Un personnel disponible et à l'écoute. Des prestations de qualité. Aucun problème pour le stationnement. Une localisation facile et la desserte possible par les transports en commun.

Le spa est très grand, propre , avec des installations qui paraissent assez neuves. Franchement l hôtel vaut le coup pour ses installations. Beaucoup de monde samedi, c est vrai que cela fait un peu piscine municipale mais cela reste une expérience positive. La chambre est classique … pour un 4 étoiles, mais pas de machine à café ds la chambre. Par contre énorme point noir le petit déjeuner. Au Check in on nous avait conseillé d essayer de venir au petit dej avt 8h30 ou après 9h45… Nous y sommes allés à 10h ! Catastrophique. Petite salle bondée, des jeunes serveurs débordés… plus de verre, plus d assiette, plus de bol…. Les buffets au 3/4 vides… 3 machines à café HS sur 4 . Une impression de bruit, les tables sales pas débarrassées. L équivalent d une salle dans un mauvais all in ultra bas de gamme. Certain produits étaient certes bons( viennoiseries) mais il est urgent que la direction réagisse! Ce est Pas de la faute des clients si l hôtel est plein… et la salle du petit dej doit être adaptée ! Nous avons signalé notre déception… nous avons encore une nuit on verra mais la réponse a été qu il y avait moins de monde cette nuit donc ça serait mieux! ( franchement pas. Normal… ça doit être pareil tous les week-end) . A 22€ le petit dej affiché.. c est du vol.

Hotel bien situé et agréable pour les touristes. Hotel situé en face du Rhône, arrêt bus en face et une magnifique piscine. Equipe à l'écoute. La fermeture du restaurant à 22h constitue un élément une difficulté particulière pour les touristes qui arrivent après cette heure butoir.

Overall service was great! Friendly and helpful staff. The staff at the hotel reception, hotel bar to the spa reception all were able to communicate fluently in English. And the spa was pure tranquility especially the relaxation area! You won't regret your stay!
