酒店的位置很方便，門口就有地鐵站房間設施，環境都非常不錯。前台客服小姐姐彤彤的服務態度也非常好👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻下次如果來烏市還會選擇簡致酒店。

設施和位置極品了，不説別的，就門口那個自動感應門，簡直就是我的最愛，房間很大，和照片一樣，浴缸是我老公的最愛，超舒服，淋浴水很熱也很舒服，電動窗簾馬桶都是標配，唯一缺陷就是被子有點厚，後來想想可能問前台也有，懶得問，堅持了4天，每天晚上都熱夠嗆

We had a difficult stay at the hotel. There was an electrical fault and the lights in the room would turn on at random hours of the night. This went on for four nights and each time the staff would try fix it but nothing would change. In the end we had to push them to change our room for the final two nights and they wanted to charge us for an upgrade. We refused and changed to another room the same but still had lights randomly turning on and off while we were in the room. I would caution anyone from staying here! A hotel is for sleeping and we didn’t sleep well here. The staff were very flippant and didn’t offer any compensation or apology.

臨街過於吵鬧，半夜電動窗簾、燈自動打開，空調不能製冷、悶熱，星空燈就跟**一樣忽亮忽滅，延遲退房一直到下午四點非常人性化。

我已經這倆酒店的老客户了。從服務到衞生絕對沒問題，乾淨，整潔。主要是早上現在有早餐非常好。尤其是所有的工作人員都特別熱情，碰到任何問題總會在在短的時間去解決。服務態度極好。必須五星好評。
