訂的園景房，特意備註要高層，但是給我的是負一樓房間，像半地下室的樣子，要求換房的時候説已經滿了，衹能第二天再換，我是下午三點半到的酒店，就已經客滿了，我是不信的！最後一天上午九點多，我還在睡覺中，一個清潔女工直接開門進屋了，差點嚇死我，説了一大堆我聽不懂的話，然後拿着我的房間裏的免打擾掛牌 掛在門的外面，簡直莫名其妙！真的很氣！酒店位置偏遠，短途旅遊不方便！

Nous sommes venue pour le week ends de Pâques avec ma copine nous avons était super bien accueilli, la chambre que nous avons eu était vraiment parfaite très belle et très propre. Aucun regret sur cette hôtel je le conseil fortement pour le prix il est parfait. Le petit déjeuner très bon avec des produit maison et frais.

I have randomly selected this hotel and it turned out to be a great choice. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. quiet area, clean, at walking distance to Croix rousse.
rooms are super comfy and the bed is amazing.
Perfect choice for business or leisure travel.
Reception team is very helpful and friendly.

Nous avons séjourné un week end à Lyon au Tribe Hotel. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est exceptionnel : calme et proche du quartier de la Croix Rousse qui est si animé. La chambre est un peu petite, la literie est de très grande qualité, la décoration et le design très jolis. Le personnel est jeune, discret et fait le maximum pour que le séjour soit une réussite. La présence d'un parking privé sous terrain est un vrai plus. Attention : le passage pour descendre est étroit. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très qualitatif et varié : on sent que l'hôtel a à cœur de valoriser la gastronomie locale ! La machine Nespresso dans la chambre est un vrai plus, peut être penser à un mini bar ? Le restaurant est fermé le week end, ce qui est vraiment dommage. Notre expérience nous laisse un bon souvenir et nous reviendrons.

La perfection du début à la fin ! Un personnel très investi et très agréable. L hôtel est très soigné ainsi que les prestations proposées. Un moment inoubliable dans un lieu très chaleureux. Nous envisageons déjà de revenir l année prochaine! Des champenois et des Provençaux en goguette

A lovely hotel with excellent staff, clean and cosy. Perfect location for a stay in Lyon, Croix Rousse with good connection to everything by bus and Metro nearby. A really nice place to spend a vaction during spring. Would be my preferred spot also for my next trip to Lyon.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel récent. Tout le confort, bouilloire, machine à café. Le lit est excellent et la décoration originale et chic.
