Le confort est top, la deco super, l'accueil sympathique mais il y a un gros probleme d'organisation ou de formation du personnel. Nous avions un sejour de 2 nuits, et on nous a telephoner pour liberer la chambre, nous n'avons eu qu'une seule bouteille d'eau pour 2 nuit, et quand j'en demande une on me dit qu'il y en a au distributeur ... Au restaurant, les entrée a partager etaient top, le plat etait super et les cocktails fantastiques ! C'est dommage de gacher tant de points positifs par des erreurs de gestion sinon le sejour aurai ete parfait

Avis Restaurant pour le lundi 15 Avril! Un très grand Merci à Fleur et Elodie pour leur service 5 étoiles jour de mon anniversaire! + mes amis invités étaient ravis + service 5 étoiles et chaleur de l'accueil de toute l'équipe + Merci au Chef Pâtissier qui nous avait préparé un gâteau délicieux. Allez y! A signaler un plus du fait de l'espace bar de l'hôtel on peut rester à table jusqu"à 15h30!

We stopped one night on the way to the Alps. Great hotel, fun vibe, food was lovely in the restaurant. Family rooms were good with adjoining rooms. Best though was the customer service. We accidentally left some shopping behind after we checked out. We hadn’t even realised at that point, the reception were very proactive in contacting us and sorting it out, and posted it back to the UK, the parcel arriving in a couple of days. Super service - thank you!!!

Un hotel de grande qualité qui revisite complètement le concept de l’hôtellerie traditionnelle. Des espaces bien dessinés qui nous emmènent dans un univers joyeux et atypique. Seul bémol: le service qui n’est pas du tout à la hauteur des lieux, notamment à cause d’un manque de personnel evident qui rend le personnel sous tension..

Accueil efficace, chambres propres bien équipées. A 3 stations de métro de la gare Part dieu. Personnel adorable, check out à 12h max petit déjeuner servi à 11h, tellement appréciable en vacances!! Petit déjeuner au top sous forme de buffet très diversifié. J’ai adoré mon expérience chez eux.

Nous avons été déçus par le brunch… alors que nous y allons régulièrement et le restaurant est super habituellement avec des choses fraîches bien cuisinées, buffet à volonté avec forcément ses désavantages, choses préparées à l’avance, beaucoup moins qualitatives qu’habituellement surtout pour le prix

De la prise de contact au paiement de l’addition tout était parfait ! Une équipe adorable, qui a répondu à tous les besoins de notre table de 14 (merci à Raphaël notre serveur aux petits soins) ! Au niveau du repas, simple mais bon ☺️. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts !

Au Mama pour le brunch du dimanche. Un buffet de qualité et une offre à volonté. Tout est cuisiné, c'est vraiment délicieux. En revanche un gros moins : le service. Si tout le monde est très sympa, quelqu'un passe toutes les 10min pour enlever les assiettes, les couverts, on se sent oppressé. Cerise sur le gâteau, une heure après notre arrivée on nous indique qu'il faut libérer la table pour le second service .. un peu abusé pour un brunch à 42€/pers. Je comprends l'intérêt de rentabiliser mais ça reste décevant.
