Amazing view, but a bit of a trek if you walk up the hill on foot. The beds are super comfy, larger, and wider than usual. Had a very good nap after a long trip and before tackling the city by night and on foot: lively and safe. Toitels and shower rooms may benefit from a bit of TLC :)

This is my second time in Lyon. The hostel view is that there is no need to go to Good Cathedral except for the uphill road.

Although you will have to climb a very long hill to get there, it is in a great location where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Lyon from your window.
The price was low and the staff was very kind.

Unsavory moments left me with some bad memories regarding the toilets. The operation of the showers is very rustic. And the mirrors in the rooms are not clean. Otherwise my rental is superb, the hosts are welcoming. Computer problems nevertheless with the online payment service.

I was generally satisfied with my stay, the price is very attractive given the location. However, I found the mattress very basic and the drainage in the bathroom quite poor (there are no windows).
However it is a good hostel, the price is fair and the staff is very friendly.
