I have stayed at Atour Hotel in Saanshan East Station several times and every experience is satisfactory. The hotel is located next to Saanshan East Station and the traffic is very convenient. As an Atour brand hotel, it provides a comfortable and distinctive accommodation experience, with a wide range of services, including luggage storage, laundry service, etc., which makes people feel intimate care.
Here, I would especially like to mention the service attitude of the hotel. The waiters are always smiling, very professional and friendly, and I feel very kind. They were able to solve the problems I encountered during my stay quickly and effectively and impressed me.
In terms of accommodation experience, the room was spacious and bright, and the beds were comfortable, allowing people to fully relax. In addition, the facilities in the room were complete and intact, whether it was TV, air conditioning or Internet connection, it could meet my needs. In addition, the sanitation of the room is also very good, so that I can stay at ease.
However, I found the hotel water bar to offer less than before, which disappointed me a little. While I am not sure if this is due to the adjustment of the hotel's business strategy, I think the water bar, as a key facility of the hotel, should provide guests with a wide variety of options. If you can add some drinks and snacks, I believe it will be more popular.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and accommodation experience of Atour Hotel Saanshan Station. Although there are some shortcomings in the water bar and welcome fruit, I don't think it will affect its overall becoming an excellent hotel.
