Great a**osphere. Courteous staff. Nice and clean rooms. Wonderful balcony. Terrace for guests. Perfect location in the old town. Great for exploring all of Lyon on foot.

L'hôtel est idéalement bien placé. Il possède un garage pour les voitures c'est un plus. Par contre, il est très difficile de les joindre au téléphone. La chambre était petite, mais correcte. Par contre la salle de bain/toilette, vraiment juste. Au niveau propreté, ce n'est pas un 4*. Dommage.

Hôtel idéalement situé, ce qui pourrait justifier les prix pratiqués. Personnel de l'accueil professionnel et charmant. Bonne literie, chambre au calme. Malheureusement, hôtel 4* qui ne le vaut pas... Attention au parking, les dimensions sont à apprécier à la baisse

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre du vieux Lyon avec restaurants/bars à proximité. Décor sympa sur le thème de l’école. Terrasse sympa pour profiter. Les chambres sont simples mais propres. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet, tarif un peu élevé quand même 19€/personne. Personnel accueillant et souriant

The location is why you choose this hotel. It has a parking garage that is small but it is right next door. The rooms are small and there is no AC until June 1, so if you’re expecting warm weather go elsewhere. The breakfast is fine with several choices hot and cold. The second floor has a terrace that is great and we used it each afternoon. Bring your own wine they will give you the glasses. This was a real plus. Beds are firm and comfortable bathrooms are larger than expected. The price is right, and the location is the biggest difference.

Nous avons dû annuler notre dernier séjour hors délai (le matin même) du fait d’une urgence médicale pour ma femme qui nous a retenus toute la journée aux urgences à Paris. Aucune humanité et aucune parole, puisque l’hôtel a refusé de nous rembourser après l’annulation, après avoir prétendu qu’il ferait un geste commercial du fait des circonstances particulières. Nous étions venus déjà 4 ou 5 fois depuis fin 2023 au Collège Hôtel (ma femme étant suivie médicalement à l’hôpital de Bron), que nous appréciions, et nous aurions été amenés à y revenir fréquemment dans les mois qui viennent. Nul doute que nous n’irons plus jamais au vu de ce comportement. Hors de question que nous donnions une fois de plus notre argent à ces gens déplorables et médiocres.
