The hotel lobby has a very exotic, luxurious, and grand feel. During my stay, they really focused on the guest experience! Coco also paid great attention to the experience while I was there. Any issues were promptly communicated and resolved, offering a one-stop service. It was excellent. The room arrangements were also very comfortable and clean; I was very satisfied with my stay! Overall, it was great, the environment was beautiful, the room was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The hotel front desk staff were very welcoming and provided thoughtful service, and the facilities were quite complete. Generally speaking, the hotel service was excellent.

Hotel is very clean and innovative, which they use a robot to deliver food and other items. Hotel is equipped with 2 washer and 2 dryer, and they work great! There is also a 24 hour gym room available too! For me personally, I really enjoyed the aesthetic design of the hotel, lighting and the atmosphere are fantastic! I wanna special thanks to the front desk staff called苏比伊努尔 and 冉孜亚, as well as the driver called 库尔班江. They’re super helpful and tried their best to help while I’m sick!! Their exceptional service quality truly warmed my heart ::)) I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again next time if I travel to Ürümqi again!!! :)

On the last day of my trip to Xinjiang, I came to Urumqi. Just like last time, I visited Xinjiang Museum and International Grand Bazaar. This store is located on the busy Beijing South Road. It has a good location. There is a shopping mall nearby and there are many people.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were professional and efficient. They also have a laundry room and a breakfast area. Dinner was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall environment was excellent. Getting around was super convenient with a subway and bus stop nearby. Highly recommend!

The room is well-equipped and has a great sense of design. The bedding is very comfortable and the room layout is reasonable. It is located in a very popular cultural and creative park with various bars and restaurants and a lot of food. However, if you arrive at night, the parking space in the yard is very tight and expensive! Pet-friendly, but there is no green space around to walk the dog. There is no laundry room.

All the facilities in the room were of the same level and better, not to mention me. I booked a blind box hourly room. I loved it so much. The mattress was better than many big hotels. It was very comfortable to lie down on. There was also conditioner in the bathroom. It’s really rare for a hotel to be so attentive. I saw one last time. The conditioner is still a 5-diamond hotel. This thoughtfulness really makes it a transcendent experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with the room. Although it does not have the grand lobby of a big hotel, it is very suitable for those who like small and exquisite rooms. If you are not in a hurry and want to stay for one night, it would be a pity. The experience is great!
