The front desk service is very good, the parent-child room gave three breakfasts, the room is very comfortable, there are two rooms, three people can stay without disturbing each other, the price is very cheap, the price is very high. The downside is that the hotel breakfast is more general, the room facilities are old, and the others are good!

This well-established five-star hotel in the city center exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money! The location is absolutely fantastic, right across from the city's iconic Red Mountain Tower, which is beautifully illuminated by the环城高速路 (Ring Expressway). It's also not far from the International Grand Bazaar and the famous Hotan Second Street Night Market, about three bus stops away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The location truly can't be beat. The hotel itself has a grand and elegant atmosphere, with a lobby that showcases rich Western Regions culture and a mural corridor filled with cultural exhibits. Manager Watt had our room and key cards ready for us in advance, which was a very thoughtful and attentive service. The room was clean and tidy, offering a great view of the city at night, and was fully equipped with all amenities. The best part is the hotel's own dedicated parking lot, making parking incredibly convenient with plenty of spaces and hassle-free entry and exit. Overall, the quality is top-notch – clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, all at a great price.

The hotel's location is convenient. Although the room wasn't huge, it was well-designed, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was clean and tidy. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast selection was also quite comprehensive, and we enjoyed it. The front desk lady was incredibly warm and helpful; she even lent us a thermometer when my mom wasn't feeling well. She also thoughtfully gave us masks when we checked out!

I spent a considerable amount of time deciding where to stay in Urumqi and ultimately chose this Atour hotel. When traveling, a hotel's location is truly paramount, and I was extremely satisfied after checking in. I'm already planning to stay here again upon my return from Kanas and Yili! A nice touch is that you can rent traditional ethnic costumes right at the entrance, with no deposit required—just provide your room number. The hotel is also very thoughtful with provisions for guests traveling with children. Most importantly, it's incredibly convenient, being only about 2km from major attractions such as the International Grand Bazaar, Jinquan Shopping Mall, Hotan Second Street, and the museum. Furthermore, an old residential area directly opposite offers a plethora of restaurants and local snacks right at your doorstep, making dining incredibly easy and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

The vanity light above the sink wasn't bright enough; I couldn't see properly to shave, and it appeared to be broken. The bathroom exhaust fan also didn't work when switched on, suggesting it was faulty as well. I tried calling to report these problems but couldn't find any contact numbers. After some difficulty, I finally located the reservation line, but my calls went unanswered. I hope the hotel conducts more frequent and thorough maintenance checks. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

It is clean, tidy and quiet. I asked for a corner room, which was also thoughtful. The breakfast room in the introduction picture is not very big, but it is very good when you get there. There are many things to eat. It has all the services that a hotel of this level should have. The front desk guy and girl are very nice, and the Uyghur girl is very beautiful and gentle. Thumbs up 👍

Good hotel! We, guests from Belarus, felt comfortable. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, everything you need in the bathroom. Excellent breakfasts! We stayed for three days, breakfasts were almost never the same. Lots of fruits and vegetables. I really liked the Chinese cuisine. One of the butlers took great care of us, foreigners. It was very nice! Thank you! The hotel is located next to the metro, which is very convenient. On our last day, we easily and comfortably got to Diwopu Airport by metro. It took 35-40 minutes and cost 15 yuan for three. There are many places near the hotel where you can eat and buy bread and fruit. It is easy to walk to Nanhu Park or take the metro one stop. You can take the metro two stops and walk a little to Red Mountain and Gaoshan. The only thing that caused inconvenience was the lack of staff who spoke English, we did not expect to know Russian) We were saved by a translator on the phone. The girls at the reception tried very hard to understand us. Thanks again to everyone. We recommend the hotel!

The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Right downstairs, there are restaurants and a fruit shop, and the Hetian roasted buns were generously portioned and delicious. It's a few hundred meters from the subway station, just two stops from the Grand Bazaar, and not far from Hongshan Park, making transportation quite convenient. They offer late-night congee options, and breakfast was decent. Bottled water is freely available, and they even gave a small souvenir upon departure. Overall, it's a great place for travelers.

Receptionist 003: My stay at the Lanting Auchan Hotel was fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with multiple transportation options to the city center and other attractions. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. The room was fully equipped with everything you need – TV, air conditioning, kettle – all new and working flawlessly. Whether for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Urumqi! I wholeheartedly recommend the Lanting Auchan Hotel.
