It's so relaxing and leisurely, instantly bringing back childhood memories. Perfect for a staycation in the city. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk lady was incredibly warm and patient, meticulously explaining sightseeing routes and transportation options. The security guard was also thoughtful and proactively helped with our luggage. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I chose this hotel based on reviews, and my stay was indeed great! The location is convenient, making transportation easy, and it's very close to the museum. The No. 2 bus stop is not far from the hotel. We arrived past 11 PM, and the front desk staff was very kind and enthusiastic. The security guard at the entrance even came out to greet us, which was a warm welcome. There were several bottles of sunscreen available for guests to use for free at the hotel entrance. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the restaurant ambiance was very comfortable, like being at home. Overall, the stay was excellent.

The service at this Atour was exceptional! Our large family arrived around 10 AM, and the lovely lady at the front desk thoughtfully arranged for an early check-in for one of our rooms, and even provided breakfast for the whole family. The next day, since our flight was in the evening, they also helped us arrange a late check-out. Everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, was incredibly satisfied with Atour's service. On top of that, the room facilities and cleanliness were absolutely spotless. From now on, Atour will definitely be our go-to choice when we travel.

Room very clean. Perfect size. Desk and lights was good. The shower only had warm water so not very very hot, maybe it was used up cause it was in the evening. Staff very friendly, we liked them. Free parking. Breakfast was a small buffet, seemed like a typical Chinese buffet, maybe a bit limited for foreigners but that is ok. Many restaurants around. There’s a food bazaar very close which is nice. The laundry area was nice. The washing machine did not work very well, it seemed like it had an error. No drier :( . Better than not having any washing machine! Still, very happy with the place overall. I would recommend

Facilities: Swimming pool, gym, badminton courts, all well-equipped and good. Cleanliness: Rooms were clean and odor-free. Environment: Good. Service: We drove here and parked in front of the hotel. The security personnel at Wumaier were attentive and asked if we needed parking. They were friendly, hardworking, and had a great attitude. When there were no parking spaces at the entrance, they led us to the back to find one. The young man deserves praise and a thumbs up! 👍 Well done, Wumaier!

I mainly chose this hotel for a museum visit the next morning, as it's a convenient 10-minute walk away. The parking downstairs is incredibly small, with only a few spots, so even arriving at 3 PM, it's usually full. However, if you talk to the front desk, they can direct you to a residential area about a 5-minute walk away. You pay there and then get reimbursed by the hotel. The room was on a lower floor, and the family room itself was decent-sized, not small, but it was close to the elevator and quite noisy. I was woken up around 6 AM by people talking and the elevator sounds. Even when I wasn't sleeping, I could hear the robot vacuum cleaning on an incline. The bathroom facilities were fine. Although the hotel is next to an overpass, the noise wasn't significant, especially at night with fewer cars, so it didn't bother me. The front desk service was mediocre. The tall young men and women, whether checking in or out, had a very indifferent attitude, almost like children talking to their parents – 'What?', 'Oh?', 'Huh?'. They only answered when asked, and their height made them seem even more condescending. The whole experience felt uncomfortable. They are the face of the hotel and need to improve their demeanor, not just be tall. Overall, the location is good; it's convenient for takeaways and dining out.

My biggest impression from this stay at the Conrad Urumqi was how effortless the entire trip felt. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for getting around, whether it's for dining, shopping, or planning a day's itinerary. Upon returning, I could quickly switch into a calm and relaxed state. I really appreciate this balance of 'lively and serene.' What truly stood out to me this time was the overall service at the hotel. The staff were all very enthusiastic and efficient. Any request was usually met and resolved quickly, and the service experience wasn't negatively impacted by a large number of guests. During my stay, Kevin from the concierge team helped me many times. Whether it was retrieving and transporting luggage or later needing help with sending a package, he was very patient and handled everything with diligence and efficiency. He was always friendly and welcoming whenever we met, which made me feel very comfortable. While many of these tasks might seem small, having someone readily available to assist during a trip truly makes things much easier. I also want to extend a big thank you to Russel. Since I had his WeChat contact from a previous stay, I primarily communicated with him directly for anything I needed during this visit. He always responded to messages promptly and diligently followed up on every matter, big or small. Any coordination or arrangements needed were handled perfectly, making the entire check-in process much smoother. This kind of service, where you can always reach someone and receive prompt, effective assistance, is a huge plus for guests. Overall, my entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was very smooth. The hotel's facilities are high-quality, and the team's service is warm and efficient. The hotel is new and clean. It occupies several floors of a bigger building. All the facilities work well, including free use of washing machines, which we valued much. There are lots of eating outlets around the hotel, though you will need to take a bus to get to the bigger malls, and the International Bazaar. The bus top is just about 100 to 200m from the hotel, and hence provides easy access. Otherwise, the Didi works too. The breakfast area is small, and the spread is reasonable but not too big, with coffee and bread (for those yearning for western spread). Front desk service is very good, with friendly and helpful staff.
