This stay exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they proactively upgraded my room for free upon arrival. The new room was much more spacious, with better lighting and views. The hotel itself is very new and spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. All the amenities were comprehensive, and transportation was convenient. The staff were gentle and patient, and check-in was efficient and swift. The value for money is absolutely outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this Atour Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and approachable. We were especially impressed by the security guard, who thoughtfully offered us drinks while we were waiting in the lobby for our transport. Such proactive hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The counter staff were extremely helpful with our queries. I also loved the lobby, which was beautifully designed with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It was a pleasant place to sit and unwind while waiting or simply taking a short break. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The towels and drinking cups were individually packed in sealed bags, giving us added confidence in the hotel’s hygiene standards. The complimentary self-service laundry facilities, complete with washers, dryers, and steam irons, were a huge convenience, especially for longer stays. The nightly porridge supper was another thoughtful touch that added great value to our stay. We used it on the last stay after many days of Xinjiang food. The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of food options within walking distance, and it is easy to get around the city by Didi. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, thoughtful amenities, cleanliness, and convenient location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi.

Booked two rooms here. Originally, we planned to stay in Fuyun because we were going to Tianchi the next day. However, since we'd already made it all the way to Urumqi, we decided to stay for a night and explore. We booked this hotel last minute. It's very close to the Grand Bazaar, about an 8-10 minute walk, and the area around it is bustling with activity. Finding food is super convenient; there are restaurants and a small mall downstairs. The price was a bit on the higher side, but the great location makes up for it! It really depends on what you're looking for.

The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk ladies were very helpful, always accommodating our requests. They even provided extra water for free and were very cooperative. This hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard. The toiletries were all provided, and the environment was clean and quiet. The location was super convenient for getting around. I was also very happy with the room the front desk assigned, it was perfect for traveling with a child. They even gave us a Xinjiang lamb fridge magnet, which was a very nice touch!

As a frequent business traveler, this Holiday Inn Express in Urumqi is one of the most reliable I've stayed at. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The 24-hour hot water and laundry room are incredibly practical, perfect for business travelers. Breakfast was fresh and filling. The front desk staff were efficient, making check-out a breeze. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's a stress-free and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

I forgot to take pictures. The hotel room was very clean, the front desk service was excellent, and complimentary fruit was provided in the room. The location is superb, very close to the Grand Bazaar pedestrian street. Shopping and daily necessities are all conveniently nearby. The fruit stall across the road and the dried fruit shop next door offer great value, and there's a cluster of delicious eateries in the alley opposite.
