Hotels in Urumqi Railway Station/Development Zone, Urumqi

Just leaving a quick review as I usually do. Decided to snap a pic of the hotel for reference, primarily for my child. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all decent and lived up to the price. The hotel is right next to the Ji Hotel, and you can see it easily from the train station, it's very close. I chose this one because it was cheaper than the Ji Hotel. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if the laundry room had a washer-dryer combo. Having separate machines means two trips, which is a bit of a hassle.

The place is okay for a short stay. The room was clean. However there are some things that bothered me during my stay: - Bathroom is very small, and the water was leaking to the room after the shower. There's no towel to put on the floor to make it dry - Every day I returned to the hotel my key card was unable to open the door. I had to go to the reception to reactivate my card - Laundry room has 3 washing machines, however they are always occupied. People load the machines, and not coming back to take their clothes after work finished. You also can't unload the machines, because all baskets occupied as well. I saw some people just take the clothes from the machines and put it randomly in the room, then the owner coming back and can't find it. Very messy.

The room layout was great, both my child and I were very satisfied. The breakfast was also good. I especially want to thank the staff because when we checked out, we left three pieces of luggage at the hotel's front desk. After visiting the Grand Bazaar that evening, we stayed at a nearby hotel. We tried to book a car to pick up our luggage, but couldn't find one. I called the front desk, and the lovely lady there suggested they could arrange a car to deliver the luggage to us! We're so grateful for their thoughtful and attentive service! Thank you! If we come back to Urumqi, we'll definitely stay here again.

This was a last-minute stay after landing at the airport, and to my surprise, the environment was quite good. The location is very close to the airport, making it quick to get there whether by walking or shuttle, which saved a lot of time for catching my flight. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, the bedding was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I wasn't disturbed while resting. The staff processed check-in quickly and were very welcoming. Overall, it offers great value for money. It's perfectly suited for layovers or early morning flights.

Excellent! The hotel even offers late-night snacks, and the rooms are very nice. The breakfast was also okay, and they provide free shuttle service to and from the station/airport in business vehicles! Very high-quality service; this hotel offers excellent value for money.

The room offers a nice view of the Urumqi Railway Station, and having a washer inside the room was very convenient. The hotel is clean and the housekeeping lady is lovely and very professional, meeting standards that foreign guests will appreciate. However, the hotel is quite far from the city center, and although there is a bus stop nearby, only one bus line passes through and it’s often unreliable. My main suggestion is for the reception staff to improve professionalism. Guests should feel welcomed upon arrival, not judged or asked unnecessary personal questions and be seen looking about my country on her phone while I wait for her to check me in. In comparison with other hotels I’ve stayed at in Urumqi, the reception service here could be more respectful and professional.

The hotel's location is great, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The washing machines in the laundry room clean clothes very well. Atour's service is truly thoughtful; from check-in to check-out, every step was pleasant. They even offer late-night congee, siomai, baozi, and appetizing cold dishes. Most importantly, Atour's bedding is incredibly comfortable and soft. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

High floor, amazing view, and a really well-designed room. The bed was super comfortable, and the natural light was perfect! Downstairs is a Wanda Plaza, so everything you need is right there. Plus, it's very close to the high-speed train station! Highly recommend!

Let's get straight to the point: the environmental conditions are fair for the price, but the service and facilities need improvement. First, I understand the security concerns, but does the room door really need to snap shut that fast? I was locked out in less than a second after grabbing takeout from just outside. I had to call the front desk twice to get someone to open the door, and I waited for 15 minutes in the hallway in my slippers and a tank top – it was quite embarrassing. Second, modern minimalism might be your design style, but it shouldn't come at the expense of practicality. There isn't a single place to hang a towel in the bathroom. It's fine when I'm alone; I can just walk out naked. But if two people are staying, regardless of their relationship, it's a bit too 'honest' for comfort. I usually don't bother writing reviews, but I'm writing this much today because I believe there's room for improvement. If I come back, I hope to see some changes.
