酒店最喜歡的是毛巾柔軟，洗護用品也不錯！還有這個早上六點的風景！因為不知道怎麼使用遮光簾 需要調節，窗簾無法遮光。主要我覺得地毯有點舊了，雖然房間沒有異味但是樓道和門還有地毯都是老舊款式，我住的不是特別舒適，雖然被子和床很舒服，但總覺得有點陰，服務員特別特別好！迷你吧免費享用，有14小時送餐服務，不適合長住。

非常糟糕的酒店，太舊太舊了，房間又小，在國內就是縣城招待所級別吧，還收到1600一晚上。就是搜尋的時候出現在前面，看位置還不錯，又是索菲特就訂了，現在太后悔了

Otelin konumu güzel ancak çok eski bir otel. Ayrıca 7/24 yazan oda servisi hizmetleri mutfak kapalı denilerek saat 00:00 da sunulmadı. Uber eats sipariş vermem tavsiye edildi

We stayed at a double room in the Sofitel in Lyon for a total of 3 nights in the summer of 2023.
The hotel is located just a few streets from the Place Bellecour which is one of the main squares in Lyon. It is also about 5 minutes away from many cafes, bistros and a large supermarket (Monop’) near Place Bellecour.
The room itself was a fairly standard double room (approximately 20 square metres). The interior and furnishings of the hotel look a bit dated but they were fine and did not matter in any material way. The minibar is complimentary and it is restocked daily with bottled water (still and sparkling), fruit juice, coca cola, and dried fruits and nuts.
The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were firm. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning was not very consistent and it would turn off in the middle of the night. It is not an issue if you are staying here in the winter but it made it difficult to sleep at night in the summer.
The staff were all very nice and pleasant. The concierge was especially friendly and he helped us to store our bags and arrange for a taxi to the train station on our last day.
We paid approximately EUR250 a night and we thought it was worth the price.

Cannot understand those who have given high marks to this rundown hotel... we will not choose it again when visiting Lyon. It is not that is a bad five star, it is that it's an acceptable three star. The facilities are worn. The decor is 20 years out of date. The room that serves as breakfast, lunch and dinner venue is far too small and unsuited. Our room on the seventh floor had a view of the Rhone flawed by quite dirty windows. The cupboard and closet space was quite limited. Again, perfectly fine three star. Just not better.

Das Hotel befindet sich an guter Lage nahe dem Place Bellecour, der Einkaufsmeile und an der Rhône. Sofern man ein Zimmer auf einem höheren Stock und mit Ausblick gebucht hat, ist die Sicht frei auf die Rhône und die andere Fluss-Seite. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und klassisch eingerichtet. Bei der Buchung direkt beim Hotel habe ich angefragt, ob ich das Arrangement vor Ort bar bezahlen kann. Das wurde akzeptiert und per Mail rückbestätigt. Bei Ankunft hat mich die Receptionistin Jessy informiert, dass die Barzahlung kein Problem ist, jedoch müsse ich ein Depot von 200 Euro mit der Kreditkarte hinterlegen. Beim Checkout wollte ich das Arrangement wie abgemacht bar bezahlen. Das wurde mir jedoch verweigert mit der Begründung, dass mir von der Kreditkarte bereits das ganze Arrangement abgezogen wurde und ich nichts nehr zu zahlen hätte, ausser die Extras…

Merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil très chaleureux. Chambres confortables, calmes, très bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est absolument divin, dans les murs du restaurant les 3 Dômes, lui même fabuleux. Le plus est la présence du parking et le service d’un voiturier et d’un concierge aux petits soins. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, sur les bords du Rhône et à proximité de tout.
