Hotels in Xinjiang Medical University/Wangjialiang, Urumqi

You can't go wrong with an Atour chain hotel; they're always clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, and a rich breakfast spread. The location is super convenient – the subway station is just 20 meters to the right of the hotel entrance. Across the street, there's a food street and a shopping mall, and right next door is the public security bureau, which gives a great sense of safety. Plus, it's close to the airport and car rental places, making car returns easy. The location is a huge advantage, I highly recommend it to everyone! The decor and ambiance are consistent with Atour hotels in other cities.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic; it was super convenient for getting taxis and exploring the shopping areas. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were consistently warm and polite, responding to requests very promptly. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft, clean, and odorless, and the bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation with no water stains or mold, plus the hot water was stable and plentiful. The soundproofing was great; it was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. All the facilities were complete and worked well, with smooth adjustments for lighting and air conditioning. Overall, the value for money was exceptional. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip, highly recommend it!

Since we stayed here the night before, we were debating where to stay the next day. Ultimately, to avoid moving our luggage, we decided to extend our stay. This time we chose a room with breakfast, and they even included a child's breakfast. Overall, it was good. Thumbs up.

We had an excellent stay at Meihao Hotel Urumqi. The staff were outstanding, very friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They kindly stored our luggage while we travelled to Yining, which made our trip much easier. The location is very convenient for tourists. There is a metro station nearby, as well as a good shopping mall and a large supermarket. The Grand Bazaar and other main attractions can be reached in around 20 minutes by car. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again.

The hotel environment is great, and the location is excellent. There's a shopping mall nearby, a subway station, and parking is also very convenient with a large parking lot. The front desk service is fantastic; check-in and check-out were quick, and they even offered to help with my luggage and recommended some good local restaurants. Facilities: Well-equipped Cleanliness: Spotless Ambiance: Well-appointed Service: Excellent service attitude

Friendly front desk service, convenient location, easy access to transportation, easy access to restaurants downstairs, elegant and quiet accommodation, clean rooms, complete hardware facilities, rich and delicious breakfast, ample parking at the door, and a great value for money stay!

This hidden gem definitely deserves a great review! The room was spacious, clean, and refreshing. Since it's a new hotel, all the facilities are brand new. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, quickly addressing any requests we had. The public areas were tidy and elegant, and the environment was wonderfully quiet at night. It's perfect whether you're just passing through on a trip or staying for a short while. I've already saved it and it will be my top choice for future visits.

My stay at the Torch Building City Intercontinental Hotel in Urumqi was truly fantastic! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a humidifier was provided, which was such a thoughtful touch given Xinjiang's dry climate. It made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast deserves special commendation – it was incredibly varied and delicious; you could taste the care put into every dish. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, providing excellent and efficient service that made me feel right at home. The overall environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi!

The hotel staff's service quality is extremely poor and needs significant improvement. I checked in on the 16th and stayed for five nights. On the morning of the 21st, I had to be out all day. Before leaving around 9 AM, I specifically went to the front desk to re-activate my room card. That evening, around 9 PM, I was still out and couldn't return to the hotel. I asked a friend to take my room card to the hotel to retrieve some important items for me. When my friend arrived, the room card wouldn't open the door. Even after my friend provided my name and basic information to the front desk, and I also communicated with the hotel staff via WeChat, they were extremely unhelpful and refused to re-issue the room card. This prevented me from getting my important items in time, causing significant loss. At the same time, the hotel staff had a verbal altercation with my friend, using insulting language. When I finally returned to the hotel after 11 PM that night, the hotel tried to shift blame by claiming the door lock was broken, which was a lie; the lock was not damaged. It was simply a mistake by the staff earlier in the morning who failed to properly re-activate the card. I decided to check out immediately, but the hotel refused to refund that day's room fee, claiming I had exceeded the time limit. After I checked out and left, I discovered that the hotel hadn't even processed my checkout in their system until the next morning.

The hotel's location is great, and the front desk staff are exceptionally friendly. They even upgraded my room for free every time. The hotel offers free parking and a complimentary one-hour late checkout. The facilities are also comprehensive, including a laundry room, breakfast restaurant, and gym. The price is very reasonable too. I genuinely love this hotel.
