QQinThe hotel's location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from CC. The room was clean and tidy, the service was superb, and it offered fantastic value for money. Five-star recommendation! The environment was quiet and comfortable, and the hygiene was spot on. The front desk service was warm and attentive. A perfect stay experience, I'll definitely be back next time!

Sshawn_on_caSlightly dated (old) property that is starting to show wear in the rooms. Some rooms can face the elevated highway next to it, but the windows provide good sound protection. That said, we received consistent service, friendly staff, and no surprises. They accommodated our needs. About a 10 minute walk to the Nanhu square station. Don't mind recommending it to families and solo travelers, alike.

GGuest UserAn excellent stay! First off, I have to praise the cleanliness—the room was spotless, and the bedding was fresh and tidy, which made me feel incredibly comfortable. The service was impeccable, too; everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties was warm, polite, and very quick to respond. The breakfast had a great variety, including local specialties and freshly made noodles and wontons. You can see the high-speed train station nearby, just a few hundred meters away, and despite the new buildings in the area, it was surprisingly quiet, so I slept really well. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm transiting through Urumqi.

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and very efficient. The location is convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Yy3nch1ngHad another night stay here before heading back, and just adding on to my earlier review—still a consistently good experience overall.
One thing I forgot to mention earlier was that we actually stored our luggage at the hotel for about 10 days while we travelled around. Xiao Mi helped us arrange and store everything securely in a locker, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the trip.
Overall, still a very smooth and reliable stay with thoughtful service from the team.

The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a truly restful night's sleep. The front desk staff were gentle, polite, and very efficient. The hotel's location is super convenient for transportation, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hygiene details were impeccable, and the facilities were comprehensive and perfectly adequate. AAussie NikThis hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

RREGINA JIA LING CHOOWe stayed there for 3 nights. If we knew the hotel is so old and lacking maintenance, we would have chosen somewhere else.
1. The room is old, dark and dull. The window got cracks. The air-con is not cold. The toilet design not very private, even if you close the toilet door, it still can see through. The room feels dusty, perhaps because of dusty windows.
2. We asked the hotel to recommend a tour to Tianshan Tianchi. The recommended tour agent on Weixin/wechat was bad. He falsely sold Tianshan Tianchi tour to us, the tour was not according to what we agreed, and no responsibility whatsoever. We left hotel at 7.30am, the tour wasted a lot of our time before reaching the lake at 13.00pm, leaving us not enough time at the lake. We understand this is not directly hotel’s fault, but we request the hotel to stop doing business with this tour agent.
3. After we checked out, our next hotel in Kashgar couldn’t check us in because the staff at this hotel didn’t check us out from the government system, causing hassles.
Good things were the laundry room, which is convenient, and the location which is near to a lot of food, small shopping mall, and walking to Metro station. The hotel breakfast was delicious. The staff at the breakfast was good.
