Bonne situation, très facile d'accès depuis gare SNCF, à proximité Tram T4 et T2. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Chambre bien équipée, conformément à ce qui est annoncé. Très bien. Parfait pour un séjour d'affaire.

Completement conforme aux attentes. Silencieux, confortable, personnel très aimable Manque la cafetière Cuisinée équipée Entretien courant de la chambre parfait Quartier par contre compliqué, peu de commerces pratiques 1 boulangerie, 1 franprix, pas de distributeurs à moins de 2.5km. Necessité de prendre la voiture et donc avoir acces à tout mais à pied, plus difficile

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans la résidence. Toutefois il faisait vraiment très chaud dans la chambre et nous avons dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Le package "Instant Romantique" était à un prix tout à fait abordable et c'était vraiment très sympa. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et copieux. Le SPA est également très agréable.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Après deux nuits nous avions besoin que le ménage soit fait (besoin de papier toilette en particulier). Nous avons donc mis l'affichette prévu à cette effet sur notre porte et sommes passés à l'accueil pour expliquer que nous avions vraiment besoin que quelqu'un passe. Quand nous sommes rentrés le soir personne n'était passé dans la chambre. Nous n'avions plus de papier toilette. Le lendemain matin j'ai du me rendre à l'accueil. On m'a juste donné un rouleau entamé sans aucun geste commercial.

Room very small, hard to use the kitchen, you need to clean the dishes if you use them or they charge an extra, the ones in the room were poorly washed by previous guest. I wanted to leave the luggage in the storage room, but the staff leaves on sundays at 12 so no possible, had to carry the luggage to the city center with me for the rest of the day until my flight leaves.
