The front desk staff are also very professional and responsible; a special shout-out to Zac at the front desk. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel lobby is luxurious and grand, the front desk reception is professional and polite, and the room type was upgraded for free, which is great. The room service staff worked diligently and carefully. We stayed for a few days and the room was cleaned very well every day. The overall feeling of this hotel is that it has formal management, high-quality staff, which matches its star rating, and a very satisfactory stay experience. The only minor flaw is that the mattress is a bit hard and I'm not used to it.

It was decent. There was air conditioning, and I had space for my luggage. The bedding was dry and clean. It's not very close to the Grand Bazaar or the train station, but there's a direct bus. I stayed here for three nights, and overall, it was a pretty good experience.
