The 2 night stay was fantastic. It is beside a line 1 metro station. Easy access to the airport and 大巴扎. Away from touristy spots but able to see how the locals live. Lots of eateries and opposite to a shopping mall. Hotel room was cosy and clean. Each person was given 2 pillows of different thickness and softness. Shampoo, conditioner and shower foam were provided. Water bottles were provided on the counter top and in the fridge, so guests can choose if they need cold drinks. Very thoughtful if them. Didn't like that the toilet door was transparent and unable to lock. Not everytime 2 person staying in the same room must be couples. Must commend about the staff. They were so well trained and guests felt welcomed. There was supper provided every night - simple but comforting food. We did our washings but came back late, our clothes were folded neatly by their staff and put into a laundry bag and left at the table in laundry room. The uncle chef cooking the noodles during the breakfast was very friendly. Will definitely stay here if I come back to Urumqi next time.

Overall, the attention to detail was impressive, and it offered fantastic value for money. It was a really comfortable stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again. Check-in for the hotel is on the third floor. The room was great – clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent. Very satisfied! The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very polite. They handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, patiently answering all my questions with a kind and attentive attitude. Any requests were promptly addressed, demonstrating great professionalism and making me feel very well taken care of. The hotel's attached parking lot is very convenient, with plenty of spacious spots, making parking easy and hassle-free. Security management is well-organized, and entry/exit is smooth, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. I felt very secure leaving my vehicle there. The room itself was fully equipped and well-maintained, with brand-new hardware. The air conditioning, bathroom facilities, lighting, and internet all worked perfectly without any issues, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay. The room had good natural light and ventilation, a practical layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a clean and reassuring stay. The surrounding area offers convenient access for getting around, and the overall service was attentive and meticulous. From the environment and service to the hardware facilities, everything reflected quality. It offers great value for money.

Special shout-out to Ouyang, their service was excellent! The room was great, and the amenities were also top-notch. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. They even helped me with my luggage, I almost felt embarrassed! The hotel is very new. When I first checked in, one room had a slight smoke smell, and they immediately switched me to another, which was fantastic. When I checked out, they even gave me a large bag of souvenirs. They also offered me a drink in the lobby. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff are very friendly, and a special shoutout to the duty manager, Xiao Guo. They resolved issues quickly and showed great responsibility.

The room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for a good rest. The front desk lady was very nice and even upgraded our room and provided complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was quite good, with coffee and soy milk, which was enough to fill you up. Overall, the room rate was worth it.

The zero-pressure mattress in the room was a lifesaver; after a long day of work, it was incredibly relaxing to lie on. The buffet breakfast was really satisfying, no need to go out looking for food. The location is also convenient, not far from the subway station, making it easy to get around. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip.

Facilities: Swimming pool, gym, badminton courts, all well-equipped and good. Cleanliness: Rooms were clean and odor-free. Environment: Good. Service: We drove here and parked in front of the hotel. The security personnel at Wumaier were attentive and asked if we needed parking. They were friendly, hardworking, and had a great attitude. When there were no parking spaces at the entrance, they led us to the back to find one. The young man deserves praise and a thumbs up! 👍 Well done, Wumaier!

Stayed at this hotel with my family. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were impressed by the beautiful environment, especially the abundance of green plants, which felt refreshing and cool. The decor is very tasteful and comfortable. The room was clean, and check-in at the front desk was quick. All the staff were very enthusiastic. I really liked the overall ambiance of this hotel; it was excellent.
