Hotels in International Convention and Exhibition Center/Hongguang Mountain, Urumqi

It was the first visit to Urumqi and China in general, we came with my mom for medical tourism and hotel met all the expectations with great location and extraordinary service. We’ve decided to prolong our stay as the rooms are super clean and staff are changing the apparel everyday. We’ve came without any knowledge of the city, attractions and Chinese language, but with the help of Helie from first entrance to the hotel, we were getting support with everything. Beside, hotel service, Helie helped us to plan our weekend, and arranged travel agency to visit the most scenic place “ Tianchi Tyanshan. 100% recommend for foreigners!

First time in Urumqi, and I was lucky to pick this hotel. Angel Zoe Y provided warm and friendly service, sharing a lot of local customs and traditions. There are tons of nearby attractions, from the solemn Hongguangshan Grand Buddha Temple to the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum and the 'Six Pavilions, One Center,' all showcasing the charm of Xinjiang culture. Wuyue Plaza is just 1.5 km away, offering a one-stop solution for sports, shopping, and dining. The 27th-floor sky lobby boasts a superb view, and relaxing at the bar is incredibly pleasant. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

我在這裏住了接近三天的時間，離開之後總結了一下這家酒店帶給我的感覺 （補充説明:不是託，不是探店博主，不是酒店試睡員，衹是作為一個普通住客的一個整體體驗，以此幫助更多前來旅遊，辦公或者出差的旅客） 首先，地理環境及周邊設施: 1.該酒店平台標註地點為龍興路的恆大綠洲，但實際搜尋金陵街更靠近本家酒店，沿鳳起街（或者是鳳起路，記不太清楚了）一直直行，到達金陵路左拐向巷子裏走一段距離就能看到酒店的招牌 2.酒店整體的位置偏靠於郊區，但靠近饢文化產業園，紅光山以及會展中心，距吾悦廣場1.5km之內，因為站在飄窗可以看到吾悦廣場，步行的話應該衹需要15分鐘左右，距文化中心還是具有一定的距離，大約三個路口左右，步行應該將近20分鐘，距附近的醫院比較遠，但前往醫院還是比較便利的，無論是縣醫院還是醫學院等等 3.距離烏魯木齊市中心具有一定距離，出行如果選擇交通工具的方式其實不算太便利，因為需要倒幾趟公交車，但如果打車還是比較便利的，窮遊黨的話就要多走走路了（如果從酒店出發選擇搭乘計程車，建議在平台上叫車） 4.距離飛機場和火車站比較遠，相較於飛機場火車站會更遠一些，去飛機場交通便利，可以選擇計程車直接前往或者乘坐公交車到達北京路附近乘坐地鐵，地鐵站名為鐵路局或者體育中心，如果去火車站，建議搭乘計程車，以免耽誤行程，如果不趕時間的話，還是可以選擇公交車，看看城市的沿路風景和風土人情 5.酒店位於商住型小區內，是在高層裏的酒店，旁邊有多個小區，所以附近有很多飯館和超市，酒店樓下有一家超市是在這附近最近的，賣的礦泉水比較便宜，應該是一塊五一瓶，需要囤水的可以在這裏買（門牌記不清了，需要的可以自己找一找） 房間環境以及整體感覺: 1.房間整體的感覺很新，無論是傢俱以及衞浴等等，因為這是一家剛開業沒多久的酒店，走進來會有一點點甲醛味的殘留，但可以打開中央空調和窗户進行對流，這樣空氣流通就可以消散這種氣味 2.房間的採光很好，因為在床邊就有一個很大的飄窗，站在這裏看夜景非常不錯，而且還有一個小陽台，晚上可以坐在這裏看夕陽和夜景 3.房間擁有智能語音助手，可以幫助打開空調，開關燈，開關窗簾以及打開電視等等功能 4.房間裏的設施有電視，熱水壺，煙灰缸（雖然房間裏不能吸煙），抽紙，廁紙，洗手液，洗髮露，沐浴露，以及一次性的牙刷和梳子，空調很大，幾乎覆蓋了整個上方牆，功能也很全面（怕冷的建議將空調温度調高一些，因為冷氣十足） 5.房間裏的插頭特別多，但要自帶充電器，因為房間裏不提供計時付費的充電器，每個房間都有一個辦公桌，有大有小，但是都能放下電腦和一些其他的東西，然後衞生間是乾濕分離的，不用擔心洗完澡地面會潮濕的問題，淋浴器和花灑都是24小時熱水，隨時都可以沖澡，洗手池也有熱水的功能，馬桶是智能的沖水馬桶，但是沒有自動感應功能，衹能手動翻蓋 6.被單和枕套都很乾凈，但床墊偏軟，不太容易消散疲乏感（這個因人而異了），但整體的躺感還是很舒服的，每個床後面應該都有一個軟包，電視直對床，可以靠在軟包上看電視 7.外賣可以直接送上樓，衹要把房間號備註好就可以了，房間每天都有專門的服務人員進行清潔及打掃，浴巾每天都會進行更換，每天都會送新的農夫山泉礦泉水（如果不需要打掃的小夥伴可以提前和前台説好，但是礦泉水還是可以照常送的） 8.房間整體的隔音效果還可以，牆壁確實有做隔音處理，晚上休息應該是沒有什麼問題的（就是我入住這幾天隔壁都在裝修，白天還是有點吵的） 其他補充: 1.前台和服務人員的態度都很不錯，都很熱情，有什麼需要就直接和他們説就可以了，但是房間沒有電話（需要在房間裏找前台的，可以通過添加微信，微信在房卡的外殼上有） 2.退房時間為每天的14點之前，入住辦理的非常快，而且入住時間卡的沒有那麼死，相對於比較通融，有人的房間打掃好像都是在下午，服務人員會敲門，每一層的房間不是很多，然後上樓擁有兩部電梯（一個在前，一個在後） 3.酒店目前是不提供餐食的 本人不太愛寫評價的，但這家酒店相對於烏魯木齊其他的酒店來説，還是很具有性價比的一家，滿星五星的話我能給到四星（因為床墊太軟，沒有睡好），附圖如下:

High cost performance, the hotel just opened and has no decoration taste. The room is large, well-planned and warm in style. The dry and wet separated bathroom is well received and the bathroom is relatively large. The service is professional and fast. It is the hotel with the most satisfactory service experience I have had recently. The restaurant can pack up and it is very convenient. Underground parking lots are a boon for traveling in winter. I'll come again next time.

The room was clean and tidy, and the floor attendant, Jia, was exceptionally friendly. There are many restaurants nearby, shopping is convenient, and parking is in the underground garage. The service was attentive and welcoming, like that of family and friends. This is my first choice when I frequently travel to Xinjiang for business.

The hotel facilities are new, and my first impression upon checking in was how clean and tidy everything was. Both the common areas and the guest rooms were well-organized and visually pleasing. The cleanliness, in particular, was exceptional; I didn't find any stains on the bedding or in the bathroom, which made for a very reassuring stay. The front desk staff, both male and female, were enthusiastic and attentive, responding to requests very promptly. They even gave me a small souvenir when I checked out. Overall, it's great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to the city.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The 'angelic' concierge, Zoey, made a huge impression. She was smiling throughout the check-in process, softly asking, ”Do you need any help?” Her attitude was so friendly and attentive, it felt like talking to a friend. The room facilities were also a big plus, especially the wet/dry separation in the bathroom – super practical! The shower area and vanity were completely separate. The bedding was soft and clean, the desk was spacious, and there were plenty of charging ports. The overall decor was simple yet comfortable. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose this hotel again – Zoey's thoughtful service and the room's detailed design truly made for a reassuring and comfortable stay.

I have lived intermittently for many days. The boss is very good. The front desk lady is beautiful and the service attitude is good. Anyway, it feels very good. The basement parking is also very convenient.

The room layout is compact and not messy. There are many delicious foods around the hotel. The front desk and the room sister are super good. The price is close to the people. The bed and pillow are really comfortable to sleep. The front desk is very fast. The front desk lady is also longer than a good-looking hahaha. I will choose for business trips in the future. First off, I have to give a shout-out to the lady at the front desk! She was not only beautiful but also incredibly kind. Check-in was super fast, and her attitude was wonderfully gentle. She patiently answered all my questions, making me feel so welcome and warm. Next, a special mention goes to the TV in the room! It actually came with an SVIP membership, which shows they really understand young people! After a long day, when I didn't feel like going out, I could just lie in bed and binge-watch several new episodes without dealing with ads or paying extra. The experience was absolutely fantastic. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent too. The sheets and bedding were spotless and tidy; it was truly immaculate, which made for a very comfortable stay. Just a minor suggestion: the air conditioner's response time was a bit slow. After selecting the 'fan' mode, it took a little while to feel any noticeable change. Hopefully, this can be adjusted in the future. However, this is just a small flaw and doesn't affect my overall satisfaction at all. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area! Highly recommend it to everyone! 👍
