The room was clean and well-maintained, with good facilities and comfortable bedding. The service was warm and attentive. It's a quiet spot despite being centrally located. If you're calling a taxi, you might need to use the name of a nearby hotel, as it shows up on Gaode Maps but you can't select it directly. The Zhonghe Food Street in Qingcheng Alley nearby has some excellent restaurants that I'd recommend. Transportation is quite convenient; you can take the BRT or subway directly to the museum and Grand Bazaar.

You can't go wrong with an Atour chain hotel; they're always clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, and a rich breakfast spread. The location is super convenient – the subway station is just 20 meters to the right of the hotel entrance. Across the street, there's a food street and a shopping mall, and right next door is the public security bureau, which gives a great sense of safety. Plus, it's close to the airport and car rental places, making car returns easy. The location is a huge advantage, I highly recommend it to everyone! The decor and ambiance are consistent with Atour hotels in other cities.

Great hotel for family and friends, we have wonderful breakfast there during the stay of 3D2N. It location is superb, just 3 minutes walking distance to Mrt station. 20 minutes can reach Urumqi Bazaar. Opposite the hotel is a night market and underground shop lot, there are so many things to eat and see. Walk another 10 minutes is another shopping mall, can also reach there by bus or Mrt. Overall, this hotel is perfect for family vacation stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, right at Zhongyinggong Station on Metro Line 1. Exit B is just 5 meters away. It's only 9 stops from the airport and the Grand Bazaar (Erdaoqiao Station), taking about 25 minutes to reach. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with electronic controls. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. It offers great value for money.

The hotel's attention to detail was truly remarkable—the individually packaged toiletries were clean and odorless, convenient and hygienic; the disposable toilet seat covers were full-coverage, waterproof, non-slip, and wouldn't shift, and were disposable after use. The smart toilet in the room was fully functional, with heating and washing modes working perfectly, and the water dispenser provided clean hot water at any time, making it super convenient to make tea or warm water without the hassle of boiling water. Even more commendable was the hotel service; from the warm welcome from Xiao Gao, Xiao Meng, and Nana upon check-in to the prompt response to daily needs, they were always patient and attentive, like caring old friends. Beyond the magnificent scenery of the snow-capped mountains, this comfortable and worry-free stay was a welcome bonus. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Urumqi; the free parking is very convenient.

The staff were attentive and thoughtful, quickly addressing any requests we had. The public areas were tidy and elegant, and the environment was wonderfully quiet at night. It's perfect whether you're just passing through on a trip or staying for a short while. I've already saved it and it will be my top choice for future visits.

The hotel staff's service quality is extremely poor and needs significant improvement. I checked in on the 16th and stayed for five nights. On the morning of the 21st, I had to be out all day. Before leaving around 9 AM, I specifically went to the front desk to re-activate my room card. That evening, around 9 PM, I was still out and couldn't return to the hotel. I asked a friend to take my room card to the hotel to retrieve some important items for me. When my friend arrived, the room card wouldn't open the door. Even after my friend provided my name and basic information to the front desk, and I also communicated with the hotel staff via WeChat, they were extremely unhelpful and refused to re-issue the room card. This prevented me from getting my important items in time, causing significant loss. At the same time, the hotel staff had a verbal altercation with my friend, using insulting language. When I finally returned to the hotel after 11 PM that night, the hotel tried to shift blame by claiming the door lock was broken, which was a lie; the lock was not damaged. It was simply a mistake by the staff earlier in the morning who failed to properly re-activate the card. I decided to check out immediately, but the hotel refused to refund that day's room fee, claiming I had exceeded the time limit. After I checked out and left, I discovered that the hotel hadn't even processed my checkout in their system until the next morning.
