The 2 night stay was fantastic. It is beside a line 1 metro station. Easy access to the airport and 大巴扎. Away from touristy spots but able to see how the locals live. Lots of eateries and opposite to a shopping mall. Hotel room was cosy and clean. Each person was given 2 pillows of different thickness and softness. Shampoo, conditioner and shower foam were provided. Water bottles were provided on the counter top and in the fridge, so guests can choose if they need cold drinks. Very thoughtful if them. Didn't like that the toilet door was transparent and unable to lock. Not everytime 2 person staying in the same room must be couples. Must commend about the staff. They were so well trained and guests felt welcomed. There was supper provided every night - simple but comforting food. We did our washings but came back late, our clothes were folded neatly by their staff and put into a laundry bag and left at the table in laundry room. The uncle chef cooking the noodles during the breakfast was very friendly. Will definitely stay here if I come back to Urumqi next time.

Check-in for the hotel is on the third floor. The room was great – clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent. Very satisfied! The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and very polite. They handled check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly, patiently answering all my questions with a kind and attentive attitude. Any requests were promptly addressed, demonstrating great professionalism and making me feel very well taken care of. The hotel's attached parking lot is very convenient, with plenty of spacious spots, making parking easy and hassle-free. Security management is well-organized, and entry/exit is smooth, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. I felt very secure leaving my vehicle there. The room itself was fully equipped and well-maintained, with brand-new hardware. The air conditioning, bathroom facilities, lighting, and internet all worked perfectly without any issues, ensuring maximum comfort during my stay. The room had good natural light and ventilation, a practical layout, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing, allowing for a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality, making for a clean and reassuring stay. The surrounding area offers convenient access for getting around, and the overall service was attentive and meticulous. From the environment and service to the hardware facilities, everything reflected quality. It offers great value for money.

Definitely on the posh side, and the service was very good. Felt upscale without being over the top. What really stood out was the location there's a convenience store right next door, plus a whole shopping mall attached, and Chagee is in the same complex. Made everything super convenient. Solid stay.

The service at this Atour was exceptional! Our large family arrived around 10 AM, and the lovely lady at the front desk thoughtfully arranged for an early check-in for one of our rooms, and even provided breakfast for the whole family. The next day, since our flight was in the evening, they also helped us arrange a late check-out. Everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, was incredibly satisfied with Atour's service. On top of that, the room facilities and cleanliness were absolutely spotless. From now on, Atour will definitely be our go-to choice when we travel.

Come to Xinjiang for a business trip, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is very good, the reception desk Zhu Yanqin manager is warm and responsible, I arrived at 2 am, twice left the room card in the room, midnight, Zhu manager helped me re-do, thank you. Next time you come to Xinjiang, come to live.

Stayed at this hotel with my family. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were impressed by the beautiful environment, especially the abundance of green plants, which felt refreshing and cool. The decor is very tasteful and comfortable. The room was clean, and check-in at the front desk was quick. All the staff were very enthusiastic. I really liked the overall ambiance of this hotel; it was excellent.
