Unfortunately there's just one big light so everytim⁹e someone needs some light the whole room is brightly lit. A suggestion would be to have multiple lights that are less bright or fit all beds with curtains. Since a lot of people don't know what it takes to be considered curtains would probably safe a lot of grief.
I'll definitely come back when I'm in Urumqi again!

GGuest UserWe stayed as a family of 5, the room was with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom. Very spacious and convenient option. Every day the room was cleaned once we are out in the morning. Supplies and amenities were replaced or added. Reception girls were very helpful. The owner is a kind lady. The window view is charming, mountains view in a day time, city lights at night. Downstairs are a few shops and a cafe with delicious baozi&jiaozi. I would definitely return to this place again 👍🏻

GGuest UserConvenient access to Nanmen metro station. Variety of shopping and dining options available near the hotel despite the hotel not offering meals. Rooms were modern and clean. The view from the room was quite nice as well.
WiFi was however not available for clients without a Chinese phone number, which is incredibly annoying especially for foreign guests. The WiFi network also only allows one connection per phone number, which is a baffling design decision since I can't connect my phone and my laptop on the same WiFi network.
Laundry is self-service and free using a machine near the lifts. Detergent was provided.
There was a lingering cigarette smell in the corridors and in the lifts.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with major issues with the WiFi network.

GGuest UserA truly excellent stay! I originally booked just one night as a stopover, but the environment was so pleasant and the value for money outstanding that I ended up extending for another three days. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Xinjiang.
It's very clean and much more economical than staying in a hotel. On my first day, one of the staff members even helped me carry my luggage upstairs – such warm hospitality!
The common area is fantastic. If you're a night owl and don't want to disturb your dorm-mates, you can just hang out there. It's well-equipped with power outlets, Wi-Fi, and even free fruits and nuts. If you're with friends, you can even play billiards or Werewolf – it's truly excellent.
Most importantly, the shower and drying areas are incredibly spacious, which is a big deal! In other hostels I've stayed in, the showers were always cramped and uncomfortable, but here, there's plenty of room.

GGuest UserHotel was good with a lot of positives. Only negative which I found towel was not clean . There was one red spot there which I don’t know what was that. Hotel is on 25th floor in a commercial building I guess , which I somehow not that easy to locate specially for foreigners.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not bad but it's not the best. The location is quite good. It's a 20 minute walk away from the subway station but there's a bus stop which is only about a 2 minute walk away. It's also on a main road with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes.
I like the asthetics of the room -it really does make you feel like you're in Xinjiang. However, the furniture, walls, floor etc are clean but not well maintained so it makes the place look old and unkempt. The bathroom especially needs an update. I do like the amount of storage space in the room though.
I like the staff on reception. They were very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, they were patient in dealing with the language barrier. I was never made to feel like a burden when I asked for help.

CChuhaizhaixingxingThis was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and it was a truly interesting experience.
While the location isn't far, it can be a little tricky for first-timers to find. It's only a few minutes' walk from the subway station, but you need to head up first and then navigate a short winding path. It's actually very close, but the route isn't immediately obvious if you're unfamiliar with the area.
Each capsule is individual, evoking a slight dormitory feel, but the environment is far superior to a typical dorm. They offer excellent privacy and are quite high-tech inside. The space is surprisingly generous, with charging ports, and they're kept spotless.
It can get a little noisy at times, but it's perfectly acceptable.
Shower facilities are available, and the communal washrooms are very well-stocked with amenities.
They also offer an airport shuttle service; you simply wait at the entrance in the morning, and they'll take you to the airport.
Overall, I was genuinely very satisfied. For a first-time experience, it was definitely a positive one.

GGuest UserHostel is about 5 - 7 minutes away from the ”Sports Centre” metro station, which is about 25+ minutes from the airport.
The hostel entrance is next to the Tesla shop, and you have to press the buzzer, for the security guard to open the gate for you.
Then, after writing your name down in the guest-book, you go up to the 10th floor in the lift.

The staff speak little to no English, but they are very helpful.
They will try to solve your issues, as long as you patient with the translation software.
Also, it is difficult for staff to check you in, if you do not have a contact number or Alipay/Wechat contact.
(This is a CN Govt requirement)
The dorm rooms are basic and you may get the city views.
There are no privacy curtains and there was no air-con, in my one.
The hostel staff can provide fans, but we did not need any, as it was still cool at night.
The beds are OK.
There is a bathroom in the dorm room too, but there was almost no privacy for the bathroom, as there was a gap between the door for others to see and you can see through the frosted glass into the bathroom too!
The hostel is relatively clean, quiet and well-located,
except there may be other local guests, who are loud and smoke sometimes in the other rooms.
Next to the hostel is a nice up-market shopping centre and with really lots to eat, in the food-court on the 3rd floor.
