GGuest UserMy stay at the Hilton Urumqi was a great experience. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the facilities were quite complete. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, making both check-in and daily inquiries very smooth. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted good. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Urumqi.

The entire room's smart system was extensive, and the service was thoughtful. It was a very pleasant trip. They also provided a double portion of breakfast, which was great. My friends and I had a fantastic time.

BBz517I have to give the Hemei Hotel a full five stars! The location is incredibly convenient, super close to Urumqi South Station, and there are food courts and Wanda Plaza nearby, making travel and shopping a breeze. The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the 24-hour hot water and 100-megabit fiber optic internet were fantastic. Free parking was also a big plus. The front desk staff and cleaning aunties were all super enthusiastic; they even brought me a fruit knife right away when I asked. The service was thoughtful and thorough, and the value for money is just unbeatable. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The location is very good, right inside the Nanhu Magic World, surrounded by food, no need to worry about not having breakfast.
It is very cold outside and the room is very warm, the heat is completely sufficient, and it is not cold to wear short sleeves in the room. The room is very clean and the facilities are relatively complete. Toiletries and snacks are provided attentively, and toiletries are replenished in time.
I will stay here next time. It is a very good B&B.

PPSL0720Flying from Hong Kong to Urumqi, they allowed me to check in early, big thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk! The hotel is quite close to the airport, and a taxi ride isn't expensive. You can even see snow-capped mountains from the hotel! Room service is available, and the food was decent. After using a coupon, the price was really good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Urumqi!

I decided to change hotels because I was disappointed. I cannot find the swimming pool despite the listing shows that it has a swimming pool. And the staff for not particularly helpful to help me find the swimming pool. It shouldn't be that hard to find a swimming pool at a hotel that's what I regularly do when I book hotel. The breakfast provided was free which was okay. But they do not serve coffee and the coffee machine was deliberately turned off they're not and the staff are not willing to turn it on for their guests. I don't understand why

GGuest UserMy first stop in Xinjiang was in Tianshan District. I really got a feel for the Uyghur culture and art here, and the accommodation was pretty good too. I felt well taken care of by the locals. The souvenir they gave me, a delicate little handbag, was very practical.

GGuest UserThe location is particularly good. Just opposite Wanda Plaza, there are many parking spaces downstairs. Parking is not expensive either. 1 yuan/hour at night. 2 yuan/hour during the day. There are many night markets opposite the hotel. Very convenient and the hygiene in the hotel is very good. The projection resolution is also very high, and the screen is very large. It's a private cinema. The mattress is very comfortable to sleep on. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic and introduces us to what delicious food and fun things are nearby. Classic all around, very thoughtful. I lost my belongings at the high-speed rail station, and my boss personally drove me there. Call the police with me. Turn over monitoring. Find something. It took less than half an hour to find a very humane hotel. Highly recommended. Really good👍👍👍
