The experience is not bad but not what I would expect from a 4 stars hotel. People working in the hotel are very nice, which is a big +. However, the cleanliness is so so in the room. There was a night I didn’t have hot water for shower for some reason. The breakfast is okay but I believe 17€ is a bit overpriced for what it is. Very nice service from the ladies there though. The gym isn’t a gym, it has no dumbbells, only one or two cardio machine and a musculation machine supposed to do everything but not very great. I would still recommend it, just don’t expect a 4 stars hotel as you would imagine it.

Séjour super ! Un immense merci à Redwane, qui était à l’accueil à 4h du matin, et qui nous a servit comme des rois, malgré notre état 😂 Literie très confortable, salle de bain au top. Nous avons ris avec le parking, petit souci pour joindre la réception depuis l’ascenseur mais rien de grave. Merci !

From the check-in desk staff, right through to the housekeeping staff, all were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern and because we were so central, we were able to get around on foot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel while exploring Lyon.

La literie très confortable, tout très propre, personnel gentil. Peut être chambre un peu petite pour un 4etoile mais le grand lit a compensé!! Le petit déjeuner assez bien aussi, large choix sans gâchis

Accueil sympathique, chambres propres, équipements ok. Isolation phonique entre chambres très basique et minimale. Situation géographique parfaite pour le centre et le vieux Lyon à pieds. Accès tram très proche. Petit déjeuner simple mais correcte

I booked a Premium room, advertised as recently renovated. It didn’t feel like that. It had stains on walls and some mould in the shower’s lower corners. Also it was a ground floor facing the street. It felt awkward to watch pedestrians and cars passing by a few meters away. Asked for a room change and was told none was available since in all upper floors AC/heating did not work.
