This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I found the service to be excellent, so much so that I decided to extend my stay for another day. There are a lot of hygiene problems left over. I feel like except for the bed, other places have old hygiene issues that have never been paid attention to or cleaned. The sound insulation is extremely poor. It is next to the road overpass and the noise from the cars is very loud. The room is arranged right opposite the elevator. There are many people coming and going. Later I found out that there is a part on this floor that is not part of the hotel? Are you doing any team building activities? The sound of singing and laughing was extremely loud. The young couple next door were arguing until midnight and couldn't sleep. The room was small and the breakfast was simple. The towel rack is above the toilet ~ All in all, there were a lot of surprises throughout this season.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center with easy access to transportation. The in-house service is excellent, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was really spacious! I stayed at Ji Feng during my trip to Nyingchi, Tibet, and had a great experience, so I chose this hotel again in Urumqi. The location is quite convenient, with several universities nearby, offering plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment. The museum is within walking distance (might be a bit much for those who prefer less walking), and the Grand Bazaar is about a 20-minute taxi ride away. The staff were very warm and attentive.

First of all, I am very grateful to the hotel for upgrading me to a business room type for free because they had available rooms. The communication was very smooth. I have always chosen Dushanzi Hotel in the past, and the service was pretty good. In a word, I am quite satisfied. Regarding this stay, I would like to make two suggestions: the first is about the hotel's free items. I hope that all rooms can provide disposable toilet pads, instead of only providing them for deluxe rooms. I called and promised to give two, but when they knocked on the door, only one was delivered and they said that we generally do not provide them. I think that as the customer service department of Dushanzi Hotel, they should not limit themselves to one or two toilet pads; the second is about the 48-person buffet breakfast. I went downstairs to eat at 9 o'clock, and the physical sensation was really bad. Eighty percent of the hot dishes and buns were all cold, and only the sausages were heated. I think that as a hotel, no matter how many people stay, at least the meals should provide statistical standards. The hot dishes and buns were all cold in the middle of winter. I don't know if they are reluctant to turn on the electric heating to keep warm or for some other reason. I hope the hotel manager can see the above two points and make quick rectifications. I also hope that the hotel will get better and better!

Facilities: Swimming pool, gym, badminton courts, all well-equipped and good. Cleanliness: Rooms were clean and odor-free. Environment: Good. Service: We drove here and parked in front of the hotel. The security personnel at Wumaier were attentive and asked if we needed parking. They were friendly, hardworking, and had a great attitude. I took my child to see the doctor. It is very close to the hospital. You can drive directly from the hotel. The space is very large when you enter the door. The slippers are not thin, but thick and comfortable. I couldn't find the TV power button, and the waiter was very considerate and rushed to help turn on the TV. The service of the front desk lady is very kind and enthusiastic! In short, I am very satisfied.

2 big bed rooms, 2 tail rooms, the advantage is that it is really big, there is a balcony, that is, this toilet is not suitable, it is not important, anyway, I am alone. The most important thing is that the first time I met a hotel that didn't open cold air conditioning! Give cold wind, the room is 28°, sweating a few steps, can not open the window, hotter than downstairs. It’s useless to say to the front desk. I will ask you which room. I asked the tourists living next door. Like, the heat is dying, the central air conditioner, anyway, it is not cooled. Suitable for the elderly with a weak body, cautious about fearing heat
