Hotels in Urumqi High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Urumqi

This hotel provided excellence service, great facilities with very reasonable room rate. This hotel provides free airport pickup and drop-off service. The hotel supposed to pick 6 Of us that arrived Urumqi airport at 2.30pm, we have made 4pm visit appointment to the Museum at 4pm. Unfortunately, our flight was delays nearly 1 hour, the hotel pick up team helped to call the museum on our delaying and direct send us visit to the museum and arrange our big luggage sent to the hotel, we checked in the hotel after our visit to the museum and dinner. Everything is well managed by the team and without additional charges, the manager/staff very friendly and gave sincere advice where to visit and eat at Urumqi. The room are clean, comfortable with great layout, breakfast provided also have lot of choices with good taste. We had 23 days trip in XInjiang and stay in more than 18 hotels, this is the only hotel provide free snacks in the room. :) I strongly recommend this hotel to whoever visit to Urumqi, we will pick this hotel again if we revisit to Urumqi next time. Thanks for all the good service.

The hotel's decor is luxurious and upscale, with excellent public facilities. The lobby lounge area is perfect for temporary work or meetings. The self-service water bar offers drinks all day, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The guest rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom fixtures are high-end. The cleaning was meticulous. The hotel grounds are elegant with great natural light, and the amenities are comprehensive. Service was prompt and responsive. This is a top-notch hotel near the airport, ideal for business travelers looking for a worry-free stay.

The room hygiene and transportation environment are pretty good. The front desk service lacks some flexibility and necessary authority. Especially for early check-in and early check-out, they should be more flexible and preferential.

Hotel praise (about 200 words) The stay experience exceeded expectations and the overall satisfaction. The hotel is strategically located, it is very convenient to travel by taxi and visit the business district, and the surrounding dining is rich. The entrance lobby is clean and tidy, the front desk staff is warm and polite, the check-in efficiency is high, and the service is intimate and meticulous. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and dry, the pillow comfort was just right, and I slept well all night. The bathroom facilities are intact, the hot water is fast, and the toiletries are complete. The room has good lighting and ventilation, the sound insulation effect is online, and the corridor noise is basically not heard. The cleaning aunt is attentive and needs items to respond quickly. The hotel's environmental sanitation is in place and the public areas are regularly cleaned. Very good value for money, affordable, whether it is a short trip or a business trip is very suitable, next time you come to the local will give priority to this, I really recommend it to all passengers.

Overall, my stay exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around by taxi, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Check-in was efficient, with the front desk staff being friendly and polite, handling the process smoothly. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were well-maintained, with quick hot water and strong water pressure. The soundproofing in the room was good; with the door closed, I could barely hear any hallway noise, allowing for peaceful rest. Housekeeping was responsive and addressed my requests promptly. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the taste was decent, satisfying daily dining needs. The only minor drawback was some slight signs of wear and tear on a few facilities, but this didn't affect the overall experience at all. The value for money is great, making it suitable for both business trips and short getaways. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip.

The location is very good, and the environment is also very good. I stay here every time I come to Urumqi on business. The front desk service attitude is very good, and they also upgraded the room for free. It is a hotel worth recommending and has a high cost performance.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the attention to detail was evident. The biggest surprise was the smart toilet in the bathroom, which even came with disposable toilet seat covers – so clean and reassuring, it perfectly suited my needs as a clean freak! The receptionist was gentle and professional, and the check-in process was efficient and considerate, making me feel right at home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area! ✨

The hotel is fully cleaned, the room is clean and tidy, very comfortable, I have not lived in such a comfortable hotel for a long time, travel is more convenient, eating and drinking is more convenient, the main price is very good, the preferred hotel for business trips is also very close to the airport, the service attitude is also very good, warm, Breakfast is not bad ❤️

The overall experience of this Yueman Hotel booked for temporary travel exceeded expectations. The check-in procedure was very fast, the front desk was polite and natural, and all the processes were simple. The most pleasant surprise is the food delivery robot. You don't have to go downstairs to order takeaways. It is directly delivered to the door of the room, which is especially worry-free and interesting. The room was cleaned, there was no smell, the bed was very comfortable to sleep, the sound insulation was online, and the rest was good at night. There is plenty of hot water, the network is smooth, the facilities are well maintained, the overall quiet is not noisy, the price is reasonable, and I will consider it next time I travel. 03
