This stay exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they proactively upgraded my room for free upon arrival. The new room was much more spacious, with better lighting and views. The hotel itself is very new and spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. All the amenities were comprehensive, and transportation was convenient. The staff were gentle and patient, and check-in was efficient and swift. The value for money is absolutely outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

My stay at the Torch Building City Intercontinental Hotel in Urumqi was truly fantastic! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a humidifier was provided, which was such a thoughtful touch given Xinjiang's dry climate. It made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast deserves special commendation – it was incredibly varied and delicious; you could taste the care put into every dish. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, providing excellent and efficient service that made me feel right at home. The overall environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi!

The hotel was great, and my stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was good too, with stir-fried dishes changing daily. They offered congee, wontons, stir-fries, and some Inner Mongolian specialties. Juices, coffee, milk tea, milk, and soy milk were all well-stocked. I booked in advance, and for around 300 yuan, it was a pretty good deal. It's very close to the New Area high-speed train station, but a bit far from the Grand Bazaar and Embassy Alley, costing about 20 to 30 yuan by taxi.

He clearly explained all the travel-related details, saving me a lot of hassle. The hotel's 'cloud lobby' design beautifully blends with Western Regions aesthetics, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The guest room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views of the entire city. The room itself is clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and diverse, featuring a wide variety of authentic Xinjiang specialty dishes, allowing you to savor local flavors without leaving the hotel. Overall, the service is professional and thoughtful, and the staff are gentle and courteous. Whether it's travel inquiries or room requests, they respond very promptly. With such a meticulous and attentive front desk staff like Martin, the entire trip was comfortable and worry-free. When I return to Urumqi in the future, I will definitely choose the Conrad again. It's my irreplaceable best choice for trips to Xinjiang, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi for business or leisure!

My first stop in Xinjiang was in Tianshan District. I really got a feel for the Uyghur culture and art here, and the accommodation was pretty good too. I felt well taken care of by the locals. The souvenir they gave me, a delicate little handbag, was very practical.
