This isn't our first time staying here with my parents and kids, and the rooms are always spacious and clean. Since we're repeat guests, Manager He from the lobby personally offered us complimentary breakfast. The buffet breakfast was rich and delicious, and my kids really enjoyed it. The hotel's service is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Parking is free for hotel guests, and getting around is super convenient. We'll definitely be back!

I booked a special offer room, but the front desk upgraded me for free. The room also had a fridge and coffee packets, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety, and they even had freshly made rice noodles that were delicious and suited our Southern palate perfectly. The hotel also has a restaurant with very affordable prices, so you can have dinner there. They even offer live seafood, and all the prices are clearly listed, which is great. My only suggestion would be to update the carpet; it looked a bit old and dirty. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The location was easy to find. We arrived really late at night, but the front desk lady was very patient during check-in. The room was quite spacious, and the bedding was good. The air conditioning worked great. Parking was very convenient, with spots all around the entrance. Overall, it was pretty good and a great value for money. Thumbs up!

The hotel was excellent; the pillows and mattress were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good night's sleep. The staff, from the front desk to the room attendants, were all very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The hotel also had adorable robot food delivery, which was very relaxing. Highly recommended! The most satisfying thing was the humidifier!!! As a poor rhinitis sufferer, I no longer have to suffer.

One of the must-choice hotels every time I go to Urumqi. The hotel has a good location and plenty of parking spaces. The main hotel rooms are spacious and the decoration style is very nice and comfortable. Health is also very good, people can live at ease, comfortable to sleep well. The hotel should remove the word ”selected” from its name; it's completely unworthy of the name and looks like a chain. The room was small and smelled like sewage, and the TV wouldn't turn on. The room was poorly soundproofed. The good thing is that there's a market about 200 meters across the street from the complex, with a lively atmosphere. It's a great place for breakfast and a night market.
