The room is relatively large and spacious, but the quality of the projection is not very good, and many programs cannot be played on demand. GGuest UserStaying here felt just like home. From the moment I arrived, every staff member greeted me warmly, which was really heartwarming! They were all eager to help and politely welcomed every guest. The concierge proactively offered to assist with luggage. Being able to order room service was super convenient and quick, and the staff were always prompt and accommodating with any requests, clearly attentive to the guest experience. The hotel even has robots for food delivery, which is efficient, smart, and hassle-free, ensuring great security and privacy. It's fantastic to enjoy meals without leaving your room. Manager Coco's service was excellent as always – very thoughtful and enthusiastic. She pre-arranged my room and even asked about my preferences. The location is super convenient, very close to the airport, making travel easy, only 25 minutes away! The lobby is beautiful and decorated with unique Xinjiang characteristics. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance!!

Hygiene: Very clean!
Environment: Located in a lively cultural and creative park, there are many restaurants and bars around. It is very lively and a bit noisy at night.
Service: The staff is a bit indifferent, I hope they can be more enthusiastic.
Parking is not free. I parked for probably less than 40 hours and was charged 56 yuan. There is not much grass around, so it is a bit difficult to walk the dog. I'm very happy to have such a pet-friendly B&B in the city center! Overall it's worth it!

BBlear/WelusAs soon as we arrived at the hotel, the security lady came to help me with my luggage with a smile on her face. When checking in at the front desk, the staff was quick and efficient and recommended several super fun places around the beautiful scenery and delicious food, which directly maximized my travel experience. The room was warm and elegant when I entered. The bed was soft. As soon as I lay on it, I felt that all the fatigue of the day was gone. The quilt was soft and the duvet surrounded me and made me feel warm. The room was bright and I slept very well at night. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, which I loved. The toiletries smelled good and the quality was good. The details were handled directly. The restaurant environment is also very good, and the table is kept clean at all times. The service of the hotel is even better. It is so considerate that I was moved. I said I wanted to wash my clothes, and the front desk washed them for me directly. This service awareness is simply amazing. This hotel experience is perfect from the environment to the service from the hardware to the software. I am satisfied with the stay and recommend it.

GGuest UserThe environment has always been very good. Since it is the peak tourist season recently, it is normal that the room rates are a little higher. The security lady at the door is really attentive. When we came back from dinner, she would take the initiative to ask if I had brought the room card and help me swipe the elevator. Because I was with my one-year-old baby, I would come down several times a day to get hot water. The security uncle and aunt took the initiative to tell me how to operate it. It was very heartwarming service. I was not very satisfied with the facilities because my husband found that the hotel did not have disposable razors. He thought they forgot to put them in the room. He asked the front desk, and the front desk said there were none. He was a little disappointed. Next time I will choose Home Inn Sauce Garden to stay.

The front desk service was very good when checking in, the introduction was very comprehensive and patient. The room was well soundproofed, and a fruit plate was given to us shortly after we checked in, which was very thoughtful. The lady on the floor greeted me with a smile. It can be seen that this hotel attaches great importance to service. Parking is free during the stay, and the basement is great! Recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI needed to rest while waiting for the bus in Urumqi, so I booked an hourly room. After a while of choosing, I saw this one. It had a large projection. I made a decisive choice after seeing the photos of the hotel room. I couldn't find the hotel location after booking, so I called the front desk. The girl at the front desk patiently told me how to go upstairs. After checking in, I was not disappointed. It was basically the same as the picture. All the facilities in the room were of the same level and better, not to mention me. I booked a blind box hourly room. I loved it so much. The mattress was better than many big hotels. It was very comfortable to lie down on. There was also conditioner in the bathroom. It’s really rare for a hotel to be so attentive. I saw one last time. The conditioner is still a 5-diamond hotel. This thoughtfulness really makes it a transcendent experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with the room. Although it does not have the grand lobby of a big hotel, it is very suitable for those who like small and exquisite rooms. If you are not in a hurry and want to stay for one night, it would be a pity. The experience is great!
