You can take a walk for dinner in the surrounding villa area, and there are mushroom surprises in the green belt 🤪🤪

My stay at the Torch Building City Intercontinental Hotel in Urumqi was truly fantastic! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a humidifier was provided, which was such a thoughtful touch given Xinjiang's dry climate. It made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast deserves special commendation – it was incredibly varied and delicious; you could taste the care put into every dish. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, providing excellent and efficient service that made me feel right at home. The overall environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi!

The Conrad Urumqi was a perfect experience! The environment, facilities, and views were all impeccable. I have to give a special shout-out to Grace at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and friendly, processed everything quickly, and paid attention to the smallest details. She even proactively shared local travel tips and patiently answered all my questions whenever I had them. Her service was both professional and incredibly soothing. After a tiring journey, her gentle service was truly a balm. I highly recommend this hotel – you can't go wrong staying here when you visit Urumqi!

Highly recommend this hotel! First off, the hygiene is impeccable. Every corner, countertop, and the bathroom are spotless, with no water stains or unpleasant odors – perfect for germaphobes. The room is spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the pillows and mattress are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The front desk service is professional and attentive; check-in was quick, and they even proactively shared local sightseeing routes. The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance to the subway station.

Stayed in Urumqi a couple of times, this is by far the best for value property I've stayed in. Lovely, friendly service, spacious, modern rooms, huge TV, plush interior and comfy bed. Items in the mini bar were free so was the breakfast, tea and supper... definitely a winner in my books. I'm coming back for sure, thanks to the team that made my stay a memorable one.

Housekeeping diligently cleaned our room daily, keeping it spotless, and paid attention to small details like tidying our clothes and replenishing toiletries. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic bonus, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit everyone's tastes.

The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly. There are plenty of food options nearby; I tried 'Cute Xinjiang' and the food was delicious with a unique ethnic atmosphere. I'm so happy I found such a clean, hygienic, and welcoming hostel. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Urumqi. I hope Xiaobo (the hostel) continues to improve!

Clean hotel. Parking free. Taking parking garage and show your license plate when you check out. Walking distance to Grand bazaar. Hotel is on 32nd floor, reception on ground floor of the building. Big rooms, cleans. Staff helpful. No breakfast but lots of shops around.
