Urumqi Hotels with Gym

My last two days in Urumqi were a much better experience than my first. My room was upgraded to a larger one, and the cleaning lady was exceptionally good. She proactively brought a foot bath and filled it with water for me both nights. The room was also cleaned thoroughly and meticulously. Definitely worth a high rating!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from CC. The room was clean and tidy, the service was superb, and it offered fantastic value for money. Five-star recommendation! The environment was quiet and comfortable, and the hygiene was spot on. The front desk service was warm and attentive. A perfect stay experience, I'll definitely be back next time!

Super satisfied with our stay with the kids! The room was spacious, clean, and safe, and our child slept really soundly. We had a wonderful stay at this Atour Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and approachable. We were especially impressed by the security guard, who thoughtfully offered us drinks while we were waiting in the lobby for our transport. Such proactive hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The counter staff were extremely helpful with our queries. I also loved the lobby, which was beautifully designed with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It was a pleasant place to sit and unwind while waiting or simply taking a short break. The attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The towels and drinking cups were individually packed in sealed bags, giving us added confidence in the hotel’s hygiene standards. The complimentary self-service laundry facilities, complete with washers, dryers, and steam irons, were a huge convenience, especially for longer stays. The nightly porridge supper was another thoughtful touch that added great value to our stay. We used it on the last stay after many days of Xinjiang food. The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of food options within walking distance, and it is easy to get around the city by Didi. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, thoughtful amenities, cleanliness, and convenient location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Urumqi.

The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. The cleaning staff were on top of daily tidying and proactively replenished drinking water and supplies, showing great attention to detail. The common areas were spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast and smooth, and facilities like the TV and air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, it's fantastic value for money; the service, cleanliness, and environment are all top-notch. It's suitable for both business trips and tourism. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely book again next time!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share our experience with the complimentary photo session so that future guests know what to expect. If you book through Trip.com, please check carefully what is included. We were informed by the photo studio that our complimentary photo session did not include the traditional costume, while if th guests who booked through some other travel agencies were able to use the costume free of charge. We found this difference quite surprising. Another disappointing experience was the complimentary photos. The hotel receptionist told us that we would receive 3 free photos per person, so as two guests we expected 6 photos. However, when we arrived at the photo studio, we were told that the offer was actually 3 photos per room. The inconsistent information between the hotel and the photo studio caused unnecessary confusion and disappointment. I hope the hotel and the photo studio can provide consistent information in the future, so guests know exactly what is included before they arrive.

The hotel's shuttle service was fantastic. The driver helped with luggage both ways, which was perfect for my late-night arrival. The room facilities were generally good, but the showerhead in my room last night was leaking from both ends. It was too late to contact the front desk, though. Breakfast was served from 7:30 AM to 10 AM, offering all the essentials and tasting delicious. I stayed here for one night as a layover after arriving late for a skiing trip, and overall, it's good value for money. The free airport shuttle service to Tianshan International Airport was excellent; the car was new and very clean, and they helped carry my luggage to the hotel.

Chose Ruby Hotel for my trip and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! [lips][heart] The hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, and the lobby is clean and refined, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was spacious and well-lit, with all the amenities you could need. The smart curtains and constant hot water were particularly convenient. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, every corner was spotless and there were no strange odors, making for a truly comfortable and reassuring stay. [frowning face][frowning face] The front desk staff, both the handsome guys and beautiful ladies, were exceptionally attentive. They not only processed my check-in quickly [strong][strong][strong] but also proactively recommended nearby attractions and local delicacies. The hotel environment is quiet, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, so relaxing on the bed was pure bliss. [flexed biceps] Downstairs, there's a wide variety of shopping and dining options, making getting around super convenient. The price is reasonable, and the service is incredibly detailed. It's perfect whether you're traveling as a couple or solo. I've already recommended this place to my friends, and I'll definitely be booking here again for my next trip! 🏨🥳🥳🥳

Stayed in a dorm room then moved to a private once one became available. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, I especially liked the softness of the beds and the strength of the AC, as it was summer when we stayed. The hosts were always very helpful and their cat is adorable. The public spaces were also cozy and had amazing views of the city below. It was easy to bring our bicycles up the elevator and store them in the hostel.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with a convenience store and Luckin Coffee right downstairs, plus a plethora of dining options nearby. The breakfast is a real highlight, especially the freshly made rice noodles, which are absolutely delicious. The soundproofing in the rooms is superb; despite being in a bustling area, it's incredibly quiet, offering fantastic value for money. It's my top choice for business trips.
