Urumqi Hotels with Pools

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the art museum, making it very easy to walk there. This stay was even better than my last one! I absolutely love the breakfast here, and the backyard with its many trees is so pleasant – perfect for a post-meal stroll. It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing hotel; even with numerous conferences and tour groups, the service for individual travelers like us is still excellent. I'll definitely choose Kunlun Hotel again next time I'm in Urumqi!

The guesthouse rooms were clean and tidy, and there was even a café and bar in the courtyard. All the facilities were complete, and they even had two adorable sled dogs—so well-behaved and affectionate! Beautiful scenery and delicious food 🍜—a perfect start to the day! It's only five minutes from the ski resort, and the handsome owner was incredibly welcoming 😊, providing transportation to and from the resort and answering all our questions. A very satisfying stay during my ski trip; I'll definitely stay here again next time! ♥

The rooms are great, and the executive floors are on the top two levels. The breakfast was really good, and the executive lounge also offered excellent food and drinks. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the bedding was very comfortable. The parking lot is spacious enough. The location is also very good. Thanks to Amber for helping with the coordination, much appreciated.

On a business trip to Urumqi, I chose to stay at the Lanzun Hotel, and the overall service was incredibly thoughtful. I arrived at the hotel after 1 AM, expecting a slow check-in process, but to my surprise, the front desk was very efficient and quickly got me settled. They even thoughtfully offered me a bag of warm milk, which instantly warmed me up [Strong]! The next day, after learning I had a flight to catch in the afternoon, they proactively arranged a complimentary airport shuttle service for me, making my departure hassle-free. The front desk also told me about the hotel's amenities, and I took advantage of some free time at noon to visit the swimming pool, which had a great environment. My overall stay exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Urumqi!

The room was clean and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were also new, with hot water coming quickly and stable water pressure. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast selection was rich, offering both Western and Chinese options, and tasted really good. What touched me the most was when I accidentally left a small item behind. The staff found it, contacted me immediately, and even helped mail it back. Such thoughtful service deserves a huge thumbs-up! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area!

Facilities: Swimming pool, gym, badminton courts, all well-equipped and good. Cleanliness: Rooms were clean and odor-free. Environment: Good. Service: We drove here and parked in front of the hotel. The security personnel at Wumaier were attentive and asked if we needed parking. They were friendly, hardworking, and had a great attitude. When there were no parking spaces at the entrance, they led us to the back to find one. The young man deserves praise and a thumbs up! 👍 Well done, Wumaier!
