Also the sound insulation isn’t the best in this oldish building, so each morning be aware of the doors shutting and elevator door closing."

I was feeling unwell for the majority of my stay but I can still pick up on care and attention from staff when I am unwell in fact their probably ought to have been more. More function that funk! Likely not to stay again when in Lyon and to add, bad reviews are rare from me as you will see from my passed reviews. I didn't even feel like saying thank you. Very unlike me.

GGuest UserThe room is big and there is a bus stop downstairs. It is convenient for traveling. The hotel facilities are relatively old, and it is an old-fashioned European hotel. There is a park opposite so the air is very good.

The room is very clean and comfortable, the quilt cover and pillow cover are linen and very comfortable; the 24-hour snack bar in the public area is very clean, providing hot drinks, small cakes and nuts, which is very comfortable; you can apply for an extended check-out time for 30 euros; a taxi service is provided; the location is very good, right on the Rhone River, across the bridge is the commercial district, 15 minutes walk from the Place Bellecour, 40 minutes walk to the top of Fourvière Hill, the street view along the way is good, there are many places to eat, and it takes 35 minutes by taxi from the airport; finally, let me talk about the service, the staff at the front desk and the small restaurant are very enthusiastic and responsible, and they speak fluent English!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the hotel itself was clean and tastefully decorated, and I had quite possibly the best cocktails of my life at their bar. Very well located with the train just in front of the property that can take you anywhere you need to go, and is only a few stops away from the central station to catch your train out of the city. Also dog friendly! Highly recommend.

AangelWe are satisfied with our stay at the hotel. It met our expectations and we have no complaints at all. It is located very close to a metro station (Monplaisir - Lumiere, green line) so the city centre can be reached easily. The price was very good too. I can't say anything about the breakfast since we didn't eat breakfast there.

GGuest UserThe cleanliness was not satisfactory — I found dirty shoe prints and someone else’s hair in the bathtub. I reported the issue to the front desk and requested a room change, but they told me there were no available rooms that night and asked me to handle it myself.
The location is average, not very close to the city center.
The positive side is that the hotel is very quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the gym is quite good.

蒋蒋A family of three, the executive three-person room booked two days in advance, the standard room plus a sofa bed at the time of check-in, the most important thing is that there is no quilt and pillow on the sofa bed! And all the toiletries are for two people. After negotiating with the front desk, I said that I am embarrassed to clean up the mistakes. Then I found a circle and said that I was too embarrassed to be quilted. I can only use the spare blanket in the cabinet! We asked for two sheets to look for. The attitude of the younger brother is good, but it is helpless, and we are speechless. In addition, the room had a pungent taste of decoration (or the smell of carpet cleaner) and opened a night window. Experience the worst hotel on this trip!
