Excellent
NNatalya RybaGood hotel! We, guests from Belarus, felt comfortable. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, everything you need in the bathroom. Excellent breakfasts! We stayed for three days, breakfasts were almost never the same. Lots of fruits and vegetables. I really liked the Chinese cuisine.
One of the butlers took great care of us, foreigners. It was very nice! Thank you!
The hotel is located next to the metro, which is very convenient. On our last day, we easily and comfortably got to Diwopu Airport by metro. It took 35-40 minutes and cost 15 yuan for three.
There are many places near the hotel where you can eat and buy bread and fruit.
It is easy to walk to Nanhu Park or take the metro one stop. You can take the metro two stops and walk a little to Red Mountain and Gaoshan.
The only thing that caused inconvenience was the lack of staff who spoke English, we did not expect to know Russian) We were saved by a translator on the phone. The girls at the reception tried very hard to understand us.
Thanks again to everyone. We recommend the hotel!

GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was very kind. She mentioned during check-in that the single room might be a bit small, but it was absolutely enough for one person – much bigger than I expected! The hotel also has a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. I also got to enjoy a late check-out, and they didn't rush me even when I extended by over 30 minutes. Thumbs up! 👍

GGuest UserIt's a very friendly and relaxed place. The neighbourhood is really nice as well. It's just a short ride from the train station and filled with loads of restaurants and grocery stores and markets.
What sparked my interest in this hostel is that the bathroom is downstairs and the room is upstairs. This way you don't have to listen to everyone using to bathroom and the lights won't wake you up. And in reality it worked really well as well; )
The other thing I liked was that they don't hand out single use toiletries and water bottles which sa⁹fes a lot of rubbish.
The beds and bedding are really comfy if it is just you in the bunk. If you've got an neighbour then the bed shakes everytime someone moves which is a bit annoying.
Unfortunately there's just one big light so everytim⁹e someone needs some light the whole room is brightly lit. A suggestion would be to have multiple lights that are less bright or fit all beds with curtains. Since a lot of people don't know what it takes to be considered curtains would probably safe a lot of grief.
I'll definitely come back when I'm in Urumqi again!

GGuest UserWe stayed as a family of 5, the room was with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom. Very spacious and convenient option. Every day the room was cleaned once we are out in the morning. Supplies and amenities were replaced or added. Reception girls were very helpful. The owner is a kind lady. The window view is charming, mountains view in a day time, city lights at night. Downstairs are a few shops and a cafe with delicious baozi&jiaozi. I would definitely return to this place again 👍🏻

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and the bed was very sturdy. There's a locker with a code for valuables, which shows the owner really cares about quality. They even provide Xiaomi air conditioning and a Xiaomi hairdryer, and the shampoo and shower gel were excellent. I particularly liked that you couldn't eat outside food in the rooms; my roommates were respectful, and we got along great. The lobby is a bright glass sunroom, very airy and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, and it's not far from the train station or airport.

EEnzo Paul15-20 minutes walk to Urumqi High Speed railway station. Recommend to pay a little bit more (40rmb in my case) and get the room with a big red bathtub and Japanese style bed (quite comfortable) because it's bigger and overall nicer than the standard room. There was a cigarette smell in standard room as well.
All facilities was working but seems to be a little bit old. A lot of convenience shops and restaurants around. Overall a decent place to stay for a couple of nights.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is super convenient and easy to find, just a few hundred meters from the subway exit. The service is great, and they even have a shuttle bus to the airport at scheduled times, which is incredibly helpful for guests catching early flights after an overnight stay. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserHostel is about 5 - 7 minutes away from the ”Sports Centre” metro station, which is about 25+ minutes from the airport.
The hostel entrance is next to the Tesla shop, and you have to press the buzzer, for the security guard to open the gate for you.
Then, after writing your name down in the guest-book, you go up to the 10th floor in the lift.

The staff speak little to no English, but they are very helpful.
They will try to solve your issues, as long as you patient with the translation software.
Also, it is difficult for staff to check you in, if you do not have a contact number or Alipay/Wechat contact.
(This is a CN Govt requirement)
The dorm rooms are basic and you may get the city views.
There are no privacy curtains and there was no air-con, in my one.
The hostel staff can provide fans, but we did not need any, as it was still cool at night.
The beds are OK.
There is a bathroom in the dorm room too, but there was almost no privacy for the bathroom, as there was a gap between the door for others to see and you can see through the frosted glass into the bathroom too!
The hostel is relatively clean, quiet and well-located,
except there may be other local guests, who are loud and smoke sometimes in the other rooms.
Next to the hostel is a nice up-market shopping centre and with really lots to eat, in the food-court on the 3rd floor.
