Location of the hotel is excellent, surrounding by many convenient stores and restaurants, no need to worry about food and shopping. Facilities and cleanliness are also perfect. The page says that the room has 18-20 square meters, but the actual maximum is 10 square meters, very, very small. Two people have to avoid each other when walking. When we went downstairs, we saw that the double room was good, so we renewed our reservation for a superior double room. The manager upgraded us to a king room with a view to a double room with a view for free. It’s simply not that exciting! This hotel has a good location in downturn in Urumqi, My room on the level 20 overlooked at Red Hill - a major attraction. Had a side room, so the view was great. Great leather chair and desk area . Bathroom good. Price Point was exceptional. One the receptionist or maybe a manager spoke English at least at check inn. Hotel lobby was grand for 4 star.. Negative: Everyone is required (in April 2021) do COVID Test on arrival. Bar fridge does not work (quiet normal for the Chinese hotels). Air con does not work, but not too bad - air through the window. Air con only work in Summer and Winter, not in Spring or Autumn . Breakfast has no rice or noodles or juice. Still, overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay in Urumqi. Towering high above the city skyline, you have an amazing view all the way up to the breathtaking mountain ranges surrounding Urumqi. Although have quite a bit of legacy, the rooms and facilities are still charming, clean and tidy. Service was excellent and super friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

There are low-frequency noise sources outside room 618, and the sound insulation of the room is weak. In room 609, you can hear 610 having a meeting at night. Service: Upon check-in, the front desk learned that I wanted to take a bath and proactively provided a bathtub cover. The switchboard service phone number asked if I was satisfied with the accommodation. I contacted the room lady to replace the humidifier and give me a bottle of water for personal needs. During the night room change process, we will cooperate with the transportation of luggage and items. The breakfast meal time was not mentioned during the check-in process at the front desk. The room attendant brought the bathtub cover but did not further lay it out for the guests. The front desk for changing rooms only made a room card. After being dissatisfied with the conversation next door, I had to wait for the service staff to go downstairs to collect the room card to open a new room. If I were the front desk, after receiving the guest's request for room change, if the room status allowed, I would make multiple room cards for the guest to choose a room. If necessary, provide multiple room types based on the on-site situation, or record the vacant room number. I stayed for 3 days at this wonderful Hotel, it was so well equipped, special design and a shiny and clean place. Every day the room was cleaned and new towels provided. The Room was very comfortable and everything was working. Only in the first night there was a system error and all the lights went on at 6Am woke me up. But they fixed it the next day immediately and where super helpful. The staff especially Didi at the entrance was helping a lot and being so patient with all my questions with translation. Didi also checked me out when I left and explained to me how to get around. Thank you so much!
