Location was great! Right in the heart of everything. You need to buzz up for the lift which always stopped at reception before going to your designated floor. You had to get water from reception too. Small rooms but very accessible and right by the subway.

Posizione centrale. Perfetto per visitare Lione a piedi. Si trova in una zona pedonale quindi ottimo per chi odia i rumori del traffico. Personale molto gentile e camera doppia standard pulita. Única pecca la TV neanche un canale internazionale. Solo in lingua francese. Sulla colazione non posso esprimermi perchè la facevamo fuori a 3 passi dall’albergo.

Ok le petit dej est bon… ok l’accueil est correct… ok l’emplacement est central (mais le dimanche tous les commerces sont fermé c’est tristounet… d’accord la deco est élégante … mais les murs sont fins on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre à côté… Donc je n’y retournerai pas…

Hôtel très bien situé, amabilité du personnel de réception, chambres très jolies, fonctionnelles, un peu petites mais ce n’est pas dérangeant. Par contre le petit déjeuner est à revoir, trop de cakes et de gâteaux, fait maison mais cela ressemble plus à une collation!

Quand nous venons sur Lyon, nous aimons descendre à cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal plein centre ville à côté du métro Victor Hugo, L’équipe est discrète, agréable et souriante. Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses, propres et au calme. Le plus le parking pour la voiture. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Hotel met expectations. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They provide facilities to leave luggage and gave us early access to our room. The room itself on the small side but the hotel website description indicated this. One issue is the shower cubicle is raised up and there are no grab rails to hold when stepping down. Could be an accident waiting to happen. Petite dejeurner was expensive at €19 although it did look like a good spread. We prefer a lighter bite and used the local patisseries which were far cheaper with amazing pasteries. A nice touch was use of refillable glass water bottles with self service chilled water station in reception. Hotel is situated close to Lyon - Perrache station and also a metro stop is also nearby. But handy to stroll to most of the central tourist attractions.

Impeccably clean rooms, great amenities, and excellent service from the staff. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Dans l'ensemble, bon rapport qualité prix avec une localisation idéale. En revanche, le niveau de prestation est en deçà d'un 4* habituel. Notamment, les chambres sont petites et mal insonorisées, elles sont également sous équipées, une bouilloire et du café soluble en guise de machine à café, pas de frigo, mobilier usé et non rafraîchi.
