The facilities at all the Ji Hotel chain properties are, as expected, excellent. What really sets them apart is the attention to detail in their service at each individual location. The front desk staff at the Hongshan branch were incredibly enthusiastic and accommodating. They were always ready to help and provided solutions to any issues we had. When I wanted to mail something back, all I had to do was arrange for a courier to pick it up, and I could just leave the package with the front desk. The staff always greeted us warmly, and if they saw us with a lot of bags, they'd immediately offer to help carry them. Their enthusiasm was just amazing. Thumbs up!

Good: Bed firm but comfortable, has all amenities you need (hairdryer, toiletries), receptionist was great and helped us a lot Neutral: location, neither bad or good, 7-8 min walk to bus stops/food dtreet. Bad: bathroom is pretty grim, wifi needs Chinese phone number unless you live on third floor, whose rooms wifi for some reason doesnt need it.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were professional and efficient. They also have a laundry room and a breakfast area. Dinner was delicious with a great variety of options, and the overall environment was excellent. Getting around was super convenient with a subway and bus stop nearby. Highly recommend!

The hotel has a shared laundry service and is very clean and hygienic; The Uighur brother and sister at the third front desk are very friendly, especially the Mandarin of the little brother is very standard. Visitors to the mainland will be very enthusiastic about the local customs; The food around the fourth hotel is also very convenient, downstairs is the snack street and convenience.
