"The room was clean and tidy, with a smart toilet in the bathroom that flushed easily. The shower had great water pressure and heated up quickly. However, the TV picture quality was poor and blurry, which affected my World Cup viewing experience. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar. The Unity Theater is nearby, and there was a show playing at the time. It's also very close to the subway station. It's situated on a Uyghur cultural street, with many food options to choose from."

"Booked two rooms here. Originally, we planned to stay in Fuyun because we were going to Tianchi the next day. However, since we'd already made it all the way to Urumqi, we decided to stay for a night and explore. We booked this hotel last minute. It's very close to the Grand Bazaar, about an 8-10 minute walk, and the area around it is bustling with activity. Finding food is super convenient; there are restaurants and a small mall downstairs. The price was a bit on the higher side, but the great location makes up for it! It really depends on what you're looking for."

What really stood out was the location there's a convenience store right next door, plus a whole shopping mall attached, and Chagee is in the same complex. Made everything super convenient. The hotel's attached parking lot is very convenient, with plenty of spacious spots, making parking easy and hassle-free. Security management is well-organized, and entry/exit is smooth, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. I felt very secure leaving my vehicle there. The room itself was fully equipped and well-maintained, with brand-new hardware. "My friend recommended this hotel, so I decided to stay here during my business trip to Urumqi. Overall, it was excellent! The room was quite spacious and very comfortable, and the environment was really nice. The front desk service was fantastic; they were always helpful and very responsible. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly. It was a hot day, and I asked for an extra bottle of water, which they delivered quickly. The room was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable and soft. There's also a gym and laundry room on the basement level, which was really convenient for a quick run and doing laundry. "We stayed in a comfortable room that was cleaned daily by staff. The laundry room did not have a functioning dryer so we dried our washed clothes in our room (this was as just a small downside). The location is great if you want to be close to the airport or railway station but a little far from the more interesting parts of the city."

"Just leaving a quick review as I usually do. Decided to snap a pic of the hotel for reference, primarily for my child. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all decent and lived up to the price. The hotel is right next to the Ji Hotel, and you can see it easily from the train station, it's very close. I chose this one because it was cheaper than the Ji Hotel. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if the laundry room had a washer-dryer combo. Having separate machines means two trips, which is a bit of a hassle."
