Het hotel voldeed volledig aan onze verwachting.
De kamer was net en comfortabel. Geen nachtlawaai. Handig gelegen om via de metro naar het centrum te gaan. De parkeergarage is een pluspunt.
Het ontbijt was lekker en er was heel wat keuze.
De bediening was zeer vriendelijk.

hôtel avec un accueil simple poli et souriant, très confortable, literie impeccable et ambiance très au calme, avec parking sécurisé intérieur et gardienné ce qui est bien pratique avec une voiture chargée de bagages (12€ la nuit) Seul bémol, 2 types de petits déjeuners proposés, l'un simple à 9€, l'autre avec plats salés à 17€, mais un seul buffet commun pour se servir, donc c'est confus, il faudrait mieux 1 seul forfait à 9€, à volonté

Le service et les chambres de cet hôtel, ainsi que le petit-déjeuner, tout est fantastique.
J'ai eu la chance d'être surclassée dans une chambre supérieure avec petit salon et canapé-lit supplémentaire (chambre 116) suite au gros désagrément d'être tombée initialement dans une chambre où l'odeur de fumée était intenable (chambre 304).
L'hôtel était complet à l'exception de cette suite, je n'en demandais pas tant mais la surprise fut très agréable.
L'emplacement est très bien et il est facile de se garer devant l'hôtel.

Forte restriction sur le petit déjeuner le dimanche, pas de jus d’orange et pas de baguette sans graines… la veille, il a fallu réclamer !

Front desk gentleman extremely rude. Not helpful with parking and accused us of letting csts into the garage behind us. When checking out after 3 days the older lady in reception had trouble with running our credit card snd suggested we mydt be over our credit limit? When she tried the other machine it went thru immediately. We were asked to use the same towels for three days when i asked for an extra towel it was really big deal. This is a one star hotel.
