This hotel truly deserves a big thumbs up! The service is exceptionally comprehensive and thoughtful. Although the location isn't particularly prominent, there's a cozy reading corner, which really shows the management's vision. You can even choose from about six different types of pillows, and they offer a foot bath service where an attendant prepares the water for you. All in all, it's excellent. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Facilities: Excellent!! The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, so showering and using the toilet won't affect each other. The washbasins are located separately for individual use. Environment: Very quiet and peaceful!! Service: The receptionist was very friendly and provided excellent service!!

The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard. The toiletries were all provided, and the environment was clean and quiet. The location was super convenient for getting around. I was also very happy with the room the front desk assigned, it was perfect for traveling with a child. They even gave us a Xinjiang lamb fridge magnet, which was a very nice touch!

The room wasn't huge, but it was well-equipped, and the cleanliness was decent. We arrived late, so we were given a room on the second floor, which was a bit noisy. The room wasn't a single level either; there were two steps, so it might be best to avoid it if you're traveling with elderly people or children. The hotel's security and front desk service were both quite good, very warm and patient. If you're looking to stay near Erjie or the Grand Bazaar in Hotan, this hotel's location is definitely a prime choice; it's only a two to three-minute walk across the road to the entrance of Erjie.

Very comfortable stay! Very close to multiple areas, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. We stayed for a couple of nights more and helped us figure out some stuff to do in Xinjiang. Big big thanks particularly to Ai Wenxuan, she was an angel and went beyond her way to help us with logistics such as SIM card, drone registration etc. One of those experiences where the stuff makes it hundred times better. We found some fresh fruit with notes wishing us a good day etc, everything amazing. Definitely coming back if in Urumqi!

The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. The cleaning staff were on top of daily tidying and proactively replenished drinking water and supplies, showing great attention to detail. The common areas were spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast and smooth, and facilities like the TV and air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall, it's fantastic value for money; the service, cleanliness, and environment are all top-notch. It's suitable for both business trips and tourism. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely book again next time!

Traveling with a friend's family on a self-drive trip through Xinjiang, we booked this hotel in Urumqi and thought it was pretty good. The hotel is a bit older but the facilities inside look quite high-end. I heard it belongs to the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. The surrounding area is nice, though parking was a little tight.

The service was excellent! The guy at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade our room type. Seeing that we were staying with pets, he also took the initiative to provide pet supplies. We left some items behind when we left, and the hotel staff also contacted us. Thank you very much! The hotel environment was better than expected, and the rooms were equipped with negative ion machines, humidifiers, etc. Parking is free and the surrounding area is convenient. The only downside to this stay was that the room smelled a bit of smoke, of course, we forgot to emphasize that we wanted a non-smoking room~

Book carefully. 1. The sanitary condition is general, and there are sticky juices on the edges and corners of the floor and table. 2. There is central air conditioning and you can't control the temperature yourself. The corridor at noon is cooler than the room, and the quilt is not covered at night, and it is hot to sleep over and over.

Living next to the dumpling ditch subway station, take the subway to various business districts and food streets are very close. The hotel is clean and refreshing, cleaned up in an orderly manner, the bathroom is easy to use, and the toiletries are complete. The staff Xiao Yang is attentive, the stay experience is comfortable, and the choice for playing is great.
