"The lady at the front desk was very kind. She mentioned during check-in that the single room might be a bit small, but it was absolutely enough for one person – much bigger than I expected! The hotel also has a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. I also got to enjoy a late check-out, and they didn't rush me even when I extended by over 30 minutes. Thumbs up! 👍"

The hotel's location is excellent, on Youhao South Road, not far from Hongshan, making transportation very convenient. Taxis to attractions are quick. The lobby environment is comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the business meeting area is private, making it easy to meet clients. The room's office facilities are complete, with a spacious desk, plenty of charging ports, and stable internet, ensuring efficient work. The bedding is clean and soft, perfect for a good rest during a midday break. The smart lighting and curtains are easy to operate and save time. The bathroom is clean, odorless, and dry. Breakfast is rich and well-balanced. The service is professional, efficient, and thoughtful. It's truly my first choice for business travel.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean, with a well-thought-out and user-friendly design evident everywhere. My only minor complaint was the somewhat loud air conditioning unit outside my room. I really appreciated the appropriately sized bathtub with its anti-slip design, as well as the practical amenities like the body scale and humidifier.

JJay1812Only 小黄 front desk is good, others legit cmi.. my wife go ask for bellboy cart, no one bother to help at all.. wts, we are foreigner sure got luggage nobody bother to help after almost an hour until my wife ask for cart to bring luggage up and nobody care till i got piss off and asked for 退房. Totally ********, but thanks 小黄. Willing to upgrade us for free but i decline and paid for the upgrade room, thanks alot.
P.S. Travel alot in china, not just a stopover for few days in urumqi but bringing my whole families to stay if the hotel is good as they keen in travelling in xinjiang in future.

Great hotel, premium room, good amenities, comfortable bed with very good bed linen. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful! The toilet is a smart toilet with a bidet.
Negatives:
Hygiene needs to be reevaluated as the floors were actually very dirty. The shower also has orange mould where clients must stand to shower (the hotel can invest in a high pressure steam cleaner to clean it regularly). While the bed sheets are premium, the duvet is too hot for summer (consider having summer down blankets as an option).

When checking in, Martin proactively added my wife's WeChat. Not only did he efficiently complete the check-in process, but he also thoughtfully shared incredibly practical local restaurant recommendations and travel tips. The places he suggested were fantastic in terms of taste and experience, which made us spontaneously decide to extend our stay for two more nights!
Throughout our stay, Martin maintained a professional yet enthusiastic service attitude. Every time we had an issue, he responded promptly, and his thoughtful attention to detail made us feel incredibly valued. This trip's experience was elevated to the fullest thanks to Martin's service. We will definitely prioritize staying here next time we visit Urumqi and will also recommend this hotel to our friends!

GGuest UserI stayed here with my family while visiting the hospital nearby. The location was very convenient, and the room was spacious enough for my child to play around. The hygiene was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very patient when we had to switch rooms twice because of my child. We stayed for 4 days, and they even gave us a discount and complimentary breakfast for the little one! It was a very satisfying stay! We'll definitely come back.
