Was such a great location,rooms very clean and staff helpful and friendly

Location is great, it’s right next to the airport. I stayed there for a night as my friend is coming the next day. House keeping kept my forgotten tee shirt & I got it back when I went back to Kansai Airport

It is clean. A bit noise. No air conditioning

The hotel staff was kind and it was very close to Lyon's old town, so I was very satisfied! Please note that the only amenities are basically soap.

Very satisfied, the location is very good, right by the river, very close to the dinner street. The hotel facilities are quite new, the room is very comfortable, the front desk service attitude is very good and friendly. The business desk is convenient for office work and record keeping, very good!!!! I will stay here again when I come to Lyon
