LlegeritoWe had a great experience staying here for 4 days. It's exactly like in the photos and close to the train station. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent for vegetarians; everything was clean and the bed is wonderful. I also liked that it's possible to do laundry for free and soap is provided. A special mention to the staff, who were very kind, polite, and helpful. We felt welcome and comfortable here.
The only aspect for improvement is that the common area had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and people smoke inside the hotel even though the Trip ad says ”no smoking in public areas” and ”non-smoking floor.” Because of this, even the non-smoking room had a slight smell of smoke. If this smoking issue were improved, it would be a 10/10.

GGuest UserIt's a very friendly and relaxed place. The neighbourhood is really nice as well. It's just a short ride from the train station and filled with loads of restaurants and grocery stores and markets.
What sparked my interest in this hostel is that the bathroom is downstairs and the room is upstairs. This way you don't have to listen to everyone using to bathroom and the lights won't wake you up. And in reality it worked really well as well; )
The other thing I liked was that they don't hand out single use toiletries and water bottles which sa⁹fes a lot of rubbish.
The beds and bedding are really comfy if it is just you in the bunk. If you've got an neighbour then the bed shakes everytime someone moves which is a bit annoying.
Unfortunately there's just one big light so everytim⁹e someone needs some light the whole room is brightly lit. A suggestion would be to have multiple lights that are less bright or fit all beds with curtains. Since a lot of people don't know what it takes to be considered curtains would probably safe a lot of grief.
I'll definitely come back when I'm in Urumqi again!

GGuest UserWe stayed as a family of 5, the room was with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom. Very spacious and convenient option. Every day the room was cleaned once we are out in the morning. Supplies and amenities were replaced or added. Reception girls were very helpful. The owner is a kind lady. The window view is charming, mountains view in a day time, city lights at night. Downstairs are a few shops and a cafe with delicious baozi&jiaozi. I would definitely return to this place again 👍🏻

DDonCarloThis hotel is excellent because it’s central to everything you need to see, including having two metro stations close by. The hotel is clean, modern and equipped with smart toilet and the water pressure in the shower is brilliant. The bed is comfortable and the room very spacious. The room is a smart room controlled by Xiao Du. Great value for money!

GGuest UserThe hostel is very nice. There's a large residential complex right in front of the hotel, a supermarket is a 100-meter walk away, and there are over a dozen restaurants along the way, making it very convenient.
It's a five-minute walk (200-300 meters) to the Zhuanchang bus stop, and the train station costs 1 yuan and takes half an hour.
The bedding was very comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and the roommates were very nice and pleasant.
It's a 20-minute walk from Wanda Plaza.
There's a free washing machine in the public bathroom.

EEnzo Paul15-20 minutes walk to Urumqi High Speed railway station. Recommend to pay a little bit more (40rmb in my case) and get the room with a big red bathtub and Japanese style bed (quite comfortable) because it's bigger and overall nicer than the standard room. There was a cigarette smell in standard room as well.
All facilities was working but seems to be a little bit old. A lot of convenience shops and restaurants around. Overall a decent place to stay for a couple of nights.

GGuest UserI had a very comfortable stay. The housekeeper provided excellent service; she was incredibly meticulous and attentive. My room was spotlessly clean, and she even tidied my belongings neatly. Her thoughtfulness and kindness were truly heartwarming. She also generously provided me with many bottles of water.

GGuest UserHostel is about 5 - 7 minutes away from the ”Sports Centre” metro station, which is about 25+ minutes from the airport.
The hostel entrance is next to the Tesla shop, and you have to press the buzzer, for the security guard to open the gate for you.
Then, after writing your name down in the guest-book, you go up to the 10th floor in the lift.

The staff speak little to no English, but they are very helpful.
They will try to solve your issues, as long as you patient with the translation software.
Also, it is difficult for staff to check you in, if you do not have a contact number or Alipay/Wechat contact.
(This is a CN Govt requirement)
The dorm rooms are basic and you may get the city views.
There are no privacy curtains and there was no air-con, in my one.
The hostel staff can provide fans, but we did not need any, as it was still cool at night.
The beds are OK.
There is a bathroom in the dorm room too, but there was almost no privacy for the bathroom, as there was a gap between the door for others to see and you can see through the frosted glass into the bathroom too!
The hostel is relatively clean, quiet and well-located,
except there may be other local guests, who are loud and smoke sometimes in the other rooms.
Next to the hostel is a nice up-market shopping centre and with really lots to eat, in the food-court on the 3rd floor.
