My actual stay far exceeded my expectations; the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. The room was exceptionally spacious with a unique layout that you rarely see. It had excellent natural light, multiple floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views, and even a bathtub, making for a truly pleasant living experience. The bed was extra soft and provided a stable, restful sleep. Ordering takeout was made easy and hassle-free with robot delivery. The entire room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It's definitely worth experiencing.

For a tourist the hotel is not very easy to find since it is on the 18th floor and there is no sign in English on the outside of the building, but luckily a boy who was going up in the same building helped us. Negative note: the wifi does not work well and even the cell phone does not work well inside. The girl who welcomed us tried to do her best but not knowing English it took her more than half an hour to check in. For the rest the hotel is convenient, clean and very comfortable.

The service of Boyue Hotel is intimate and thoughtful, the staff is warm and courteous, and the stay experience is superb. The room was clean and tidy, the sanitary details were in place, the environment was comfortable and quiet, and the overall was very satisfactory and worth recommending. The experience exceeded expectations, especially the fairy location less than 10 minutes walk from the high-speed rail station, which is too friendly to passengers who catch the bus/arrival! Drag the 28-inch box and walk a few steps, no need to toss at all.

An excellent stay! First off, I have to praise the cleanliness—the room was spotless, and the bedding was fresh and tidy, which made me feel incredibly comfortable. The service was impeccable, too; everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties was warm, polite, and very quick to respond. The breakfast had a great variety, including local specialties and freshly made noodles and wontons. You can see the high-speed train station nearby, just a few hundred meters away, and despite the new buildings in the area, it was surprisingly quiet, so I slept really well. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm transiting through Urumqi.

The room is very large and very nice overall, but the details of the room hygiene could be improved. The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station, which is only a few minutes away. There are not many dining options nearby. The front desk and room service staff are very enthusiastic!

Absolutely loved it, highly recommend! The quality is excellent and exactly as described by the seller. I'm very satisfied! The front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, always ready to answer any questions, and quick to respond. I asked a lot of questions, and they never seemed annoyed, always answering me patiently and thoroughly. I have the utmost respect for their front desk service; good staff like that are hard to come by. As for the room, it was exactly what I needed, even better than I imagined! I really have to give it a big thumbs up!

The lady at the front desk was very kind. She mentioned during check-in that the single room might be a bit small, but it was absolutely enough for one person – much bigger than I expected! The hotel also has a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. I also got to enjoy a late check-out, and they didn't rush me even when I extended by over 30 minutes. Thumbs up! 👍

We stayed as a family of 5, the room was with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom. Very spacious and convenient option. Every day the room was cleaned once we are out in the morning. Supplies and amenities were replaced or added. Reception girls were very helpful. The owner is a kind lady. The window view is charming, mountains view in a day time, city lights at night. Downstairs are a few shops and a cafe with delicious baozi&jiaozi. I would definitely return to this place again 👍🏻

The biggest surprise was the hotel breakfast. The variety was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was fantastic. Whether it was the hot dishes, pastries, or fruits and drinks, the quality was consistently excellent, making for a delightful and satisfying meal. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this stay. The service was top-notch, the breakfast delicious, and the environment comfortable. It’s perfectly suited for business travel, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance. We had a very nice stay. We came from Kazachstan and arrived early in the morning but we could check in early. The ladies at the reception were so friendly and helpful with everything! We could even enjoy breakfast at the day we arrived and they gave us a breakfast box on the day we left because we left very early in the morning. They also helped us with a taxi to the museum and some apps we have to use in China. The room was also nice with very comfortable beds and a nice shower. Thank you for the very nice stay and the warm welcome to China! :)
