The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, with many shopping areas nearby. The front desk staff were all very polite, and even gave us some thoughtful souvenirs when we checked out. The hotel rooms were clean and hygienic, and the cleaning lady was also very kind. The only drawback was that the soundproofing in the room was a bit poor, and the sounds of doors opening and closing outside were quite loud.

First time in Urumqi, and I was lucky to pick this hotel. Angel Zoe Y provided warm and friendly service, sharing a lot of local customs and traditions. There are tons of nearby attractions, from the solemn Hongguangshan Grand Buddha Temple to the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum and the 'Six Pavilions, One Center,' all showcasing the charm of Xinjiang culture. Wuyue Plaza is just 1.5 km away, offering a one-stop solution for sports, shopping, and dining. The 27th-floor sky lobby boasts a superb view, and relaxing at the bar is incredibly pleasant. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and the location was perfect – super convenient for commuting. The service was excellent; both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and genuine. They really paid attention to the details, which made for a very comfortable and reassuring stay.

So here is an English review. I stayed on this hotel over 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

I flew from Harbin to Xinjiang for a business trip, and after much deliberation, I booked the Ibis Hotel. The online reviews were quite high, so I went straight there! Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and thoughtfully gave me two cards. The young woman with glasses left the deepest impression on me! Excellent! When I got to the room, it was around 4 pm, and wow, the room was spotless and clean, and I could even see the snow-capped mountains! What more could I ask for? Definitely a great experience! By the way, there's a restaurant nearby called Qiyue Loulan, which is pretty good. If you're interested, you can check it out.

The front desk staff, both male and female, were enthusiastic and attentive, responding to requests very promptly. They even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to the city.

The front desk staff were super efficient with check-in, guiding me with a constant smile – very professional and welcoming. My room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The toiletries were high-quality, and the hot water supply was plentiful and stable; you could tell they paid attention to every detail. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the key card access to the floors made me feel very secure. Check-out was quick and efficient, and the staff even proactively asked about my stay experience – their service attitude was consistently excellent throughout. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business!

I have lived intermittently for many days. The boss is very good. The front desk lady is beautiful and the service attitude is good. Anyway, it feels very good. The basement parking is also very convenient.

She patiently answered all my questions, making me feel so welcome and warm. Next, a special mention goes to the TV in the room! It actually came with an SVIP membership, which shows they really understand young people! After a long day, when I didn't feel like going out, I could just lie in bed and binge-watch several new episodes without dealing with ads or paying extra. The experience was absolutely fantastic. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent too. The sheets and bedding were spotless and tidy; it was truly immaculate, which made for a very comfortable stay. Just a minor suggestion: the air conditioner's response time was a bit slow. After selecting the 'fan' mode, it took a little while to feel any noticeable change. Hopefully, this can be adjusted in the future. However, this is just a small flaw and doesn't affect my overall satisfaction at all. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area! Highly recommend it to everyone! 👍
