GGuest UserOrange Hotel on Youhao South Road (Hongshan) is my top choice for business trips. Jingjing always arranges a quiet and convenient room for me. The hotel's location is excellent, on Youhao South Road, not far from Hongshan, making transportation very convenient. Taxis to attractions are quick. The lobby environment is comfortable, clean, and tidy, and the business meeting area is private, making it easy to meet clients. The room's office facilities are complete, with a spacious desk, plenty of charging ports, and stable internet, ensuring efficient work. The bedding is clean and soft, perfect for a good rest during a midday break. The smart lighting and curtains are easy to operate and save time. The bathroom is clean, odorless, and dry. Breakfast is rich and well-balanced. The service is professional, efficient, and thoughtful. It's truly my first choice for business travel.

AAnonymous UserThis is my second time visiting Xinjiang, and I chose to stay here again. The service is absolutely top-notch! It's not the cold, trained politeness you find in five-star hotels; all the staff here radiate a genuine warmth that makes you feel incredibly comfortable.
**Service:** No matter how late it was, the front desk and the security guards at the door were always so welcoming, greeting me warmly and proactively helping with my luggage. Plus, they offer a special nightly foot bath service, which is incredibly thoughtful.
**Minibar:** There's even a little card on the table reminding guests to help themselves – they practically insist you eat and drink! 😂
The breakfast is also very rich, with a great variety of vegetables.

GGuest UserMy first impression was just okay, but after staying for 3 nights, I actually quite liked it. First off, the location is incredibly convenient – Times Square is just a short walk away, making for excellent shopping. There's a coffee corner in the lobby with great freshly ground coffee. From my room, I could even see the pagoda in Red Mountain Park.

Yy3nch1ngHad another night stay here before heading back, and just adding on to my earlier review—still a consistently good experience overall.
One thing I forgot to mention earlier was that we actually stored our luggage at the hotel for about 10 days while we travelled around. Xiao Mi helped us arrange and store everything securely in a locker, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the trip.
Overall, still a very smooth and reliable stay with thoughtful service from the team.

Great hotel, premium room, good amenities, comfortable bed with very good bed linen. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful! The toilet is a smart toilet with a bidet.
Negatives:
Hygiene needs to be reevaluated as the floors were actually very dirty. The shower also has orange mould where clients must stand to shower (the hotel can invest in a high pressure steam cleaner to clean it regularly). While the bed sheets are premium, the duvet is too hot for summer (consider having summer down blankets as an option).

GGuest UserThis was my second time to Urumqi, what can I say, it never fails to impress me. The hotel looked brand spanking new and had a great vibe.
I was greeted by a friendly team at this hotel who went above and beyond to assist me in making my stay a memorable one.
The amenities offered here are awesome, they have a small gym, washers and dryers and a very inviting and equipped lobby. There was a coffee machine and ample beverages there too.
The room was spectacular and everything was kept in an immaculate condition. Heating and cooling systems were fully functional and the bathroom was spacious enough. Soundproofing was excellent too, I was not disturbed by banging doors or next door neighbors at all.
Daily cleaning service and replenishment was promptly done and really I have nothing to complain about. A very big thanks to the staff here for their friendly and helpful service which is truly what hospitality is all about.
The buffet breakfast was delightful and sufficient, with enough varieties of local food and dishes, fruits, and desserts.
This hotel lived up to my expectations and surprised me in so many ways. Will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town. Xie xie

GGuest UserI stayed here with my family while visiting the hospital nearby. The location was very convenient, and the room was spacious enough for my child to play around. The hygiene was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very patient when we had to switch rooms twice because of my child. We stayed for 4 days, and they even gave us a discount and complimentary breakfast for the little one! It was a very satisfying stay! We'll definitely come back.
