My stay at the Torch Building City Intercontinental Hotel in Urumqi was truly fantastic! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a humidifier was provided, which was such a thoughtful touch given Xinjiang's dry climate. It made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast deserves special commendation – it was incredibly varied and delicious; you could taste the care put into every dish. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, providing excellent and efficient service that made me feel right at home. The overall environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi!

Lovely hotel, the staffs are super helpful. We had issues to locate our guide, wong kit the sweet lady from reception is super helpful. We are very grateful for her assistance. The room is functional and clean, there's soft drink and fruit juice in the fringe provided to the customer free of charge, the breakfast is catered to suit everyone. The fresh fruit juice is refreshing and yummy. I enjoyed the noodle bar as well. The laundry room is handy for the traveller as well.

A perfect stay, truly a top choice for accommodation when traveling. Gina provided 24-hour service that was professional and efficient, and her reception was polite and appropriate, with no cumbersome procedures throughout my stay. The room decor was simple yet upscale, with exquisite soft furnishings, and the entire space was immaculately clean, free of odors and stains. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a superb quality of rest. The facilities were well-maintained; the lobby was elegant and quiet, and the environment was tranquil. The location is prime, with convenient transportation. From the service to the amenities, everything showed great care. The value for money far exceeded other hotels at the same price point. It's my first choice for travel accommodation and worth repeated bookings!

Definitely on the posh side, and the service was very good. Felt upscale without being over the top. What really stood out was the location there's a convenience store right next door, plus a whole shopping mall attached, and Chagee is in the same complex. Made everything super convenient. Solid stay.

During my stay, I accidentally caught a cold and felt a bit dizzy. I casually mentioned it to the front desk, and the staff immediately brought me hot water and brown sugar – so thoughtful! The room was cleaned promptly every day, with tabletops and bathroom corners wiped spotless. The natural light and ventilation were also great. The elevator was clean, the hallways quiet, and there were plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. There was no aggressive upselling; the service throughout was natural and comfortable, full of genuine care in every detail. It's truly rare to find such a warm and caring hotel when traveling.

Everything at this place is inspiring and catchy, in one way or another. Comfortably furnished, with a clean common space that has a nice bookshelf, a reading area, dining table and a soft furry couch. If there is one thing visible through the layout of this inn, it is that they take living with art with gusto, and this is an advantage for artsy guests. To top it all off, cat lovers would actually appreciate this place due to its feline thematics and the mascot cat Hanhan. For its price, it is a wonderful place for a stay in Urumqi.

The overall experience at the Sheraton Urumqi perfectly met international five-star standards. Its location is excellent, making it easy to get around by taxi or car. It's right next to the Olympic Sports Center, with plenty of shopping centers and restaurants nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. The rooms are spacious and bright, and kept spotlessly clean. The signature Sweet Sleeper bed is soft and comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest after a long day. The 24-hour front desk is quick to respond, and the staff are polite and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including Chinese, Western, and local specialties. With its own gym, it's suitable for both business travelers and families.

This is my first time staying in this hotel. Although it is in the north of the city, the hotel's decoration is not inferior to hotels in the city center. The front desk service was very good when checking in, the introduction was very comprehensive and patient. The room was well soundproofed, and a fruit plate was given to us shortly after we checked in, which was very thoughtful. The lady on the floor greeted me with a smile. It can be seen that this hotel attaches great importance to service. Parking is free during the stay, and the basement is great! Recommend this hotel.

Linyi and Yuan Shuxin filmed the same homestay for TV dramas. The rooms are very clean and the decoration is very new. It is a smart toilet. The most important thing is that the atmosphere of the homestay is very good. You don’t have to be afraid of not having a partner. The homestay can also cook. You can also cook if you don’t cook. There is a cafe bistro in the yard. I wake up every day and have a cup of coffee to go skiing. It is very pleasant to go back to ski and have a little wine to sleep. It is very close to the snow field. The boss will drive and pick up and drop off. I want to travel around and take pictures. The boss will also send it. The boss is very good. We will play cards for a few people, not bored at all, next time we come to Xinjiang, we will still live here.
