Urumqi Hotels with Pools

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the art museum, making it very easy to walk there. This stay was even better than my last one! I absolutely love the breakfast here, and the backyard with its many trees is so pleasant – perfect for a post-meal stroll. It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing hotel; even with numerous conferences and tour groups, the service for individual travelers like us is still excellent. I'll definitely choose Kunlun Hotel again next time I'm in Urumqi!

The guesthouse rooms were clean and tidy, and there was even a café and bar in the courtyard. All the facilities were complete, and they even had two adorable sled dogs—so well-behaved and affectionate! Beautiful scenery and delicious food 🍜—a perfect start to the day! It's only five minutes from the ski resort, and the handsome owner was incredibly welcoming 😊, providing transportation to and from the resort and answering all our questions. A very satisfying stay during my ski trip; I'll definitely stay here again next time! ♥

First of all, I am very grateful to the hotel for upgrading me to a business room type for free because they had available rooms. The communication was very smooth. I have always chosen Dushanzi Hotel in the past, and the service was pretty good. In a word, I am quite satisfied. Regarding this stay, I would like to make two suggestions: the first is about the hotel's free items. I hope that all rooms can provide disposable toilet pads, instead of only providing them for deluxe rooms. I called and promised to give two, but when they knocked on the door, only one was delivered and they said that we generally do not provide them. I think that as the customer service department of Dushanzi Hotel, they should not limit themselves to one or two toilet pads; the second is about the 48-person buffet breakfast. I went downstairs to eat at 9 o'clock, and the physical sensation was really bad. Eighty percent of the hot dishes and buns were all cold, and only the sausages were heated. I think that as a hotel, no matter how many people stay, at least the meals should provide statistical standards. The hot dishes and buns were all cold in the middle of winter. I don't know if they are reluctant to turn on the electric heating to keep warm or for some other reason. I hope the hotel manager can see the above two points and make quick rectifications. I also hope that the hotel will get better and better!

My stay at [Hotel Name] was fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, the staff greeted me warmly. The check-in process was quick and attentive, making me feel right at home immediately. The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were also new, with hot water coming quickly and stable water pressure. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast selection was rich, offering both Western and Chinese options, and tasted really good. What touched me the most was when I accidentally left a small item behind. The staff found it, contacted me immediately, and even helped mail it back. Such thoughtful service deserves a huge thumbs-up! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area!

The location is perfect, transportation is convenient, and the room offers a view of the sunset. I prefer this old hotel with traditional decor. I hate the smart toilets these days; they look smart, but they're only half-baked. The lid covers your back before you even lift it, and you flush when you sit down. So I prefer this traditional toilet. The hotel upgraded it and provided a fruit plate and yogurt. There's also a breakfast shop at the back entrance, which the security guard directed us to. Hahaha.

The hotel service is thoughtful. Xiao Cai at the front desk is warm and considerate. The formalities are handled quickly. She enthusiastically recommended the surrounding food streets and Tianer Street. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The location is very good with many shopping malls, cinemas, and food to choose from. Highly recommended.
