Great stay at Hotel Bayar Bellecour.
This was an absolutely charming hotel with a lot of atmosphere.
All the rooms are furnished with antique furniture and have a distinct character.

Ouah ! On a adoré notre séjour dans cet établissement. La déco rétro est parfaite, juste sublime ! L'hôtel se trouve à quelques pas d'un parking souterrain ainsi que d'une station de métro.

Petit Hotel, plein de charme face à la place Bellecour Mais la pépite c’est la gentillesse de tout le personnel, aucun reproche n’est possible au service du client ne sachant pas quoi faire pour rendre son séjour merveilleux. Petite chambre rétro très agréable, rien à dire sur le ménage, tout était propre je le conseille vivement

We arrived at the hotel around 4pm, and was met by a wonderful receptionist, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is a hidden gem, very authentic French, and ideally placed to access the rivers, shops, restaurants and sight’s. You feel like you are stepping back into the 1920’s, the rooms and hallways exude art deco glamour. We had a large double bed in our room with windows over looking a court yard, the quietness was lovely. The decor in the room was fantastic, from beautiful wallpaper and drapes/curtains, to the Marino glass chandelier. The bath and sink were part of the main room, with a separate WC. We prefer a proper stand along shower, but this looked great and served a purpose. No TV in the room, it would spoil the decor, so we watched a film on a laptop. The bed is extremely comfortable, the linen also of great quality. The breakfast room was like stepping back into time, and we felt that food choice for us at least was limited, but nevertheless worth the €19 per head. We would definitely stay again.

Un très bel hôtel au centre de Lyon. Le personnel est super accueillant et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, beaucoup de choix. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Merci beaucoup. Au revoir

Quelle pépite ! Deuxième séjour en chambre exclusive Bellecour, le même émerveillement à chaque fois, tout est tellement beau et d’un goût parfait, on a envie de rester le plus longtemps possible..d’autant plus que la literie est excellente et l’insonorisation sur la Place Bellecour très correcte Si on ajoute un personnel parfait, un petit déjeuner et un tea-Time au top…what else ! Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans beaucoup de beaux hôtels dont de nombreux palaces et 5* La chambre 32 et la chambre 4 de l’hôtel Bayard sont les plus belles que nous ayons eues Bravo et à bientôt
